Ranch de trois chambres. La chambre principale a un lit king size et une salle de bain privée, une chambre a un lit double et l'autre a un lit queen size. Internet, câble, climatiseurs de fenêtre, gril à gaz, douche extérieure, belle cour et nouvelle terrasse dans une rue sans issue calme. À distance de marche de la plage de Keyes et de la rue Main. marcher jusqu'à la plage, mais nous fournissons également un pass pour la ville de Barnstable Beach afin que vous puissiez profiter de toutes les plages que Barnstable a à offrir.

This is a great ranch if you are looking for a central location! Close to everything. Walking distance to beach! Lovely dead end road.

Hyannis cottage

The shower curtain has mold all over it. Outside shower had no privacy and the master bed room AC had to be shut down everyday to get it to work at night. We were also expected to thoroughly clean the cottage before we left on Saturday. This was something that I thought was done by the care taker. Overall a 3 star because of the location to beaches and shopping.

Great stay!

The location to the beaches and Main Street can't be beat. Lynda was super responsive and helpful. We loved how quiet the neighborhood was. We will definitely stay again.

Great rental!!

This home was as advertised. Very clean home, well taken care of. Great location!! Quick walk to beach. Beach is clean with beautiful sites! 10 min walk to Main St. Home owner was very attentive and was prompt to return texts. We would definitely stay here again!!

Great place

Overall fantastic place and was as advertised. A few minor suggestions and notes. appliances could use a bit of updating, for example the toaster oven knob labels were all faded, so toasting a bagel felt a little like Russian roulette. Also be prepared to bring/buy your own paper goods, no paper towel and minimal toilet paper. But all linens are provided which is HUGE, also the beds were really great, so comfy.

Family vacation

The house was just as described. The window AC’s in all rooms made the house comfortable. The nice deck , with table & chairs, and the backyard with small grill was a plus & provided run around space for our 17 month old granddaughter. We were pleasantly surprised that there was a crib since it wasn’t listed in the description. We chose this house because a beach pass was included (otherwise $25 per day to park) which allowed us to explore other beaches in surrounding area. The 5 beach chairs & umbrella placed in a wagon made it easy to walk the 5-7 min to the beach. Walking into Hyannis Port is doable or driving to local places is a quick ride. The ferry to Martha’s Vineyard is conveniently nearby. Lynda was responsive to all questions & was appreciative of feedback I gave her ( add hooks on back of doors, add larger towel bar in main bathroom which has the washer & dryer but plenty of space) . You never know if certain items are included like laundry & dishwasher detergent, dish soap, & hand soap but they were all there. All in all it was a great stay !

Relaxing Stay in Hyannis

The rental was exactly as listed. Quiet neighborhood on dead end street with several beaches and many restaurants close by. We enjoyed our stay and would love to stay here again in the future.

Clean, comfortable stay close to the beach

We had a lovely week in Hyannis. The house is close to a really nice beach and features nice wide sidewalks all around for walks outside. The home was just as it was pictured and very clean — much appreciated in the time of COVID. We definitely recommend this house to families looking for a quiet stay on the Cape.

Clean property with the amenities we needed

The house was very clean which was important to us, especially during these times we’re living in. There is a washer, dryer and dishwasher and everything you would need for the beach. Plus clean sheets, towels and Netflix! Very happy with our stay.

Amazing!

Cozy and clean, everything you need for a family vacation! Location is great - we've enjoyed biking around Hyannis in the mornings, spending the day at the Craigville beach during the day (using the beach pass provided by the lender), and walking at the ocean shore at evenings.

Not the ritz, but perfect for a family with small kids that’s wants to feel like home, close to town and beaches. Two thumbs up from this returning family! We stayed the same week in 2018 and came back!

Clean and very quiet neighborhood

Very clean property. 5 minute walk to the beach. It’s lovely and sandy but had a lot of seaweed in the water so not pleasant for swimming. Nearby Kalmus, on harbor side, is much better for swimming. Some matching bed linens etc would make it more homely but it worked.

Great house, perfect location!

Once again we had a fantastic stay at this house. The location is great and the house is always in perfect shape. Everything you need is there and available. Lynda gets right back to you, and the process couldn’t be an easier. I strongly recommend renting this property if you plan on visiting the Cape!!! Hyannis has many options and is nicely situated for visiting the rest of the Cape and Islands.

Great property, great locaton !!!!!

Second year in a row staying in Hyannis. Short drive to Main St., the beach and quality restaurants. I would highly recommend Spanky's Clam Shack or The Black Cat on Ocean St. House was in great shape. Don't worry that the home has window AC units. Our first couple of days there were during a heat wave and the house stayed comfortable. Also having the washer and dryer on the same floor as us was nice. If we come back to Hyannis next year I will definitely try to book this house first.

Great vaca get away.

Exactly what we needed!

Overall my wife and I were very pleased with our stay! I have nothing bad to say about this rental! The house was a great size for us (3bd 1.5ba), in a good location (<1 mile to downtown and the smaller toddler friendly beaches in Hyannis), great for my kids to ride bikes/scooters up and down to kill time after the beach before we went out for dinner, and most importantly of all, it was clean! Cleanliness is key for us cause when we are away we prefer to do minimal house chores. The owner was very responsive to our questions and would stay here again! Thanks Lynda!

Cozy Hyannis home

My wife, mother and I recently spent a week here and had a wonderful time. It is within walking distance to Keyes beach, but there was a lot of seaweed there, so we ended up driving about 5 minutes to Kalmus Beach. The house is located on a quiet, dead-end street street with no heavy traffic or noise, and has a nice backyard with plenty of privacy. The house comes with a beach parking pass, which will save you about 20 dollars a day. The Kennedy Compound is close by, too.The kitchen appliances are in fine order and work without any issues. The grill is rather small, but works well. The house is clean and there are beach supplies (chairs, wagon, kayak, children's toys). My family and I would stay here again; we highly recommend this house for your stay in Hyannis.

Great Property for a family with the best location close to beach, shopping and dining.

The house was a great size for our family. We were close enough to the beach. It is about 8 minutes to walk. The property has a beach wagon that came in handy for our chairs, towels, water, etc... The property is close to downtown about a 15 to 20 minute walk. We enjoyed shopping, ice cream and lunch/dinner. The ferry is close enough to walk. The patio is a great size. We enjoyed dinner outside one evening. I had a few questions when we first arrived and the owner responded immediately. This was a wonderful vacation and would rent this property again!
