Welcome to Mercer Furnished Apartments! We offer an amazing studio apartment located in the heart of Lower Queen Anne - Climate Pledge Arena is a block away and Seattle Center with the Space Needle, Opera House and Pacific NW Ballet are just a short walk.

The apartment is located inside a quaint, 3-story, walk up, brick building with a secured gate entry and front door. We do not have an elevator in the building.

You will be booking into a one bedroom apartment, with a fully equipped kitchen and private bathroom. You will have a dining room table along with a separate desk and office chair. Our basic wifi package is complimentary and we offer a high-speed business package upgrade at a daily, weekly or monthly fee! Working from your new home in the city can be a breeze.

The apartment has one queen size bed and one couch that can be folded open to a full-size bed. The space is comfortable for 3 grown adults or for a family of two adults and two young children. We can also provide a double air mattress if needed.

We have an amazing, professional housekeeping crew to clean the unit and wash all the linens. You will find the apartment fresh and clean!

Early check in or late check outs are not guaranteed. If we have another guest checking in or out on the same day as you, we require the entire window of time to turn over the apartment. In case that we can, we offer $25 per hour up to 2 hours total. We wont know until 24 hours prior to your arrival, so please be sure to ask us! If you want more than 2 hours extra, we encourage you to reserve the night before or the night after so that you can arrive and depart at your leisure.

**All guests are advised to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances. Cancellation policies are enforced.**

Perfect for a single partier who doesn’t need sleep.

This is a very lovely place & the location is a dream! Sadly, it’s an old building so you can hear everything like people just talking in the courtyard and they do at all hours. We had discussions from midnight until 6 am plus arguments above us from residents every night we stayed.

Great place close to the concert

Clean and in walking distance to concert, food, shopping. Took the rail from the airport. We will definitely stay here again if we fly to Seattle.

Perfect location

Attending a friends 50th Birthday weekend. Great location to many bars and restaurants. Kraken Hockey game on Saturday was epic at Climate Pledge Arena. The walk was so close. Thanks for a great experience. We would definitely stay here again without a vehicle. Parking was challenging and expensive. Still a wonderful time was had.

We were spending 2 nights in Seattle for 2 events at Climate Pledge and we needed to bring our dog. This property is literally a 2 minute walk to the arena! I'm not sure if this listing is for multiple units but ours was on the ground floor which is great when you have to take the dog out for bathroom walks. It was nice and spacious and completely spotless. The couch and bed were both comfortable. The kitchen was modern and had all the basics necessary (although we did not do any cooking). Great communication, easy entry. Parking is tricky. We chose to park in the lot right next to the building for convenience but when we first got there it was event pricing so it was high. There are lots of other nearby options though. We will definitely keep this place in mind for future events!

Everything We Needed

This apartment was in a great location for our visit. We could walk to most places we wanted to go, and although on the weekend there was some noise as people left the many entertainment venues in the area, it wasn't a problem for us and soon quietened down. The kitchen was surprisingly well equipped, and we got good use out of the stove, oven, and full sized fridge. All in all, we had a great stay, and would definitely stay here again. problem foe us problem for us and

Location, location, location! This property excels for easily spending five days in Seattle. Whether using Ubers or public transportation you are minutes from everything. The Metropolitan Market across the street has everything one could need. Many delicious cafes, coffee houses and restaurants nearby. Very safe, clean and comfortable property. The bed was excellent. Only drawback is the noise from nearby bars. We bought earplugs from CVS which did the trick. Would definitely return for another stay!

Great little apartment!

Great location for a show. Walking distance from everything. Couch bed was a bit hard but worked for a night. Parking garage is very tight but perfect for a small to midsize car.

This was a wonderful place to stay if you are going to an event nearby. Lots of busses and monorail close by. Wonderful park and touristy things to do nearby. Very kid friendly. A bit loud due to traffic and bars close by. The building is older but taken care of. I had an issue with my emails and the host was very communicative and understanding. If you drive to this location you should consider getting space in the garage in the building because the rates change everywhere pending on the events and days.

Great location, questionable quality.

This apt is perfect for close to the Climate Pledge arena and the train to downtown. The greatest challenge is its strength. The empty parking lot next door, another apt next door and the regular 5:30 garbage truck that wakes you every morning! Additionally, they’d do well to provide quality toiletries, instead of dollar store level , if they’re asking for 5 star ratings. Great potential but the single pane windows and noise aren’t helping anyone. Finally, pay attention to details at least, provide a well appointed kitchen, not student-level odds and sods, tired pots and pans, partial sets of dishes, assuming no one will actually notice or care.

Excellent Place to Stay Near Climate Pledge Arena

My sister and I stayed at this VRBO 5 nights. We came to a Seattle Storm game and a Concert at Climate Pledge Arena. Wow... the Climate Pledge Arena is a five minute walk away!! In addtion we had just a 10 minute walk to get to the Monorail for easy access to Pike's Market. We were able to get from the airport to the VRBO via the light-rail and the Monorail and didn't have to rent a car! There is a grocery right across the street. In addition the VRBO was very comfortable, clean, and stocked with everything needed. Will defintely stay again!

Nice Location on Mercer, but be aware of noise

Spacious 1 bedroom. Location great in the sense of buses right around corner, stores (including safeway) and restaurants/bars a-plenty, Seattle Center / Space Needle 2 minute walk. Apartment building is old and so is apartment, but clean and gated safely. Old building has charm, but bathroom is very very small and no storage/counterspace. Kitchen lovely with full amenities. Sofa folds into a bed and manager provided lots of mattress options and great bedding; comfort was not a concern. No need for a vehicle as the transit service is right there. Be ready for noise during middle of nights sometimes as the apartment building is right there. Earplugs helped us, but we were awoken a couple times. Still worth it for the location IMO. Manager was extremely accessible and helpful before and during the stay. Excellent.

Got out of LA!

Fantastic location. We walked and used the public transportation!! Super fun. We are not use to city noise, so we had to adjust. But a terrific find!!!!!
