**The Chiquita Boat Lock will be closed for removal starting April 1st, 2025 with the work expected to take approximately three months. During this period, boating access from this property will not be available. However, we can assist in arranging boat rentals from alternative locations if needed.**

The intersection of Clifton and Daniel Canal is over 200 ft wide and provides Gulf access, allowing you to explore the waterways and embark on aquatic adventures. Please note that there is no dock built yet. The serene lake-like setting with 145 ft waterfront offers a picturesque backdrop, creating a sense of tranquility and natural beauty.
