À propos de cet hébergement

Venez faire des souvenirs avec votre famille et vos amis dans cette belle maison de vacances. Round Hill est une grande maison à poteaux et poutres située à seulement 5 km du lodge de base et du village. Il est assez confortable pour un petit groupe, mais assez spacieux pour 3 familles à partager! Il y a des lits pour 12 adultes et 3 lits gigognes supplémentaires pour les enfants. Faites tremper dans le bain à remous après une longue journée de ski ou de golf. Blottissez-vous et regardez des films sur la télévision à écran plat. Envoyez les enfants au sous-sol fini pour regarder leur propre télévision à écran plat. Passez du temps à cuisiner un bon repas dans la cuisine entièrement équipée. Dirigez-vous vers Manchester pour les meilleurs magasins d'usine. Ou ne faites rien du tout, mais profitez de la vue sur la montagne Stratton.

S'agit-il de vacances en famille? Nous avons nos propres enfants, nous savons donc ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances avec des enfants. Nous avons fourni des barrières pour bébé, une console xbox, des jeux, des téléviseurs à écran plat, un sous-sol entièrement aménagé, un salon séparé et un bain à remous pour 8 personnes pour les «adultes». Round Hill ressemble plus à une maison privée qu'à votre location de vacances typique. Que vous soyez ici pour un week-end ou une semaine, vous ne serez pas déçu.

Stratton possède certaines des meilleures pistes de ski et de snowboard du sud du Vermont, sans oublier la pêche, la randonnée, le VTT, le golf et le shopping. Venez voir Round Hill et Stratton pour créer des souvenirs qui dureront toute une vie! Peut accueillir 15 personnes avec un maximum de 12 adultes. Âge minimum du locataire de 28 ans.

Great Family Ski House

Spent a ski weekend here with friends and family (including 4 young kiddos). Well equipped and proximate to the hill, with a great view of the slopes. Hope to come back.

We had an amazing time at this property, it was just perfect for our family get away, close to slopes, yet secluded enough for privacy. We could have not asked for anything better! Thank you so much, we really enjoyed the stay!

Beautiful house, great hosts

The house was perfect for 3 dads and 4 teens on a ski trip. There was a lot of room to hang out, the place was clean, and the hot tub was really fun. The hosts left some small gifts for us which we very much appreciated. And they were extremely communicative and answered any questions we had. Love this place and hope to be back.

Winter Break Oasis

Hosts were excellent and very responsive. The house was clean, had great space, had nice views of the mountain and was in a prime location (close to mountain and Winhall market/eateries). I would recommend this to anyone who needs space and proximity to the mountain.

Wonderful time!

We had a blast! 2 families, 6 small children, everything was great for us! Communication was wonderful with Tina, close to skiing, highly recommend this place! Would love to come back!

Lovely, comfortable home for family vacation

The house was great for hosting a multi-family Thanksgiving vacation. It has a great kitchen and large dining table. The living room is cozy and comfortable with plenty of room to talk, watch a movie, or play a game. The downstairs has a fabulous playroom and sleeping area, perfect for a group of kids (ours ranged 6-12 years old). Everything was clean and comfortable, just as described. The view of Stratton is gorgeous.

The view! And a very cool house

We had a great ski weekend at this home. Most notable is the terrific view of Stratton--from most of the main rooms, the main bedroom, and the hot tub. It is really spectacular. The neighborhood is great, easy to get to the access road and be at the mountain in minutes. The house itself is very well equipped and I think would be great for even younger kids than ours as there were multiple games available to play--very generous. The kitchen was also well equipped with cooking supplies and even the essential condiments which is really appreciated. This house is expansive. The kitchen is tighter in the this large space, but opens up to a great dining room and porch, which we think would be great in later months. There is ample sleeping space...importantly a bath and bed on 1st for those with less mobility. Of note, there are no bathrooms in the basement or 4th floor where there is sleeping space, so those have to be shared. The hosts were terrific, super responsive, welcoming (we rent frequently and this was the first welcome package we ever received!!) , and made check in very easy and reassuring. We recommend!!

Great house close to Stratton

The house was perfect for 3 families with kids. Plenty of space, bedroom set up was ideal, very clean and well appointed. Hot tub and wood burning fireplace were enjoyed by all. Great views of Stratton as well. Check in and check out along with information about the house and its amenities were very well communicated. Tina made it all very simple and welcoming. I highly recommend and will come back again.

Stratton Hidden Gem

“Round Hill” was truly perfect for a winter weekend getaway with friends! It was well equipped, cozy & comfortable and ideally situated to Stratton! Tina and Ian were great to work with and extremely communicative as well. We had an amazing time and look forward to our next visit!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location to Stratton mountain was 6 minutes and the view of the mountain from the house was beautiful. The owner was attentive when needed. Plenty of room for our 2 families. We were very pleased.

Couldn't have been better!

We had a family trip, including my family, my sister's family and our older parents. The layout of the house was perfect - with large areas for all of us to be together and enough areas for us to divide up for different activities, including some games and books and puzzles that were at the house for us to use. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we could have possibly needed, and the grill was easy to use. The A/C units throughout the house worked amazingly well for the 2 unusually hot days we experienced during our end of July 2022 visit. The home's location was IDEAL. It was serene and private, and we felt like we were alone with the beauty of the area. Sitting on the outside deck was quiet at any time of day and you couldn't help but relax. And yet, just blocks away there is a full market and 7-11 and gas station and places to eat. Within 30 minutes in almost any direction you have lovely towns, shopping, farmer's markets and restaurants, plus Stratton Mountain is less than a 10-minute drive. Our family trip was all we could have hope it would be and a big part of it was this house and all it lent to our time in Vermont. Tina (owner) immediately responded to any questions and was happy to help with anything. We would be delighted to stay there again for another family retreat in the future.

Birthday getaway

Beautiful views, well appointed and very comfortable. This is a great place to stay! We enjoyed bonus fireworks for 4th of July on Stratton mt. Super fun!

Fantastic house!

This house was wonderful! The living room was so cozy with two very comfortable couches and a fireplace. The big kitchen was perfect for standing around drinking coffee and chatting. A big table for family dinners. The house has a hot tub which was perfect after a day of skiing! Great location - less than 10 min drive to the village, grocery and liquor store are super close too. Every single day we were there, somebody commented on how great the house was.

Cute home overlooking Stratton

Great base camp for skiing Stratton. There was a nice welcome pack at our arrival. The hot tub was great! The heated lamps in the bathrooms were a nice touch. Our group had plenty of space to execute fun meals and games without being on top of each other. We would love to stay again!

Perfect setting

The house was great clean,comfortable with great views of Stratton. We had 8 people staying everyone had their own space and the common areas were plenty large enough for everyone to eat and hang out together.
