The Palm house is an updated 4-bedroom 2-bath home in Georgetown, Ky. Located minutes from all of what Georgetown has to offer. The Palm House is situated near the interstate for easy access to Lexington, Frankfort, Richmond and surrounding counties. Located 10 minutes to the Kentucky Horse Park, Old Friends Farm and Toyota. 20 minutes to Keeneland, Bluegrass Airport, and Buffalo Trace. Approximately 30 minutes to Ark Encounter. Enjoy the days exploring Horse Country and settle in the evening around the pool with a nice drink. The Palm House has a large primary bedroom with king bed and updated ensuite, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have queen beds and 4th bedroom has two twin beds. Each room equipped with smart tv's! Updated kitchen stocked for all your needs! An introductory supply of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, coffee pods, and trash bags are provided. These items are not restocked during your stay.
Step inside the Palm House and feel like you are immediately on vacation. Time to unwind! POOL CLOSES FOR THE SEASON IN OCTOBER AND REOPENS IN MAY.

Kentucky Horse Park

Highly recommend! This home is very clean, and very well stocked. Nice neighborhood. Its close to shops and restaurants. This is the 2nd time to stay at this home and will definitely stay again.

Home away from home

This property is absolutely amazing. The home was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. I recommend this home to anyone who wants to feel at home when they’re not. The only thing missing was my dogs!

Exceeded our expectations

Just perfect for two couples in the area to play golf and taste bourbon. The home was spacious, clean and well appointed. The linens were luxurious and the furniture comfortable. We cooked several meals and everything we needed was easily found and at hand. The pot and pans were even great quality. The location is a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sitting outside in the private backyard and taking a walk. We are very likely to return!

Great place

We had 5 adults stay here over a 3 day period.. the place was spotless which we appreciated. Plenty of room to spread out.. comfortable beds.. plenty of towels . Nice outdoor furniture.. Nice quiet neighborhood.. absolutely no complaints.. We visited distilleries, went to Keeneland and red river gorge and it was a perfect location .. highly recommend

Wonderful!

Beautiful home in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to everything but not in town. The open floor plan makes the house feel so big. Love the floorplan, decor and overall house. The pool was amazing! Jenni was so informative and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely recommend this place!

Year end retreat

We had two couples (hubby and me and my gf and her hubby) come from Florida and one gf from Tennessee and one gf from Indy. I tell you I this because what a great central location! The house was tastefully furnished and so inviting. All 4 bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and well stocked. There were lots of extra touches, which is always appreciated by travelers. Jenni the owner was quick to respond with entry details and of course check details. She was also able to share some local restaurants and pubs, we love the Irish Pub she suggested. Thank you for letting us stay in your home, it was a great experience.

Defender 3day event

After driving 12 hours we were ready to sit back and relax, this place did not disappoint. The house was immaculate, everything was well stocked, all beds were very comfortable, lots of room, nice backyard, quiet neighborhood. I’ve never stayed anywhere that supplied dish soap, detergent, dishwasher pods, extra toilet paper, condiments, coffee, etc. There wasn't anything we needed that wasn't supplied. The owner checked on us periodically to make sure we didn't need anything, and was immediately available when the batteries to the keypad went out one night. Owner was a pleasure to work with. I will stay here again in the future.

~ What you SEE is what you GET~

Overall our stay was an absolute success! Over an extended weekend I sought to be a host & tour guide to my Children, husband, mother and aunt-age ranges from 7-80. Jenni’s place was a immaculate! Space & comfort for everyone. She stocked her pantry with all our non-food needs! Laundry detergent, Fabric Softener, Laundry Sheets, paper towels, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, etc…. Each room had hangers, a hamper, extension cords, I mean you name it she had it!! The neighborhood was a quite, safe, modern-contemporary neighborhood. As a true germaphobe and a perfectionist @ heart I appreciated every detail of Jenni’s place. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to bedazzle my family w/lasting memories of an long, Autumn weekend in Kentucky!! <3

Pristine Home!

First I’d like to say that this property only had one review, a five star, but 1 nonetheless and we sort of took a gamble in choosing it but my family and I are SO glad we did! This home, hands down, is the nicest rental property we have ever stayed in and we have stayed in at least 10. It is exactly like the photos and then some. It is spotlessly clean and Jenni provided all of the things to make us feel like this home was truly a home away from home: coffee maker, frother, fully stocked kitchen utensils and appliances, laundry, extra towels, hangers, tvs in each room, laundry baskets, blankets, etc. etc. the list can go on! The pantry was stocked with smaller appliances like a blender and crock pot. The decor was absolutely lovely with quality and comfortable pieces. It smelled nice, and all appliances looked and felt new. When I say impeccable, I mean this property was impeccable. Jenni was quick to respond and offered dining suggestions as well! A wonderful host! We got in after hours and it was a breeze to get in. We visited Lexington, Louisville and Williamstown while we were there and this home was pretty centrally located with many options for grocery and food delivery! We didn’t get a chance to use the pool but it was very nice and the yard was also very well kept. Our family vacation was lovely and this home definitely played an instrumental part in making it what it was!
