This beautiful upscale house is centrally located to everything. Driving west less than one hour there is Clearwater Beach, ranked #1 in the south by USA Today, St Pete Beach, Anna Marie Island and the Tarpon Springs sponge docks. Driving east less than 1 hour there is Walt Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, and Gatorland. Within 20 minutes driving time, you will find Busch Gardens, Hard Rock Cafe, the Florida Acquarium, Dinosaur World, the Florida State Fairgrounds, the Strawberry Festival, Ybor City and the Manatee Viewing Center.

We are pet friendly so come and relax in this beautiful cozy house that has access to Lake Valrico. Enjoy the 5 person peddle boat that comes with booking the house. The lake has clear water and great fishing.

Great place

This property was very clean and great for all ages. The pool was warm and the sun shining!! Very quiet neighborhood and convenient location to any store needed. I would recommend a stay!

Our Tampa Family Vacation

We traveled to Tampa with my family of 5 and my sisters Family of 5. This house offered a great location just outside of tampa. The pool was a huge hit with the teens and preteens in the group. If i comeback to Brandon would most definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was wonderful. We would have loved to stay an extra day but it was already booked. We felt rigfht at home and we loved the pool. We will definately be back!

Absolutely Awesome Big Family Home

Stayed at property. Way larger than it looks from outside. Perfect for large family. Even when traveling with Grandmother in tow. Close to Cross Creek wedding venue (under 2 miles). 3 bathrooms was a plus getting ready for to attend the wedding. The heated pool was beautiful. It had everything we could possibly need!!

Plenty of comfortable space

Our stay was wonderful! The eight of us enjoyed the heated pool, large clean space with plenty of beds and rooms, the rain head showers and the useful kitchen space. We felt very welcomed by the Christmas lights and decorations, and the welcome book with stay instructions and helpful recommendations. Loved it!

My grandson’s wedding!

We rented the home at first mainly because it’s five bedrooms and three bathrooms. But it turned out to be much more than just a home with five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It brought family members together who flew in from all over and catch up. Location was convenient to shopping, activities, restaurants. Plenty of dining space in the dining room, as well as the kitchen table and counter stools. Our favorite place was on the patio first thing in the morning.

VERY Nice property

The house was VERY clean and perfectly re-modeled. We had 9-10 in our group. Pool area super nice too with all you need for pool fun. Backyard had beautiful grass, large open area and volleyball net set up. The owners were always quick to respond if we had questions or needed anything. Beds were VERY comfortable and really nice sheets. Hoping to stay here again in the future

Family wedding

Stayed at the house so we could attend a family wedding nearby. The house was perfect for us. Clean and comfortable with all the things we needed. The pool was our favorite part. Absolutely fantastic and would 100% book again.

The house is absolutely beautiful! IT WAS SO CLEAN!! Even had a friendly handbook with suggestions of things to do! The host was absolutely polite and quick to respond. Definitely will be coming back!

Wonderful house

The house was beautifully decorated. The 5th bedroom was not for an adult but more for children. There were large TVs in every room. The pool was very warm, thank you for heating it for us. The check out process was so easy. The only thing was we had to take out the trash which was not a big deal. Oh the price for 3 full days was a great deal. We'll definitely be back.

Great stay

My family and I stayed here after making last minute arrangements. Even though they were last minute everything was perfect as if there were months of planning. The host was very nice and responsive. He was able to accommodate our needs and went over and beyond. The home was nice and clean. The neighborhood was nice. The house had everything we needed and more. Everyone in our party of 9 was happy and pleased with the home. We wished we had more time there.

Best hosts ever!!

I booked this hidden gem to enjoy a special family weekend with my siblings and it could not have been more perfect! The house is so clean, totally renovated and remodeled with every convenience, super comfortable, quiet neighborhood, and the hosts are incredibly welcoming, friendly, attentive, kind, and flexible!!! We are 4 adults (60 yrs old +) and enjoyed running every morning in a safe neighborhood, playing games in the pool, laughing during our badminton games, eating snacks on the back sun screen space, each of us had our own bedroom…would be a perfect place to have families!

Best stay ever

I have stayed in Florida villas with pool more than 10 times and this was the best value for money stay of all. The owner lives nearby and so is available to sort any issues, eben small ones straight which can often be a hassle if through an agent. The house is very clean and well presented and with modern appliances and huge TV's all over. The pool has a lovely set up and it was the warmest you could want (90F in December) I found the location ideal, close to all shops and eating places and convenient for Bush Gardens and the water park and many state parks with wild Gators etc. The area was pleasant and welcoming and a great little cul-de-sac so no through traffic going past. It's not a gated estate, but it felt very safe place to be. They provided all the consumables you might need like washing tabs, bin liners, paper towels toilet roll etc and that was great as many don't It is not directly on the lake, so no worry about kids falling in the lake, it's a sort stroll up the lane for access. I would defiantly stay again well done and thanks Jeff

Family Reunion

The house was just as the listing indicated. Very clean and well kept. My family really enjoyed themselves. The owner was very responsive to us and checked to see how things were going with us. Definitely would stay here again.
