Papakea C301 is an exquisite 1-bedroom,1-bathroom condo on the 3rd floor with split air conditioning that can accommodate up to 4 guests. With garden and ocean views from your private lanai, you will enjoy the picturesque backdrop of the neighboring island of Molokai in the distance, Stay cool and refreshed with the convenience of split air conditioning in the living room, providing the perfect escape from the warm Hawaiian sun. The open-concept living space boasts modern Hawaiian decor, immersing you in a stylish and comfortable environment throughout your stay. Embrace your inner chef in the fully equipped kitchen, where you can indulge your culinary desires and prepare delicious meals. Retreat to the bedroom, where a California king bed with a conveniently located bathroom offers vanity space and a walk-in shower. For additional guests, the living room features a queen-size sofa bed. With a washer and dryer included, you can pack light and enjoy the convenience of fresh laundry during your stay.

*** Papakea is currently undergoing a property-wide plumbing renovation. This condo is not under repair, however, please note the information below:
- Standard work hours for this project will be from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday unless authorized for weekend work.
- Contractors will be present on the property to begin quieter preparatory tasks as early as 7:00 AM.
- To minimize possible disruption, louder tasks will not start before 10:00 AM.
- Dates are subject to change. Not all units will be affected at the same time.

* The Resort Fee of $25 per day at Papakea includes one parking permit with each additional vehicle will be charged an added cost of $5 a day. This is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not associated with My Perfect Stays.

Papakea Resort offers lush tropical landscaping, koi lagoon ponds, oceanfront saltwater pools, hot tubs, shuffleboards, golf greens, pickleball, and tennis courts! It is located just North of the famous Ka'anapali Beach. Walk to nearby local shops, cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores. It is a quick drive to Whalers Village and many of Maui's top beaches like Kaanapali, Napili Bay, and Kapalua Bay.

My Perfect Stays professionally manages this condo. Our team of professionals is located in Maui to provide our guests with exceptional service. In addition, we have after-hours emergency dispatchers to assist when needed.

_2 beach chairs per bedroom, 1 beach towel per registered guest, and a cooler
_The kitchen will have olive oil, salt & pepper, pans, coffee maker, dishware, and flatware.
_Linens: 1 set of sheets per bed, 1 set of bathroom towels per guest (face, hand, and bath towel)
_A starter kit of necessities such as dish soap, a few dishwasher pods, laundry pods, dryer sheets, paper towels, and bathroom tissue paper.
_A starter set of shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand and body soap
_Wifi provided by Spectrum (between 100-200 Mbps)
_Complimentary concierge service by an on-island specialist.

Standard Cancellation Policy:
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of the stay will receive a full refund.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
