Sandpiper Cottage features lovely tile flooring throughout the home. The living area, dining area, and kitchen share an open floor plan. The living area has comfortable seating and a large flat screen TV. The dining table is a distressed wood table with bench seating. The kitchen is well equipped, featuring a breakfast bar, light and bright cabinets, granite counters, and stainless appliances.

The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a flat screen TV and both bathrooms feature walk-in showers. The Florida room has a full-sized Futon bed for additional sleeping, as well as a daybed with a trundle bed (2 singles) located off the living room.

Going outside we discover a covered porch and a long sundeck overlooking the pool area, all set up with ample seating. The private pool has an extensive patio area surrounded by lush landscaping, features a splendid gazebo and an outdoor table to enjoy lunches as well as loungers to enjoy the sun.
