Un Indian Rocks Beach originale 1930 Bungalow. Récemment mis à jour et meublé. Ce droit du chalet chéri sit sur la plage! Sortez votre porte de la digue et aussi loin que vous pouvez le voir il y a le golfe du Mexique. Vues de la plage de la salle de séjour, salle à manger et chambre à coucher. Les deux chambres ont un lit queen size. La cuisine est entièrement équipée y compris le verre dessus de la cuisinière, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur et micro-ondes. Un dépôt remboursable de 300 $ est requis avec cet appareil.

Great Getaway!

Family spring break trip w/ 11 and 17 year old. Vintage cabin feeling, full kitchen for meals. Beds were a little cozy size wise. Good enough for us. Plenty of bars, restaurants, 3 ice cream shops, bait shops with equipment. Would have been nice to rent rods, but had to buy and leave behind. Beach access and chairs were great for enjoying the awesome beach and views. Plenty of shells to be found on the beach with new ones appearing every morning. Nice sandy beach and water had sandy bottom. Plenty of close spots to drive for anything. We did a charter fishing trip......Just a great time all around. Rental office was very helpful with questions and recommendations. We will try and make it back!

Family Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: As a family, we have been having vacations at this little bungalow for over a decade. We love it for so many reasons. It’s right on the beach and it’s surrounded by sea grape trees that makes it feel tucked away. We love that we can take the family dog. It is an old home that has been there for almost 100 years and is charming and cozy.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve rented this unit at least 3 times. It’s a wonderful old Florida bungalow.Fortunately, Sharon and Taylor were great about taking care of any concerns we had. We are going to rent a different condo next year since there are improvements needed inside and outside of Beach Trail.

Relaxing beach stay

This little cottage was a wonderful relaxing beach stay. The tree out back was the best place to sit in the shade, listen to the water and watch the world go by!

Nice cottage

This property is directly on the beach. It’s an older cottage but has everything you will need. Bed are comfy, living room furniture is clean and comfy, and the kitchen has all you need to fix your meals. The in-house washer and dryer are very convenient. The yard could use some work, but we liked being able to walk right onto the beach. There is room for two cars to park. Overall, our stay was good, and we would return if we’re in the area again.

Wonderful Beach Bungalow Getaway

It is our favorite place because we can bring our dog along, it is very private and within walking distance to restaurants, nature centers and parks that we like to frequent. We especially appreciate that it is on the beach and a little, well-lit and maintained park is right outside the door!

We both loved the old world feel of this beach house. It has everything anyone would need for an extended stay. It was clean and well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and a barbecue grill outside. The in house washer dryer unit was a big plus. We enjoyed the shaded area outside after staying at another place with no shade. We booked another 2 weeks for next year

Perfect private retreat

We were apprehensive after reading some other reviews, but we were pleasantly surprised. This place is a hidden gem. It offers so much privacy and space. We stayed with our dog and the backyard area was perfect for our needs. The house is classic old Florida and decorated accordingly. The linens and towels are good quality and it was stocked with everything we could need. We would return!

Tucked in amongst tall condo type buildings, we found it to be a private paradise. The beach was steps away from the back door. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything a vacationer would need. The washer/ dryer unit and dishwasher were a bonus. Sharon and Taylor were right there to help with any of our needs. We booked again for next year.

Private old house on the beach

Onsite parking, private path to the beach, overgrown backyard gave privacy for morning coffee (could use some weedeating). Agree with other reviews that the couches should be replaced. As advertised an old bungalow with only 1 bath. Enjoyed my stay.

Cozy and private beach cottage, with direct beach access. Beautiful views!

We loved our stay, it was exactly what my boyfriend and I were looking for! A place to relax, and enjoy the beach. The home is older as stated in the listing description, and is nothing fancy but we didn’t expect that from the pictures. Overall cleaning was ok, but could’ve been better. The yard was a bit overgrown, but it provided privacy to the home. There were tons of lizards and I did see a black snake (my bf assured me it wasn’t poisonous and it didn’t bother us) but I was watching my steps after that! It’s directly on the beach with private access, just a short walk through the dunes. The weather was perfect, and we enjoyed watching the sunset almost everyday. The home is across the street from several shops and restaurants, a short walk to parks and other local activities. I would definitely recommend this property to couples and smaller families. We loved it, and hope to return one day. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely beach house!
