Upstay presents this luxury resort home, that comes with its own private air conditioned basketball court, swimming pool and large sun deck. There's a jacuzzi hot tub to soak in, and sun loungers to bathe in the Florida sunshine. You can even dine al fresco at the poolside dining area. Large enough for 12 guests at a time, and located at the Storey Lake Resort. Our guests also get access to the resort amenities, which include a lazy river, mini-golf course, waterslides, and more.

Resort amenities:
• Two clubhouses
Each clubhouse has a lazy river, a fitness center, and a tiki bar. The tiki bars serve food and drinks, so you can relax and enjoy a cold beverage while you watch the kids play in the lazy river.
• Waterslides
There are two water-slides at Storey Lake Resort, one for adults and one for kids. The adult water-slide has a dual slide that is sure to get your heart racing. The kid’s waterslide is a gentle slide that is perfect for younger children.
• Splash pad
The splash pad is a great place for little kids to cool off on a hot day. There are a variety of water features to play in, including fountains, spray jets, and a dumping bucket.
• Mini-golf
The mini-golf course is a fun activity for the whole family. There are 18 holes of challenging but fun mini-golf.
• Playgrounds
There are two playgrounds at Storey Lake Resort, one for younger children and one for older children. The playgrounds have a variety of equipment to climb on and play with.
• Resort-style pools
There are three resort-style pools at Storey Lake Resort, one for adults, one for families, and one for the kids. The pools are all heated, so you can enjoy them year-round.
• Golf cart shuttle service
A free golf cart shuttle service transports guests to the different clubhouses and their vacation rentals. This is a great way to get around the resort without having to walk or drive.
• Additional cost: spa, restaurant, mini-golf, kayak rental, tiki bar and ice cream shop.

Inside this 6-bedroom home, the spacious layout boasts an open concept design, comfortable plush furnishings, large dining areas, and stainless steel appliances. There are smart TVs for your entertainment, and the house is connected with high speed wifi. The fully equipped chef's kitchen has a large kitchen island that provides plenty of countertop space for prepping meals, and bar seating so you can stay social while you cook. There's even in home laundry machines and free parking on the driveway. Why not park in the garage you ask? Well because we've converted it into a hot shot hoops court! We've put in an air conditioner, colourful mural, cool mood lighting, and a bouncy floor.

The ground level of the home has a spacious Queen suite and the other bedrooms are all on the second level. The master King suite has an amazing ensuite bathroom with a soaker tub, double vanity, and huge standing shower. There are two bedrooms with bunk-beds for the kids, and even a second TV lounge upstairs.

Step out on the back sundeck and relax on a sunlounger. Take a dip in the private pool to cool off, or soak away your troubles in the jacuzzi hot tub. This house has it all!

Plus, our guests get access to both of the resort clubhouses. Situated around a scenic lake with a variety of water amenities and activities including a tropical resort pool with lazy river, two waterslides, and children's splash pad. Relax in the spa or sunbathe on the terrace and sand beach areas. Fishing, canoe & kayak rentals are available at the community dock. Enjoy a cold beverage or ice cream at the resort’s poolside café. Don’t forget to get in a game of mini-golf, volleyball or basketball. Parking:
• 1 vehicle can park in the driveway. If required, there is day parking available at the clubhouse (no overnight parking).

• Guests will enter the community via a locked gate monitored by a security guard.

• Clubhouse is open daily from (9AM-9PM), year-round.

Located right off the Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee, the resort has easy access to major Orlando attractions such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld. Storey Lake is right down the W Osceola Pkwy from the Loop Shopping Center with dining and movie theater. Head just west on US Highway 192 to visit the Kissimmee Old Town theme park with food, shops, and rides, or the Fun Spot America Kissimmee amusement park with arcade & go-karts. Spectacular outlet shopping close by with two huge outlets to choose from.

• Pool and hot tub heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night per service and $60/night for both, which we provide upon request.
