A stylish and Modern home perfect for business or pleasure in the heart of sunny Santa Monica.

Centrally located in Mid City Santa Monica, this newly remodeled home is close to beaches, walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and world famous shopping.

I highly recommend walking up the street to award winning Fia Steak for a luxury patio dinner, sip Happy Hour cocktails at Jonah's, enjoy brunch at Milo and Olive and stop into Erewhon for an Organic Smoothie and snack.

This remolded home features two bedrooms with smart TV's and two luxury spa inspired bathrooms with rain showers and custom tile.

The open floorplan is perfect to enjoy time with family or friends while cooking and relaxing in the stylish living space. Whole Foods and Trader Joes are both located less than a half mile to stock up on all the essentials.

Traveling around the city is a breeze with plenty of parking at the property. The house features a private attached garage and a driveway that accommodates two cars. Conveniently located in the garage is a brand new washer and dryer.

Lovely property

Had a great stay. The property is lovely and felt brand new inside. It is on a busy street and there was a bit of outside noise from traffic and the nearby parking lot. But, it was nice to be close to coffee shop and juice bar -which are literally just around the corner.

Very convenient, well appointed comfortable little house!

The decor is clean, simple and comfortable. Showers are great, kitchen is perfect and the clothes washer makes a big difference when traveling for a long stay. The entry keypad is simple to use and the house is quiet. Bedrooms are cozy and extra large televisions in each room are a bonus. Large oudoor area is special and completely private. A great hideaway!

Thanksgiving in LA

This house was great! Very clean; updated tech and appliances; pleasantly decorated; convenient location, lots within walking distance. We were visiting family in LA and found this house to be the perfect base. We’ll be back!

Wonderful stay

It was the perfect stay for our trip for my 10 month old son’s surgery. The place was very clean, updated, nice layout, cozy, comfortable beds, nice location, great shower, nice fenced in back yard with places to sit and enjoy the sun on the patio, perfect kitchen, safe but busy neighborhood. It literally had everything we needed We enjoyed every bit of it, although the traffic was busy outside the house we cousins hear any of the noise in the rooms. I liked that the place was close to the beach, a few min walk away from the grocery store. This place is everything the posting claims to be and more.

Great property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was superbly appointed and extremely clean. Beds were comfortable and showers were over the top. We had absolutely everything that we needed. Our only comment would be that from reading the website, we assumed that the house was closer to Ocean Avenue than it was. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay, and we totally enjoyed the host’s neighborhood recommendations for restaurants. Jonah’s was excellent and a very unique experience. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

House is very nice

This house has been newly renovated, and they did a super job. Great location for what we had planned. I would highly recommend renting this home. The host is ver easy to work with and very responsive. Will rent again whe visiting the Los Angeles area..

Wonderful home in Santa Monica

We loved this place! The interior feels brand new. Spotlessly clean, with modern furniture and appliances and fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. The location is excellent, a short drive to the Santa Monica pier and convenient to restaurants and shops. Perfect for a party of 4. The street is a little busy, but the home itself is quiet, with an excellent TVs and comfortable beds. Linens and towels are high quality and the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. We had no complaints at all during our stay. We will definitely book this space again on our next trip to the region. Highly recommended!

Santa Monica Stay

This property was as advertised. Very clean and living and dining areas were well appointed. The kitchen was amazing. The bathrooms were also spacious. We sat out on the back patio every day, and had dinner out there on our last night. The bedrooms were accommodating, however, the one with the ensuite was almost forgotten in its completion, as there were no closets nor a table with a lamp. More hangers could also be provided, and you have to share the closet with the other bedroom. This house is ideal for a small family, or 4 adults. 26th street is very busy, and the traffic is not very noticeable once you’re inside. Emergency vehicles were frequently going by as the hospital is very close by. After awhile, you don’t really notice it. Regarding check in, it would be more beneficial if it was mentioned in the confirmation that the check-in information would be provided the morning of the start of the stay. We would also like to suggest that there were brief instructions regarding the starting of the dishwasher. For example, the speed of closing the door to start the cycle. Thank you to Brandon for quickly responding to all our questions, and we would definitely stay there again.

An enjoyable week in LA

We enjoyed our stay in this property enormously, for the full freedom we achieved and especially for the very convenient position of the house (literally just around the corner there is a 24h/day drugstore for last minute purchases). Santa Monica/Venice/Manhattan Beach are just some minutes away by car. The property is exactly as described if not better. (we are a family of three)

A beautiful, modern house in Santa Monica near Starbucks and shops. Very comfortable, quiet, well-maintained with lots of places to walk to. I would definitely stay here again.

Everything We Needed Was Here!

This house was recently remodeled and they thought of everything a guest might need. Beds and furniture are very comfortable, the kitchen and two bathrooms well-equipped. The push button door lock is easy to use, no fumbling with a key and lock box. Parking is easy, and the location could not be better. Grocery stores are close by, and a CVS is right around the corner.

Good location. Walkable to some stores and a bunch of restaurant locations. Quick drive to the Pier and everything there. Great spot as a jumping off point for LA exploring.

perfect home away from home.

This was our second stay in this house -- 4 nights in this extremely well appointed and comfortable home. Everything is super clean (and new). Couldn't be better. Excellent instructions from the host prior to arrival, so check-in and departure are easy. Great location. We will no doubt return!

Amazing place!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay, then stop looking this place is amazing. Everything and I mean everything is new and the top of the range. The host was great, the locations perfect but the accommodation is first class.
