Il est situé au deuxième étage d'un immeuble sans ascenseur.

SALON comprend une grande télévision (TV directe, HBO et Cinemax), un lecteur DVD, 2 canapés gigognes, un fauteuil, une grande table pouvant accueillir 6 personnes.

CHAMBRE PRINCIPALE équipée d'un lit queen size, table de nuit, commode avec miroir, placard et un espace de rangement.

DEUXIÈME CHAMBRE équipée de deux lits simples, table de nuit, commode avec miroir, placard et un espace de rangement.
Des lits gigognes sont disponibles sur demande.

Nicely Remodeled

The apartment was easy to get to and easy to enter. The bathrooms and kitchen had been remodeled with a nice contemporary vibe. We ate at several establishments in the area and the people were very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice place to stay.

Great apartment in Astoria

Stayed for 30 days from early August to early September. The apartment was exactly as pictured online. Check in was very easy and the place was clean when we arrived. The location can't be beat. Easy access to the N and W, only 20 minutes to get into the city, walking distance to the ferry, across the street from the grocery, and very close to a lot of great restaurants. It is located on a busy corner so it can be a bit noisy but with the air conditioners running we really didn't notice the noise at all. Beds were comfortable. Anna is very responsive and easy to reach. Overall a great stay and a great value. Would definitely stay again the next time I'm back in town.

Lovely family stay in Astoria

We stayed with our kids and where really happy. There are two bathrooms which is really convenient. Neighborhood has so many playgrounds which surprised us. Only 15 min subway ride to Manhattan.

Nice spacious place in city

Host was very responsive, this apartment is big in size for NYC. No joke 5 mins from subway which is great. The apartment was on 2nd level right at the intersection which could be noisy for some. Even is only on 2nd floor but stairs is steep but it’s okay for us. Nice place for what we need. Thank you Anna.

Lovely and spacious

Lovely big apartment with all the cooking essentials you need, not that we did a lot of cooking. Comes equip with oven, microwave , toaster and coffee machine if you don’t like instant.tea towels cloths all provided. Very homely, plenty of seating and tv provided with plenty of channels to watch. Free WiFi which the kids were overjoyed and good service , with the two bathrooms made it great for all of us getting ready.towels were provided as well as shampoos and soap and toilet roll. The subway is literally a two min walk and so easy to get to all the attractions. We have never really used an underground/ train before this holiday and we found it so easy.we got a week train pass to get off and on as many times for £33 dollars each it has been well worth it going to all the different places in New York. Across from the apartment there is grocery stores, dunking donuts, Chinese, Greek and other restaurants do try the king of falafel king of shawarmas it is great. We came over the new year period please be aware there is queues for everything. Attractions, toilets, coffee shops, we come from a very small place and was overwhelmed how busy everywhere is, unless you want to queue all day to get into to time square or pay a lot of money for tickets you can’t get anywhere near. We got the New York pass and you do save money but it doesn’t let you get in any faster as everyone has them. If we ever come to New York again we would def book here again.thankyou Anna

Great place to stay!

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for a family trip to NYC - quick Subway ride to Manhattan, apartment very clean and comfortable with restaurants and supermarket all close by. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay.

This was a "bucket list" trip for us. The apartment was perfect. Lots of space. There was nothing lacking. Close proximity to the subway system, groceries, local restaurants, bakeries. Anna was very helpful throughout our stay. Would we stay there again??? You bet!!!

Todo perfecto, limpieza, ubicación, camas muy comodas, apartamento amplio, la comunicaciòn con los responsables perfecta, inmediata atención y solución a cualquier problema, tuvimos un problema en el wc a altas horas de la noche y vino Larisa (fantastica) con un técnico a solucionar el tema Sin duda repetiremos Gracias Anna y Larisa

Comfortable stay in Astoria

We had a very nice three night stay here. The apartment is clean and spacious, it was great to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for my wife and two grown daughters, made getting ready to go out so much easier. Short walk to subway and a fairly short ride to the theater district in Manhattan. Dunkin Donuts just around the corner, I got coffee there every morning. Other markets and restaurants all around. Free street parking on side streets, including right outside the entrance to the building, just need to read the signs for the times parking is restricted. A minor glitch getting into the building and unit with the code that had not yet been changed (because we arrived ahead of schedule), but not a big deal. Anna was easy to work with and very responsive the couple of times we had to contact her. We would stay here again.

Nice apartment in exellent location

Excellent location: Apartment is located in Astoria, just 15 minutes from Manhattan and within 45 minutes of almost every touristic sight in NYC. Excellent host: Communication with Anna was efficient and fast. No questions were left open, answers always arrived within minutes. Excellent apartment: Quite large, clean apartment with Aircon. We especially liked the two bathrooms, making things easier when travelling in a group. Thank you, Anna, for hosting us!

Great base for a Manhattan vacation

Spacious unit with high ceilings and comfy furniture, an easy very short commute to Manhattan. Lots of great restaurant options close by. Such a nice alternative to a hotel.

Spacious clean apartment, convenient location

We stayed in this large apartment with good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Instructions for getting in were clear and we had no trouble. The owner was very responsive to our email and phone/text inquiries and walked an extra mile to make sure we are comfortable in her place. Next time I travel to NYC I'll try to rent this property again.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung war für uns (2 Erwachsene und unser 16-jähriger Sohn) perfekt - 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Auch das Wohnzimmer war großzügig eingerichtet mit vielen gemütlichen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Die Küche war ebenso gut ausgestattet. Es gibt gleich gegenüber einen Supermarkt, der rund um die Uhr geöffnet hat. In der Umgebung gibt es außerdem viele Geschäfte und Restaurants. Pech hatten wir nur mit der Metro. Unsere nächstgelegene Metrostation (Broadway) war wegen Bauarbeiten leider nicht in Betrieb und wir mussten immer eine längere Strecke zur nächsten Station zurücklegen. Mit allem anderen waren wir sehr zufrieden. Vielen Dank.

It is our home in Astoria

This is home base for our semi-annual trips to see our NY grandchildren. The place is large enough for a sleepover and always inviting. Anna is a good host.
