Setting at a high point in Redding affords views of the sun all the way to Sunset for which the road is named. Huntington Park with it's lakes and ponds, hiking trails and 1000 acres to explore abutts the back yard.
Take an afternoon to take a kyack or canoe trip on the large lake in the park. Relax on the covered front porch or the back patio or curl up in the living room. A first floor primary suite has a walkin closet and full bath and a shower and a deep tub.
The kitchen has double wall ovens and a countertop gas range with plenty of counter space for prep and an island with 2 stools. A laundry room is on the main level away from the primary bedroom.
You can cook the gourmet meal and eat it in the dining room or breakfast nook or out on the patio.
Redding has no downtown which is part of it's rural charm. You'll fall in love you'll be away from the hustle and bustle and enjoying a simple and satisfying lifestyle in the heart of Fairfield County.
House is available for entire summer or any of the 3 months at a reduced rate.
