Large, spacious, fully furnished/stocked 2BDRM 2BTH home in a safe neighborhood in Northpark.

Please note, you have access to the main house, front yard, front parking spot and back patio only. The back studio is quiet but occupied, so please be kind to your neighbors.

We keep to ourselves, but are available 24/7 if guests need us. We work in the back studio, and regularly check on our properties.

Highly walkable, just a few blocks to all that North Park has to offer: Tons of amazing restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, etc.

You have 1 dedicated parking spot, the other one is $50 per stay. EV Charging (rates will apply), and free street parking (just read signs). We're in a very safe neighborhood, but keep in mind, we are not responsible for anything that happens on the street. Always lock your cars.

This is a home, not a hotel. We expect our guests to be kind, conscientious, cool human beings. We love pets, but they are not allowed here, including ESAs. $500 fine will be applied if this rule is broken or misled.

PET POLICY: WELL BEHAVED PETS ONLY, PET FEES MANDATORY. NO PETS ON FURNITURE, BEDS, ETC, WE WILL CHARGE FOR DAMAGE TO COUCHES, DUVETS, SHEETS IF WE CANNOT CLEAN THEM, OR EXCESSIVE HAIR AND ODOR.
NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply)
USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains
USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage on surfaces
Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red reset button under the disposal or use the provided Allen wrench to free it up, then push red button.
