Enjoy this brand new, clean and comfortable new build 4 bedroom home in a beautiful Brand New community. 3 total T.V. 's in this home. All new appliances, great A/C and central dehumidifier. This beautiful home looks out over a small pond. Master bathroom has a beautiful king bed and an attached bathroom with two sinks, separate toilet room, shower and walk in closet with a pack and play. Second bedroom and third bedroom both have beautiful, new queen beds and one has a T.V.. Fourth bedroom has 2 clean, new twin beds with T.V.. There is a bathroom by these bedrooms with a bathtub and shower, toilet and two sinks. Beautiful clean carpeting, spotless tile in kitchen and main gathering area. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the pond while you sit on your living room couches. Coffee pot and Keurig, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top stove, oven and toaster. Beautiful granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms. Dining room table seats 6 and kitchen island has 4 additional chairs. Wash all your family's clothes in our spotless laundry room with brand new Whirlpool washer and dryer. Comes with laundry soap, shampoo/conditioner, hand soap, bar soap, ironing board, hair dryers and family games, puzzles, books and drawing supplies. Your family will be so comfortable in this home! Easily accessible to Tampa and 60 miles from Orlando means you are close to all of Florida's amazing theme parks. Close to grocery stores and restaurants, Walmart, movie theater and quaint historic downtown Plant City where you can enjoy life at a slower pace. This is a great place. We come every year with a team to go to the Sun N Fun airshow. We stayed here last year and it worked perfect for everything we needed. This year was no different. Look forward to staying again next year.

Wonderful Family Home

The house was the perfect size and is in an extremely nice and safe neighborhood. Very clean and very close to downtown! Check in and check out was very easy. We will definitely be back!

Great clean new home

We were very impressed with how clean and modern the house was. There were plenty of dishes for those of us that like to cook our own meals. Extra towels and linens were available including beach towels. I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent 4 bedroon house with plenty of space

Played in 2 softball tournaments in lakeland and tampa so found a location between the two spots. House was perfect for 5 players,restaurants and stores were nearby.

Beautiful and Peaceful

This house was honestly my favorite part of our vacation. It was clean, quiet and beautiful. It was much bigger than I expected. Check in and check out was a breeze. I have a friend that lives nearby in Plant City and I immediately decided that anytime that I visit, I'll be staying here. Kelly and Paul have thought of everything when it comes to stocking odds and ends for a stay. I can't wait until I'm able to go back!!

Strawberry Take Me Away

I cannot say enough good things about this VRBO experience! We came into town to spend a week in Plant City to visit family & friends & enjoy all that the Strawberry Festival had to offer! After late nights at the festival concerts & sunny days by my friends’ pool, this home was the perfect retreat to relax and unwind! The home was in pristine condition! It was not only the cleanest but most well stocked with all the amenities of home that I have ever rented. I am THE pickiest person when it comes to beds & pillows; if I could travel with my own I would, but I absolutely loved the pillows/bed in the master and slept like a dream every night! Communication with The Kocina’s was prompt, friendly, & accommodating! I will gladly rent this home again during future visits to Plant City & would recommend for anyone traveling to this area as well!

Clean and spacious

This rental was immaculate and our family of 6 had a great time with plenty of space to spread out. The listing description matches perfectly with the rental. We’ve stayed at many VRBOs and this is one of our favorites and we would definitely return. The beds were all very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and the kitchen was stocked with essential items. The attention to detail such as providing makeup remover face wipes, soap, shampoo, tissues helped make our stay truly feel like a home away from home. The hosts provided easy ways to get in touch with them which we didn’t need to do because the welcome instructions had everything we needed!

Very Accommodating and Comfortable

What a great home! Everything was in its place and so well decorated. It felt very homey and inviting. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Kelly was super nice and very receptive. We will definitely stay there again!

We are close to Dinosaur World, Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Tampa Zoo, and many pristine beaches. We are 60 miles from Orlando which has 4 Disney theme parks, SeaWorld, Aquatica, Universal Studios, Orlando Drive-Thru Safari park, and so much more! You will never be bored in Florida! Beautiful pond view and a playground for the kids!

Our property comfortably sleeps 8 people plus a baby. It is family friendly with books, toys, and games, and COMPLETELY furnished with everything you will need! We have all kitchen items, utensils, pots and pans, plates,bowls, supplies, spices, Keurig and coffee pot. This will be the best vacation you have ever had! Close to restaurants, delivery restaurants, Walmart, and grocery stores.
