À propos de cet hébergement

Vous serez situé dans un quartier convivial et à seulement 5 minutes à pied dans la rue de la plage de Windansea à La Jolla. Notre adresse, La Jolla Rushville st. 92037. Il est idéal pour la natation, le surf et la pêche ou tout simplement profiter du coucher de soleil.
La chambre 3 a actuellement des lits très confortables, ventilateurs et 2 téléviseurs HD avec Direct TV.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée. Il y a un barbecue et un choix de manger à l'extérieur.
Notre rue est très calme. East se trouve le court de tennis qui est gratuit et le bloc suivant la piscine sur Fay Ave. Tous deux appartiennent à La Jolla Haute école. Sur Draper Ave, 5 blocs du Nord est situé à La Jolla Bibliothèque et Centre de loisirs. Sud piste cyclable.
Nous avons des fans, mais pas A / C, parce que nous vivons 3 pâtés de maisons de la plage et un toit blanc, donc il reste cool.
L'épicerie est situé entre Girard Ave et Pear St.
Les centres commerciaux et restaurants - Prospect Street.
Parce que nous vivons dans La Jolla, vous aurez la possibilité de choisir différentes plages pour différentes activités comme la marée mise en commun, les vagues faciles, coucher du soleil, la plongée, la natation et la course, tous ceux qui sont dans la Jolla.

Wish we could stay longer!

Lovely home with a beautiful yard. Surrounded by flowers! We had a little problem getting the key code and WiFi password, but had a wonderful stay! Ping pong and mini golf in the yard! Hope we get a chance to come back!

Family stay

The owners are kind and easy to work with. The house is close to all that is happening in La Jolla. It is also a nice place to hang in between outings. Kids loved the putting green and ping pong.

Wonderful Stay

Fantastic stay in La Jolla!! Maritza was very gracious host! The house was spotless. We had fun walking to the beach and to many of the restaurants! Couldn't have asked for a better spot!! We will definitely return!

San Diego Vacation

The property was as advertised. The house was clean.3 bedrooms perfect for our family of 6. Maritza the host was gracious. The ping- pong table and basketball court were a big hit with my Grandkids. The beach was beautiful and just a short 10min walk. Stores and restaurant's were close by. We will be back. Great time.

We would definitely be back. The house was very clean, the property manager was readily available and accommodating. Lovely backyard space, great little putting green and ping pong table. Lots of great nearby restaurants, wonderful beach, etc

My wife and I went to visit our 2 kids who are university students in San Diego

The house is clean and comfortable with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is about a 10 minute walk from the beach. There is a small putting green and ping pong table outside which made for good entertainment.

Location Stay

Overall comfort and location of the home was good. Please be careful of the deck in the back yard. Wood is old and we had several individuals fall through the deck when sitting on chairs, falling through and hurting themselves. Also, had nails that were protruding that cut the bottom of our 13-year-old foot.

Had a wonderful experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. Kids loved the yard playing basketball, ping pong, and putting. Great communication with our host. Both TVs worked great! Wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great place, friendly owner

We really enjoyed our days here, where we got together with another family. It is perfect for 4-7 people and has great accommodations for kids. The nearby, easily walkable beach is beautiful -- don't miss going there for sunset! Convenient base for visiting Legoland and Seaworld as well. The owner is friendly, laid back, flexible, and helpful. Overall, it felt more like house-sitting for a friend than renting a place. We even had a chance to let our kids meet and play together. We hope to return!

This was a perfect home away from home.

18 minutes walk to the beach (with 3 little kids). Awesome backyard with ping pong table, basketball and outdoor seating for dinner, including a kid table. The only thing I wish is that the owner would have advertised the surfboards and wetsuits they have available. We dragged our huge board, than we felt like we did not have to.

Great experience

Awesome property, great neighborhood, host was communicative and very kind. We had a mess (kids) happen after check out on the way to the airport, and they were kind enough to let us come back and clean up after checkout before getting on the plane even though they had already started cleaning. Much appreciated. Details: -Backyard was great for kids: shade, ping pong, putting green, basketball hoop -Garage had some beach toys, chairs, towels -Street is quiet and one way -Kitchen was stocked with the essentials (coffee maker, pots and pans, etc) -Everything worked (TV, shower, bath, fans, appliances, etc) -Could have used a couple more towels (and more toilet paper) but there was a washer/dryer -Very religious decor (wasn't a problem, just mention because it's not obvious from the photos) -10 minute walk to the beach, not the easiest beach for kids, probably best to drive somewhere less rocky Overall such a great stay and a great host. Would recommend to families or anyone else!

La Jolla Getaway

It was a nice house with wonderful amenities like a putt putt, bball hoop, and ping pong. One issue was that I was unaware that it was a personal space with family photos and religious paraphernalia. This was not problematic but the fact that the first night when we wanted to use the barbecue there was no propane and we were asked to fill it. Another issue was that the remote for the television had dead batteries in it. Needless to say it would have been nice to go and enjoy instead of be asked to fill a propane tank. Future advice would be that they check the gas and the batteries so that their guests are not having to do anything other then enjoy their vacation. It is so close to the village and the beach that in the end none of these issues mattered because it was just so perfectly situated and peaceful.

Lovely La Jolla Beach house

Property was just as described/pictured and contained lots of beachy necessities (collapsible chairs, goggles, boogie boards) which was great since we were traveling from too far away to bring that stuff with us. House was also stocked with incidentals, which we appreciated. We had a great stay!

Family vacation in La Jolla

The house was comfortable. Kitchen equipped with all the essentials. Backyard was fun for my 14 month old grandson. He was fascinated by all the balls and especially the ping pong balls. We walked to the beach and to restaurants. Conveniently located. I enjoyed reading the newspaper that was delivered daily. Used the washer & dryer and was thrilled that there was a clothes line on the side of the house & clothes pins to hang some clothes.

Memorial weekend wedding and kayaking stay.

Stayed over Memorial weekend with adult friends. Had plenty of room with the 3 bedrooms and couches. Really enjoyed the ping pong table and outdoor patio. The long dining table seated everyone for meals. Just cooked breakfast so did not use grill. We had wedding at Scripps in La Jolla and was only 10 minutes away. Close for us to go kayaking Mission Bay multiple times. Parking a little cramped with bigger trucks. More towels would have been nice but one each was do able. Would come back!!

Perfect location for a family vacation

This house was clean and good size for my family of 6. It’s location was perfect for daily runs alongside the beach, family walks on the beach and rocks, and nearby the Children’s Cove where we saw seals and sea lions. It’s a short drive to the zoo, zoo safari, SeaWorld, and USS Midway aircraft. I definitely recommend this house for any family vacation.

Great San Diego Crashpad

Had a great stay with our family of 5 including two adults and three kids ranging from 14 - 5. La Jolla was a great central place with quick access to everything. The house itself was perfect and we enjoyed lounging in the living room at night eating popcorn and watching movies on cable (the DVD collection is limited if you have small children) after being out and about to enjoy what San Diego and the surrounding area has to offer. We would definitely stay again!

Cute home!

My husband and two daughters stayed here over the holiday break. The house was clean and had some fun outdoor activities (ping pong and basketball). Based on the photos and description, I was hopeful there were toys for my girls as we didn't pack many toys for them for the week, but that's not a big deal. Aside from that, the property is in a great location near the beach, restaurants and coffee shops.
