It is professionally cleaned and well stocked with extra bath and kitchen supplies. It has plenty of extra clean cozy blankets, and pillows. Heating and air conditioning. Outdoor patio furniture.

**Swimming pool is open from roughly April-October and the hot tub is open from March-November.** Clubhouse is open year round. I do not guarantee the availability of these amenities as it is under the control of the HOA and dependent upon weather and maintenance.

The unit has keyless entry. The code will be sent to you three days prior to arrival. The entry code is only valid from check-in time on the day of arrival until the check out time on the day of departure.

Ken's Lake is also just a 10 minute drive South. 20 minutes from Arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park 30 minutes away.

Just a 5 mile drive South of downtown Moab. You can rent a Jeep at our adventure partners Canyonland Jeep or use local transportation company Moab Express.
Easy bike access to trails and bike bath into town.
