Nouvelle belle maison de 2500 pieds carrés dans un quartier sûr. À seulement 5 minutes en voiture de Disneyland, du centre de conventions d'Anaheim, du centre Honda, du stade Angel, de la ferme Knott's Berry, de Soak City et du centre-ville de Disney. Assis au coeur de la ville d'Anaheim et proche de tout. À distance de marche des parcs, des églises, des restaurants. 15 minutes en voiture de Huntington Beach, plage de New Port, Corona Del Mar plage. Seulement 45 minutes de LAX, 1 heure de route à Hollywood, Universal Studio. 90mins de Sea World, zoo de San Diego, et Lego Land.

La maison dispose d'un plan d'étage ouvert avec salon spacieux, salle familiale, salle à manger formelle. Une chambre et salle de bain complète en bas, adapté aux personnes âgées et est évaluable en fauteuil roulant. A l'étage, il y a trois chambres. Une grande chambre avec deux lits queen qui peuvent dormir 4. Une chambre de taille moyenne avec un lit superposé double et un lit gigogne en option pouvant accueillir 4 personnes. Une suite de maître avec salle de bain complète et une chambre de bébé confortable avec un lit bébé. Grand salon et salle familiale avec cuisine bien équipée et système de divertissement. 3 salles de bain complètes. Téléviseurs à écran plat LCD avec Direct TV et Netflix, jeux vidéo, accès Internet haut débit illimité. Garage 2 voitures et bon 5-6 places de parking. Laveuse et sécheuse à chargement frontal fournies pour une lessive facile. Poussettes, chaise haute également disponibles. Profitez de notre barbecue privé arrière-cour, des aires de repos avec une belle piscine chauffée et un spa.

Great home with a lot of space.

House was perfect for our group. All the adults had their own room without being stuck on bunk beds! Large living spaces made it so everyone could have space to do their chosen evening activities. Pool was very cold, but with our time being spent mostly out of the house we couldn’t justify paying to heat the pool. We really enjoyed it and would, possibly will, stay there again.

Nice house

This house was perfect for 9 adults. Plenty of room for all of us. The few questions/issues we had were handled quickly. The kitchen had everything we could possibly need and there were plenty of towels, blankets, etc.

Great House, could communicate better.

The house pretty much met all the description and our expectations. We did receive the key code ahead of time and so I have a little panic when showing up with five tired grandkids, Tiana and then I had asked for the pool to be heated for three days knowing it would take a while to heat up and would be great on the third day, but it never heated up to a comfortable temperature for most of us to get in. We had to pull out Chattering blue lipped little kids before they froze.

Great stay and great location

We stayed there over thanksgiving weekend and the house was great for 4 adults and 3 kids. the location was perfect to visit Disneyland and also the ocean and very close to John Wayne airport. The home had everything we needed. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but hey, it’s not home. Toilet paper was thin, so we purchased some from the store and there was no washcloths or klenex’s. But overall our experience was great. Home had everything we needed. I would stay there again if we are headed that way.

Great stay

No complaints at all. The house was big, beautiful, clean and well stocked with everything you could need. The rooms were big with comfy beds, everyone fit comfortably. There is the pool which we didn’t use much as it was chilly out and didn’t want to pay the extra fee to heat it up, which was a bummer. But in the summer months I bet it would be great! We booked a family trip to Disney, which was about a 10min drive or less which was the best to get back quick after a long day of fun. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and there were many businesses around which was nice (food, gas, etc.) Nice area. The check-in and out process was very simple as well. Very pleased with our stay. Would book again if we return.

Great house, comfortable beds. Very clean. The pool was clean and heated nicely. Most of the pools toys did not hold air and the pump is broken. An upgrade to the pool toys would benefit phuests.

Best of both worlds

This house provided the amenities of staying at a hotel and also the convenience of staying in a home. There were plenty of towels, blankets, dishes, and everything you could need. The pool was perfect for our family to play in and it was a very short drive to Disneyland. They had everything that we realized we forgot and so many helpful items, we couldn’t have asked for more. The host was also incredibly responsive and helpful!

Not what was shown in pictures

I rented this property because of the beds that were in pictures. When we arrived we were two beds short of what we had planned for. They did give us two mattress that we stacked on the floor to be more comfortable but that wasn’t until after 11 o lock at night when she was notified at 6:45pm. I was told the pool would be cleaned on Monday afternoon but my girls woke up to a man in the backyard on Tuesday morning. The house was very clean. There were multiple dirty dishes in the cabinets. There was mold on the wall in the downstairs bathroom and staines on multiple walls. The location and neighborhood were nice. It was only about an 8 minute drive to Disneyland and there was a park around the corner. I had really high hopes for this property. I think if they did a good deep cleaning and worked on communication it would be a great place.

California vacation

Had a great stay, house had plenty of room for 7 people including a baby( 1 1/2 years old)Very close to Disneyland parks and in a quiet neighborhood. Pool was great! Will definitely consider renting when back in California.

Deceptive advertising

When the banner ad says “Heated Pool” we assumed we would have just that with this rental! We were very disappointed to be told as we drove up to the property that heating the pool would be an extra $75. per day!! The agent said the fee was what it cost in gas to heat the pool. I told him we had just sold a house in SoCal and our larger pool never came anywhere close to costing that much. Otherwise, the house was clean, kitchen well equipped and beds good. Hairdryers have no switches left so only blow very hot air and towels are a bit old. Windows are old and very foggy. Patio furniture needs some fixes and cleaning. Mediocre listing. Nice neighborhood

Family Disneyland Trip

We had an excellent time playing at Disneyland and being so close to the park! It was a great location in a safe neighborhood, and the house was clean and had everything we needed in a home. The check in process was seamless.

It was great until bed time

Property was good. Home is in good condition smelled very nice when you walk in. Very clean downstairs in the living room and kitchen. Kitchen looks newly updated. Lots of space for a big family, we were a group of 10. Downstairs bathroom needs the ceiling cleaned. It has mold above the shower. There was plenty on linen and towels in the home. Our biggest complaint was one of the bedroom upstairs with two beds. These beds are on plywood being used as a bed frame. Also they separated the mattress from the box spring and put a mattress topper on top of the box spring to count as a second bed. That is not acceptable to use or list as a bed. They really need to update the beds and frames in this room so no one gets hurt walking around the plywood. We went to Disneyland and my husband was not thrilled how hard the bed (faux bed) was to sleep on after spending 15hrs at Disneyland. Also the floor was no swept or vacuumed in this room and it is hardwood, so all the dust and dirt sticks to your feet. The home is nice but the beds need to be updated. If it wasn't for the bedroom with this awful beds and the bathroom ceiling mold, I would have given the home a 5 star review.

Great for large groups!

We had 8 of us stay at this location (4 adults, 4 teens). Really clean, really great communication, and close to the Disney parks! We would definitely stay here again. The pool in the backyard was the best part of every night for all of us, made the trip extra special for the kids!

Uncomfortable but close to Disneyland

Pros: - close to Disneyland - Large house - Nice Neighborhood - 2 washers/dryers Cons: - not toddler friendly (lots of sharp corners and glass tables) - Air filters probably need changing (we all woke up with dry/swollen throats) - Furniture is uncomfortable (low to ground, hard to get up from) - First floor bedroom is a waste of space (with large awkward bed frame) - Owner never responded about pool - Pool is freezing without heat

Anaheim Vacation

Overall, our stay was pretty good. Plenty of room in the house for the 4 of us, and very comfortable. Neighborhood felt safe and no issues with neighbors or noise. Very close to all amenities. A few negative things about our stay: the house was mostly clean, but some of the floors and walls were visibly dirty. The outdoor pool area was also not very clean. Central air did not seem to work in a few of the bedrooms upstairs, however they did provide many fans so we were able to make it work. Last, the pictures of the home and pool are manipulated to make the home and pool appear bigger than they actually are. We were a bit disappointed that the photos were misleading.
