Relaxing night in Sedona

The property was fantastic! AJ accommodated a slightly earlier check in for us….the views from the yard were amazing! Dry clean, well stocked and the fire pit was great! We would definitely stay again!

Lovely house with a fully fenced yard for my 2 small dogs. Great location with easy access to Sedona and hiking trails. I would definitely recommend this property.

Property is in a great location, clean, well equipped. Really enjoyed ping pong table and pool table. Would definitely stay here again. Host was responsive to all messages.

Beautiful home near Cathedral Rock

3 of us stayed at this lovely home in Sedona. The set up with 2 master bedrooms was perfect. The outdoor space is very nice with multiple seating areas and a propane fire pit. The furniture and appliances were all in very good condition.

Great trip in Chapel

This was a fantastic place to stay in Sedona. Having visited Sedona numerous times and stayed in various locations like Oak Creek, West Sedona, and downtown, I find Chapel to be one of the best spots for excellent bike trails, sightseeing, and access to downtown. My kid appreciated the pool table and ping pong, and the adults enjoyed the fire pit out back. It was a great stay, and we would definitely return. JW :)

Amazing and Comfortable House with Great Views!

Our stay was phenomenal! We loved the property, and it was extremely easy to work with the owner. It was perfect for what we were looking for - a nice week away. Loved being able to sit outside with the gas fire pit with family in the evenings. It was a plus that this home was pet friendly, too.!

Nice accommodations in a quiet residential neighborhood.

The quiet neighborhood setting was terrific…only a half mile walk from the Chapel of the Holy Cross landmark. Two bedrooms each with a king size bed and private bathroom. One bathroom had a very nice walk-in shower, but the other one had a less desirable tub/shower combo, which didn’t have a slip resistant surface (safety hazard for seniors). The stove and dishwasher were sub-par, with the former actually in need of repair. There are other aspects of the property that could definitely be improved, but overall our stay in Sedona was wonderful and while the property is not what I would call “spectacular,” it’s a pretty good value for the money.

Excellent Vacation Home

This light and airy house in a quiet neighborhood in Sedona was perfectly located. It has a good view of red rocks and is walking distance to several trailheads and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. The kitchen is fully equipped. The beds are unbelievably comfortable. The fenced yard is a perfect spot for a family with a dog. The owner was attentive to our needs. We would highly recommend this vacation spot.

This was a last minute replacement property. The property contact/owner couldn’t have been nicer. Place was great. Owner extremely responsive when I had a question. Reasonable price too.

Good location/ Great Owner

Home is in a good location to access all the hiking and historic sights. Plan ahead if you are going to head to locations on the other side of Sedona, traffic is tough. House was fairly well appointed, was comfortable and as represented in the pictures. It is still new in the program so the pantry isn't well stocked yet, so plan ahead for some of the basics you usually find in a longer term rental. Owner was great with communications and very easy to work with.

new and beautiful view

This house had a gorgeous view and so many high end appliances as well as thoughtful touches like a toothbrush etc. Sitting at the outside fire-pit staring at the view was amazing, the bbq was fun and even a covered front porch for a quick rain shower. It should be noted, that there are many outside cameras which I did not realize in the listing. It was not an issue for me and my husband, but important to note.

Great Property, Shady Agent

The property was great, except for the noise. Agent never listed that construction was going on close by, even though he knew about it. When this issue was brought up later, the agent was combative, aggressive, and dismissive about the noise issue, lied about changing the ad to warn potential future renters (I looked), and offered a pittance of a refund only after a verbal confrontation.. Even then he gave me a bunch of double talk, like a used car salesman. Very unprofessional for such an upscale area.
