Situé dans le village et à seulement quelques pas de la jetée, de la plage, du phare, des restaurants célèbres, des magasins et de la nouvelle zone de divertissement avec piscine, aire de jeux et golf miniature. Ce grand chalet de plage classique est St. Simons à son meilleur avec tout le confort de la maison !! Les vastes espaces de vie et de restauration sont parfaits pour les réunions de famille jusqu'à 17 personnes, mais ils sont encore assez confortables pour un petit groupe. La TRÈS grande piscine, la douche extérieure et le grand patio sont «l'endroit» pour s'amuser au soleil, griller et se divertir! Il y a un grand porche grillagé au large de l'une des chambres à l'étage qui est parfait pour le temps calme, se détendre avec votre livre préféré ou déguster des cocktails l'après-midi. La cuisine bien ��quipée offre tous vos besoins et plus encore! La véranda lumineuse est confortablement aménagée pour les petits groupes, regarder la télévision ou jouer à des jeux. L'immense salon est un endroit parfait pour regarder le match ou simplement se détendre sur les canapés confortables.

Un pât�� de maisons de la plage de marée avec piscine privée. Toutes les propriétés de location de vacances sont meublées, équipées et entretenues selon les préférences des propriétaires. Toutes les propriétés de location de vacances ont le chauffage central et l'air et une cuisine entièrement équipée, la télévision par câble, un lecteur DVD et tous les draps sont fournis. Toutes les unités sont non-fumeurs. Nous avons besoin d'un minimum hebdomadaire pendant l'été et d'un minimum de trois jours dans les autres saisons. Les locations �� la semaine commencent le samedi à 16h00 et se terminent le samedi suivant à 10h00. Les taux sont susceptibles de changer sans avertissement. Interdiction de fumer, pas de groupes d'étudiants, pas de fêtes ou d'événements de mariage. Places de parking limitées. Cette propriété accepte les animaux de compagnie avec des frais non remboursables. La plage située à distance de marche de cette propri��té est contengent marée. Il y a une plage à marée basse.

Wonderful Thanksgiving Weekend

Our family reunion "Thanksgiving" was wonderful. The accommodations were perfect for our family. We all had our own space, yet we were together. The home could not have been any nicer. We are looking forward to coming back again soon.

First family vacation

It was a first full family vacation and for the most part this place nails all the needs. It’s so close to the town and for that alone it’s awesome!! The pool was really nice to have and the house has plenty of space. Honestly it’s tough to complain with the price and the things I’ve mentioned. It is a bit dated and could use a few more things kitchen wise but that is just minor.

Great Location

It was our first visit to St. Simon, we loved our location! We had 7 adults and 3 kiddos stay and there was more room than we could use. We loved the large pool and the large room to eat and relax.

Great location

The house is a bit different but loved all the unique rooms and space. Great for families and the proximity to the village is amazing. Another great feature is the back yard/patio area. Perfect stay!

Nice location, quirky house that could use some updates

The location of this house is excellent. Close to the main street and to the beaches of St. Simons. The house itself has a bit of a quirky layout (which isn't a big deal) but could also use some serious maintenance / cleanup / updating to make it more attractive.

Great location, beautiful neighborhood!

It was everything we expected it to be. Nice and spacious for 10 adults and three kids. A little disappointed in the kitchen though. It was not that organized and it would’ve been nice if there had been a large stockpot and a large frying pan. A nice new gas grill would be great. The existing grill has seen better days.

Spacious, Comfortable, Lovely Home for a Large Family

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had more comfortable space than we have ever had in a vacation rental!!! So many King size beds and lots of bathrooms. The pool was huge and spectacular! The family room was spectacular! Such a short walk to the beach and a short drive to East Beach when the tides were high. Plenty of towels in each bathroom and plenty of TP too! Close to grocery stores and a short walk to “Downtown Dining” and Shopping.8 adults and six children had a wonderful time making memories as a family. Thank you!Owners/Management were quick to respond to any questions or concerns we had and made sure we had a lovey stay.

We noticed the improvements. New fencing, landscaping,pool patio,side entrance, etc. We had a plumbing problem that was taken care of quickly. Fun on St. Simon's Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was spacious with loads of character. The pool was a wonderful retreat and larger than anticipated. There were plenty of places to sit and relax. The furniture is of high quality but fairly dated. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to prepare our meals. The upstairs shower/baths did not drain very well, and the kitchen faucet leaked. The faucet needs to be replaced with one that is taller. One disappointment is that the house is not able to charge an electric car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to our friends.

Plenty of Room but Old

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a VERY large house in a beautiful residential area. The number of bedrooms and baths worked out well for our group but the house and furnishings are very dated and has many areas that aren't useful. The kitchen is not very organized or well stocked and we had a problem with bugs. The house has a nice pool but it is not heated and was not cleaned the whole time we were there. The house is advertised as being close to the beach which is true but there is no way to access it. The location was very convenient to the Village and we walked and rode bikes most of the time.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved St Simons and location of our rental. However the rental itself was much less than expected. Lack of upkeep was glaring including cable wires hanging down outside, mildew along outside of hose, crumbling chimney with plant growing on it, dirty unusable grill. Inside was spacious but also neglected. Many outlets did not work. Kitchen lacked adequate cooking utensils.

Not a great stay!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we entered the home it was musty and mold smelling. We aired out all the rooms and it was better. It appeared that the hone had not been thoroughly cleaned in some time since there were dust balls on the window sills and other places. The kitchen was well equipped but not clean and even the utensils needed a good wash. A number of lights were out the furniture needed a good redo. We contacted the agent and we were send cleaners who helped the situation. We were given a partial credit.

Family Beach Trip

There are a few very serious areas of concern we had with this house. The house has BED BUGS. My 2 granddaughters are now covered from head to toes in bites. They started breaking out on Friday before we checked out yesterday. They shared the room upstairs in the 2 twin beds. My grandson was in the Queen bed in the same room but so far has not broken out and no one else in the family has either, at this stage. These girls are cousins and live in different states so the only thing they had in common was sharing a bedroom for the week. My entire family is having to take huge precautions so, hopefully, we do not bring these bugs into our individual homes. The expense to fumigate 4 houses would be enormous, not to mention the agony of being covered in bed bug bites. My granddaughters are miserable. Other areas of concern is the overall cleanliness of the house. In large upstairs bedroom a strong musty/urine smell; finger nails on the floor in the bathroom and shower curtain has mold on it. The pool deck could use a power wash to get rid of the mold around the perimeter, next to the house and I do not believe the tile floors are being mopped. Shortly after arriving at the house last Saturday, I was wiping up some water on the kitchen floor where an ice cube had melted. I got a paper towel to wipe it up and the paper towel was BLACK. That indicates the tile isn't being cleaned between rentals. I was charged 400.00 for cleaning and I assume the people renting the house before me were charged that too. VERY subpar cleaning service. I hope you take action on the things I've mentioned, especially the bed bugs, so future renters do not experience what my family and I went through and are still going through on our, once a year, family vacation.

The house was very clean, enjoyed the pool, spaciousness of the house, and close proximity to the village. The only thing I would recommend is to better outfit the kitchen, like there were no serving bowls for salads, no vegetable peeler, things like that. Also, the refrigerator froze the produce in the produce drawer, and food in the back of the shelves froze. We would stay here again, just know what to bring next time.
