Enjoy a beautiful, newly remodeled condo - perfectly located on Spring Street! We offer a free designated off street parking and we’re walking distance to all of the action downtown!

You’ll have the entire Suite to yourself! We’ll provide check-in instructions with the property address and door code on the day before check-in. There are two hot tubs and fire pits on the property for your enjoyment.

We are here to answer any questions you may have! We’ll also give recommendations on our favorite places to visit while enjoying our beautiful town.

We are located in a safe neighborhood in the heart of Historical Downtown Eureka Springs.

We are walking distance to the downtown shops and restaurants. There is a local taxi service, as well as Uber on the weekends. We also have a trolly that you can ride for a fee, and get a tour of the town.

For larger groups, inquire about booking multiple suites or the entire property. If it is available then we are happy to accommodate.

Weekend stay

This was just the place i needed for a weekend getaway. Loved the balcony and the small kitchenette. Being so close everything allowed me to walk everywhere i needed.

Wonderful location and beautiful accommodation

151 Spring was perfect for our stay in Eureka Springs. The apartment was exquisitly modeled and was close to downtown Eureka Springs.

Nicely done getaway space

Unit F in this gorgeous old limestone structure has a wonderful back porch and we enjoyed the views. We walked everywhere in historic Eureka Springs. This is a great location indeed!

Weekend Getaway

My husband & I was here for our anniversary & the property was amazing. The location is perfect downtown near all the shops, but far enough away to eliminate the night noise. Beautiful scenery.

Wonderful place to stay

We stay in VRBOs all the time. We really liked this one. We stayed is suite F. It has a LARGE balcony from which you can clearly see the ‘Christ of the Ozarks’, it was beautiful at night.

A little getaway to reset

A perfect spot to relax and reset. The unit is the right size for one or two people. It has a modern, clean design with a fully working kitchenette with a stove, oven and microwave. A luxurious bathroom with a spa-like shower is made from a gorgeous subway tile from floor to ceiling. The shower head is next level. The covered deck is where I spent the early morning with a cup of coffee and a good book. The building is remarkably quiet, which is rare in community buildings. Overall, a charming place in a great location within walking distance of downtown. I loved it and will seek it out again in the future.

This is our new favorite place to stay in Eureka! It was my birthday weekend & my husband treated me to an awesome stay at this property! It was clean, very convenient to town & to hey considered ALL of he amenities for a cozy stay! We’ve already booked this suite for another stay in September!

New favorite in Eureka Springs!

We've stayed in many places in historic Eureka Springs and 151 Spring has now become our favorite! It was spotless, comfortable and had everything that we needed! This will be our go to spot to stay going forward!
