Our home is unique and family friendly, located in the heart of Lancaster County. We are in a small town with lots to do. We are with in walking distance to Intercourse community park and Kitchen Kettle Village. We have a large fenced in back yard for privacy.

The home consists of a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a half bathroom, living room with a 55” TV and a game room.
*The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, and is fully stocked.
* 3 bedrooms, 2 queen beds and 1 king bed.
* Full bathroom is upstairs.
* Half bath is in the basement.
*Washer and dryer are in the basement.
* Game room is in the garage.
* Garage is not available for parking, please do not open garage doors.

Keyless keypad on the front door. Free parking for 4 cars.

A perfect stay

This has been our favorite vacation rental property that we have ever stayed at and that says a lot. It was exactly as described and Susan was as kind as can be. The home was spotless, comfortable and the best home base after a long day exploring the area. It’s been a great trip and if we venture back to this aeea, we would definitely want to stay here again.

Amazing location

Property was as advertised. Susan and her team created an environment that was super comfortable, clean, and relaxing. Games are not just for kids....air hockey and ping pong can be played successfully by adults....give it a try. This home is convenient to pretty much any Lancaster county destination. Nice place, nice neighborhood

Very nice house with everything you need for a great stay in the Lancaster County Amish Country area. The house has plenty of room. The game room area was my kids' favorite area, they especially loved the air hockey table. There were many horse and buggies that passed by the house. The host was very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Her husband was also very helpful and came over to help us with a door we were having trouble locking downstairs leading out to the patio and grill area, even though it was already at night. The beds were a little too hard for our liking, but overall it was a nice place to stay.

We didn't want to leave!

This was our first trip to Pennsylvania and we had such an amazing time! As we drove toward the house, we were in awe of the scenery...the farms went on for miles and it was breathtaking! The house was perfect for our stay...so clean and comfortable. We cooked most of our meals at the house and the kitchen served our needs well. There was plenty of space for us to spread out and be comfortable, and the game room was a big hit for our teenagers! So fun! We also loved seeing the Amish buggies go by the house and visiting several farm stands in the area. During our visit, we traveled to Gettysburg and also toured the homes of President Eisenhauer and President Buchanan...highly recommend all of the above! We would rent this house again without hesitation...we enjoyed every minute! Thank you, Susan, for sharing your home with us!

Relax and Rejuvenate

What a wonderful place to stay! With the beautiful spacious home, our family could relax and rejuvenate in between our outings in the area! Quiet, comfortable, and extremely clean as well! We appreciated the close proximity to Sight and Sound Theater. Thank you so much!

Great stay in Lancaster

House was very clean. Backyard was great to spend time in and the game room was perfect. Host extremely quick to respond to all questions. Loved the visit. The house is located on a road that has a lot of traffic during the week. There are white noise machines in all bedrooms to help minimize the noise.

Relax and enjoy!

We visited Longwood Gardens and enjoyed grilling marinaded flank steak dinner at the house! In the morning, fresh hot coffee, mimosas an a homemade breakfast was just what we needed before we took off again on our adventures! So clean, air hockey was fun!

Lovely stay!

My sisters and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. Super clean, nicely appointed and close to the things we planned to do. A bit of road noise during “rush hours” but each bedroom had a white noise machine and that helped a lot. Would definitely return!
