Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The booking process was simple and straightforward. All costs were known up front. The customer reps were very helpful when needed. The rental unit was clean and well kept. The only issue was a broken leg on one of the chairs for the dining table. We discovered it on our first full day and reported such to Brooks & Shorey via a phone call. The only property issue was one of the elevators was not working. Wait times were longer but not significant. I would recommend this management firm and property.

Great condo; beautiful beach; loved the elevator and rolling luggage carts so we made one trip for unloading and loading car; perfect beach chairs and umbrella service provided…. Wonderful!!!!!

Spring break

Condo was great for our stay. Plenty of room for our us...2 adults, 2 teens. Loved being able to see the pool area from the balcony. Included beach service was very convenient.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Brooks and Shorey are a professional operation. We received timely emails, and phone calls, that kept us up to date but at the same time did not smother our inboxes. Once there the room was clean with a great view of the beach. I am a coffee drinker and was pleased to see a coffee maker that took both ground coffee and K-pods even though it wasn't described as such.Over all, I would stay at Pelican Isle again and use Brooks and Shorey again.

Nice condo

Very nice condo. It is right above pool so was pretty loud at night when pool was full. If you went to front of condo in bedroom you couldn’t hear pool just loud in living room area.

Great spot for families right on beach

It was a great spot for our family to relax and recharge! We got to explore the beach, museums, and fun amenities nearby (go karts, mini golfing, hiking). Loved sipping coffee on balcony and listening to waves. Kids enjoyed the heated pool. There are nice, casual restaurants within a mile or two. Would go back!
