Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I knew we had a view of the beach but I was pleasantly surprised to find it was just a few steps away. The roomy condo was a bonus but with the beach that close we were on the deck or beach as much as possible. In the evening plenty of fun places for food, fun and music near by.

A beautiful location! The Edgewater property is quite nice. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tubs. The view from our balcony is lovely and the balcony chairs are really comfortable and allow one to see over the railing. The unit was reasonably well appointed and comfortable. We liked the sectional sofa.The bed is in need of replacement.

First October Beach Experience

Beach was wonderful and clean! Water temp still warm enough to get in ocean. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed. No issues with booking, communication or getting into the condo. Beautiful views and we especially loved the panoramic views of the beach through bedroom and living room! We will recommend this place to friends and family! Thanks for a lovely stay.

Host told me it was in the Windward Building of Edgewater via text. So I was locked in on that. The confirmation did say Leeward Bldg. which is next door but I overlooked that until we couldn’t get in our room and I called the rental company. Had to reload car etc Also could not get my husband on the internet to play his games cause he doesn’t do the sun. That was a bummer for him. Called and texted internet support but no resolution. The room was nice. a as pictured. The mattress needs updating. Very uncomfortable Liked havin2 bathrooms. But very satisfied in general.

Girls trip

Loved the DJ at the pool and the Karaoke poolside. While the condo was drab and the sleeper sofa needs to be replaced, the overall property was clean and safe. We had a blast and found great places to dine.

Disappointed

I have never left a review before but I believe everyone should be aware of this room because the listed reviews are misleading. When we arrived the room smelled awful and not just cleaned, my husband checked the air filter and it was covered in dirt so he changed it out which didn’t help much. We went to the store to get air freshener and cleaning supplies to make it somewhat enjoyable for our stay. The couches had an awful smell to them and they were filthy, we had to cover them with extra sheets so we could sit on them. The bedroom had two very flat and uncomfortable pillows so we had to go out and buy better ones bc they were flat as a board. The bed itself was so loud and made a sound every time you turned in the bed so our sleep was awful during our stay. Lastly we wanted to do laundry as we paid to have a washer and dryer in the unit for our stay when I opened the washer the smell coming from the washer was gut wrenching and the amount of mold inside of the washer was awful. The mold had been there for a long time, this wasn’t recent. We were unable to do laundry of course do to the condition the washer was in. Starting out our vacation like this was very disappointing and stressful since we drove over ten hours to get there. I am very upset because there was no one to assist us besides the gate attendants and they were no help, they all had bad attitudes and treated us like we were a bother to them. I won’t ever stay here again and want to be reimbursed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful room, very convenient to all areas of Panama City Beach. This facility has so many amenities, you don’t have to leave if you don’t want to. This room is located in the Leeward building, giving you access to all amenities on the Edgewater property, but without the large crowds. Very short, easy walk to the beach from the building. Master bedroom and living room has gorgeous views of the ocean. Property seemed to be well-maintained as staff was outside constantly cleaning sidewalks and parking lot. We did not encounter any issues with appliances or anything during our stay. Everything worked properly and made our stay feel as if we were in our own home at the beach. We would definitely stay here again, as we loved the location, multiple pools, ease of walk to the beach, and variety of nearby stores and restaurants.

Nice but needs a little work

Also the sink on the vanity had separated from the countertop and was hanging in the air. These are minor items and for the price it was not that big of a deal. We still enjoyed our stay but just realize this is not a high end resort overall.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented for the month of January and were extremely pleased with the stay. The description of the property was very accurate. It was clean and well maintained. I can’t think of anything that I would consider a problem. The kitchen is pretty well stocked. It lacked enough full-size forks, but that’s the worse I can come up with. I did bring my crock pot and there was not one there. We had an issue with a toilet seat which was promptly taken care of when I emailed them. I would absolutely stay in this unit again and would recommend it. It was perfect for a couple and was roomy enough when we had 2 visitors for 5 days.We really enjoyed the balcony.This unit is very centrally located to many great restaurants and stores.

Great little getaway!

Clean and had everything we needed! Loved the updates and walk-in shower. Balcony was nice with big chairs. Furniture was comfortable and kitchen was nicely laid out. Bed was comfortable and loved having a secondary bathroom. Communication was quick and friendly. Easy access to beach. Parking was a breeze. 5⭐️’s all the way!

Loved this condo !!

We have stayed at the EDGEWATER for nearly 30 years ...always at the Tower 1 bldg. We were shocked by how much more we enjoyed the Leeward bldg !!!! 20 short steps from the elevator and you are in the sand !!!! And the view from inside the condo ...or on the balcony .. you are RIGHT THERE to the beauty of the ocean !! Best vacation in all the years we've been there !!! 🌴☺️

There were no beach towel, but there were plenty of others. I would highly recommend staying here!SMALL SUGGESTIONS:1. The condo is a bit dark, more or brighter lighting would help. 2. The condo needs a deeper clean. Under beds, consoles, and bedside tables was dusty and there was some trash. Also, there was some dust accumulating on the bedroom wall.Overall, a great relaxing stay. I will definitely be looking up the condo for future stays! Thank you so much for a wonderful and stress free time!

Time for a get away

Reviewer Comments: We liked the condo and was mostly happy with the stay. They left more then enough towels couch and bed comfortable. However, many lights where out, remotes missing batteries, not enough silverware to eat with, the doors where dirty and the walls had stuff on them.
