Récemment rénové. Condo 3 chambres dans la belle île d'émeraude, NC!
Unité au 1er étage dans le grand complexe Summerwinds. La chambre principale a un lit king size avec 32 'TV à écran plat w / DVD. La chambre n ° 2 a un lit queen size et la chambre n ° 3 a deux lits superposés, parfait pour les enfants! Salon a beaucoup de sièges et une télévision à écran plat de 42 'w / Blue-Ray DVD.
La cuisine est neuve w / belles nouvelles armoires, comptoirs en granit, et tous les appareils en acier inoxydable. Condo a nouveau système AC, chauffe-eau et volets de la plantation à travers tout le condo. Trois piscines extérieures et une piscine intérieure chauffée à l'eau salée à l'intérieur du complexe sportif. Amusez-vous en jouant au tennis, au racquetball ou en marchant sur la plage à la recherche de coquillages et en regardant les dauphins jouer dans les vagues. Communauté fermée avec sécurité 24 heures. De nombreuses commodités pour vous faire sentir détendu et confortable dans notre condo.

Great place with a view

Excellent spot right in the middle of the island. Clean and well decorated, also well stocked with essentials in the kitchen and lots of games to play if its rainy. Owner communication was amazing and check-in was super easy.

A Slice of Heaven on Emerald Isle

All I can say is it’s really a slice of heaven! We love that it’s located on the first floor, and It’s just a few steps from both the indoor and main outdoor pools, and a convenient distance to the beach accesses. Comfortable seating indoors and out, and the bed offered me the best night’s sleep I’ve had in years. Every piece of furniture was curated to perfection. The dining room table was big enough for our family of 6 with plenty of room to spare. We enjoyed working puzzles, playing games, painting watercolors, and sorting shells on the table, and my toddler loved the bench! The kitchen is just darling, and Carey has made every detail available. We found a Crockpot, blender, plenty of great mixing and serving bowls, and an abundance of dishes. The ample countertops made meal prep easy. The washer and dryer are well loved, but even with doing multiple loads of laundry a day, we didn’t have a single problem! She really has thought of everything, and made it all available for the guests. My family and I didn’t want to leave. Out of all the places we’ve been, and all the condos and homes we’ve stayed in, this unit was by far our favorite ever. We loved it so much, in fact, that we are already planning to book it for next year. We cannot wait to go back.

Perfect Location

We’ve stayed at SummerWinds before and loved it. That is why we came back. The location of this condo was so perfect! So close to the pool, the beach, the sports complex, and game room. It was great for our teenagers who would come and go while we were at the pool with our youngest. The condo itself was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for the 6 of us. My 8 year old loved all the games that were available. If I could change one thing it would be to have some space for groceries. We came in with groceries for a family of 6 and I would have liked to “put them away” but space was limited as far as that goes. Everything else outweighs this one minor complaint. We will definitely be back. I can’t imagine being happy with any other location at SummerWinds.

Fantastic condo

We love summer winds condos. This is one of the best ones we’ve stayed in so far. And I will for sure book again! Lots of games for indoor family time. It did rain this past weekend so we were indoors more than we had hoped. Love that it’s on the first floor so you can easily walk out to the pool and beach access.

The location of the unit was A+! First floor, privacy, close to the beach, pool. The unit had everything you could need for your stay. We went to Beaufort and Emerald Isle to visit with friends.

Fun stay

We had a great stay in this fantastic location and this condo that is convenient to the ocean, pool and sports complex. Condo is beautifully decorated and makes the most use of the space. We would definitely recommend staying here. Carey was quick to respond to my questions and communication with her was excellent. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit, you won’t regret it!

Great Condo

The condo was very clean! All the appliances were new. There was great communication with the owner. Plenty of amenities for our child in the condo's sport complex. The indoor pool is handy on a rainy day. We had a great time! Hopefully we'll be able to come back soon.

Spring BreakGetaway

Our family stayed at the SummerWinds property, and it could not have been a better experience. Carey was wonderful to work with, everything was so detailed that the only time we communicated was the opening instructions and our checking out, although Carey supplied her number just in case. The condo is well stocked with all supplies and nicely decorated. We walked out the back door to the beach and the front door to the sports plex and the indoor pool. The kids went to the gym every day to workout. The location is fantastic and Indian Beach, I feel, is the best of the Crystal Coast beaches, although it is a short drive to Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Will definitely be back! Thanks Carey.

Beautiful fall week at the beach

We came in right as the hurricane was heading out- the weather was a bit chilly but the sun was shining and the condo was beautiful. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need, the beds were comfortable, and plenty of linens, towels, pillows, and blankets. There was construction and maintenance going on at the condominiums, but nothing that the owners could have helped. Resurfacing of the large pool area was taking place as well as crews working on a stairwell. Slight inconveniences but we know that all work being done will only improve future vacations. Security is great and the indoor pool and arcade were wonderful for my daughter. Plenty of great places to eat close-by. Owner responds to communication quickly and the check-in process was simple.

Perfect location

Excellent ground floor condo where you can walk right out to the main pool, hot tub or beach. Or out the other door to the car and sportsplex with tennis court, racketball, exercise room, pickle ball, indoor pool and arcade Close to everything on a wonderful beach. The condo is bright and nicely furnished. I would go back again.

Perfect for Grandparents!

This was out first trip with my 2 month old and grandparents. We had an event locally that my husband was seperate for. So my 2 month old and I stayed here with my parents for help. It was an awesome setup with the master and separate bath with 2 bedrooms. My baby and I could be up and not disturb everyone else even though it was a smaller space. Wonderful porch to sit and view the ocean and listen to the waves. Clean and perfectly organized space! Spacious bedrooms and enough area to setup ALL the baby stuff. Short walk to beach access, next to outdoor pool, and right across from the arcade. The front gate staff was also Fantastic! They were always there and very helpful. Short walk to good seafood restaurants. The owner was very quick to respond to questions, and it was great to have all linens, kitchen towels, and bath towels provided. Only downside for us was the softness of the mattresses. The mattresses have a memory foam top that was not ideal for us, but that is simply personal preference.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Our family has vacationed in the Emerald Isle area for more than ten years and we have stayed at many places in that time. We came across Summerwinds several years ago and it was just perfect for our family! They have more of a 'resort' feeling by all the amenities on the property. We just always enjoyed our time here and felt very grateful that we were able to purchase a condo in this community.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Our condo has had a complete renovation. We have continued to make improvements each year for our guests enjoyment. Being a 1st floor unit, it is great to pull up, unload your stuff and walk out the back right to the main pool and beach access. Very easy access to everything within the complex.
