Superbe vue, Internet gratuit, peut accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes. Meubles de patio et téléviseurs mis à jour en octobre 2013. La chambre principale de ce charmant condo 2BR est située côté plage, et dispose d'un balcon qui se connecte au balcon du salon, offrant beaucoup d'espace pour s'asseoir là-bas, TV LED 29 ". La deuxième chambre a une fenêtre sur le couloir extérieur, donnant sur l'île d'Okaloosa et l'entrée du golfe au-delà, TV LED 24 ".

Beach front getaway

Great place w amazing view. Watched the dolphins from our balcony swim n play a few mornings, hunted for crabs at night w our red lights, and enjoyed the beach days followed by a dip in the pool. L

Worth every penny

Beautiful property. Spacious, smells clean and fresh. The view is stunning. Furniture is outdated but it was comfortable. Check in/out process was simple. Property manager was polite and responsive. We left a cellphone in the room and they went out of their way to get it mailed to us quickly. Great experience, would stay there again.

Would Stay Again!

Only issue we had was the ice dispenser in the fridge would get ice stuck in it that would melt and leak out on the floor but we just started checking it each time we got ice. No biggie!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was nice -both sliding glass doors needs work - very hard to slide...almost impossible. Master bathroom - tub has a lot to be desired and the drain needs cleaning out - don't like taking a shower in standing water. the shower curtain rod - need a NEW one. All the wires hanging down from TV - what is up with that - thank goodness I did not have any small children staying with me. Also only one elevator was working!!!! NOT GOOD FOR THE AMOUNT OF PEOPLE COMING AND GOING

The room was even ready early and we were notified that we could go ahead and check in. Brooks and Shorey Resorts was awesome to work with. We had a minor issue and they sent someone out immediately to take care of it. They were friendly, accommodating, and professional. There was easy access to the beach and parking lot. And of course the view was awesome! Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect!

Not only was condo spotless and beautiful but they were wonderful and accommodating at check in,our condo was ready before check in so they allowed us to go in.I have stayed at Pelican Isle before at a different condo but this one is my favorite and I will save it for next time! It was way better than pictured 💜💜

Enjoyed Our Stay Overall

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean, comfortable with excellent view, but the bedroom sliding glass door jammed and small hole in screen. Dishwasher mounting unfinished...which was strange. Adequately equipped otherwise, location was great, Brooks and Shorey rep, Maryann, was wonderful and very helpful and informative. Enjoyed stay overall. Would have given a 3 1/2 on property's general condition, if available.

We draped a sheet over the couch so that we would have a place to sit. The main door to the unit needs cleaning inside. Otherwise we were pleased with our stay.

The weather was beautiful and the chairs and umbrellas were up before the posted time. That allowed us extra time on the beach. Nice View of the beach

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was very clean. The only thing is that there were no washcloths in the master bathroom but that is very minor. We made do with what we had. Did not want to leave. We would definitely stay there again.

beautiful beachfront condo

we had a great stay. plenty of room for all, very clean and you wake up looking at gorgeous waves! you are just steps from the beach. also, the pool was heated and very clean. not too deep, great for smaller kids. and hot tub for us big kids. the host was very informative and communicated well. I would stay again and I definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was spotless, comfortable and we loved the tile floors. Overall, the condo itself needed a little TLC. We asked Brooks and Shorey (on a Sunday) if a few things could be repaired and within a hour all items were being repaired! Also the condo had only had one drinking glass (for ice tea etc.) and a very nice lady from Brooks and Shorey arrived with a box of 9 glasses. From their booking agents, who are incredible and listen to their customers, to customer care and service I believe Brooks and Shorey is the best management team on the Island!
