Niché dans les dunes au nord, la pointe isolée de l'île, Wrightsville Dunes propose une large plage de sable fin, blanc consultée par des allées privées. Vous vous sentirez comme vous avez la plage pour vous! Profiter d'une promenade le long du rivage jusqu'à la fin de Shell Island où figure exclusive Eight Island est à un jet de pierre à travers Mason s Inlet.

Détendez-vous dans une chaise confortable à l'une des deux piscines de la communauté, ou jouer un match ou deux sur le court de tennis de la communauté. Il y a 2 places de parking attribuées et un ascenseur à tous les étages.

Serene and Relaxing

Although ahort, my stay gave me exactly what I needed. It was two days of refocus, grounding, and connection with God in the midst of His majestic creation. The unit was perfect for my stay and I would very much like to stay there again someday soon.

Wrightsville Dunes Anniversary Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely long weekend on our favorite beach. The condo's location is great, with beautiful beach views from the den and main bedroom, and a spacious balcony that runs the length of the outdoor space. The place is generally well-equipped; however, we were surprised that there was no ice-maker...just a couple of plastic trays. I haven't seen those in a while! Overall, the space was clean, but it would benefit from a deep cleaning for walls, doors, and woodwork. We enjoyed our was comfortable and relaxing!

Odin summer getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Odin/Wrightsville Dunes. Unit is very well equipped and a great size for our family. Also very clean at check in. Loved being able to get into the unit a little earlier too. Only issues we experienced were with the condo complex - the lights around the tennis court are not functioning which we used every night after dinner. My experience working with Bryant has been great. My only suggestion would be to change the period to put the $100 deposit down for the following year. We unplug from our phones while on vacation so I did not see the deadline of 4pm Friday during our stay. I think giving the renters thru the week after their stay would be more ideal. I called twice asking to put my deposit down - the following Monday & Tuesday but was told that wasn’t allowed. We would have definitely booked for next summer.

Nice but noisy.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived May 27 to remodeling being done next door. Pounding, power saws, etc. were not what we expected after 10 hours of driving. The noise stopped for Sunday and Memorial Day, then resumed Tues thru Fri. on the other side of the wall and above us (upstairs of next door). Equipment and materials limited the space outside our external door when leaving. The workers smoked on the next door balcony and the smoke blew our way. We don't smoke, and it was a nuisance. It ruined what we thought would be a relaxing quiet week. Someone should have warned us before we arrived or alternate arrangements should have been made. I was told that compensation would be made and I would be contacted, but no one followed up. Otherwise, the location was ideal and the rental very nice.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was actually nice. We loved it was on the top floor, and Wrightsville Dunes is always a nice place to stay. I have stayed in other condos here, so I was disappointed that this one did not have any kind of water filter. The sulfur smell when using the water was quite distasteful. I have to say I would stay again ONLY IF the owners put in a water filter system. If not, then I could not stay again.

Labor Day week 2021

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Rental experience was great as is becoming the usual with Bryant. We had access to the outdoor closet in this unit, but the key didn't work and Daniel was there in about ten minutes to get us a new key that actually did work.The place was great and beautiful as advertised. A cleaning note would be to have the skylight in the bedroom regularly cleaned. It had cobwebs and potentially dead bugs in it.ALSO, for anyone reading this staying there in the next 4-6 weeks, there is construction going on a couple floors below and it was loud. Sounded like they were on the floor below us. We were told they would only be working from 9-5, but they definitely started before 8am a couple days. This was troubling as we had an 8 month old baby trying to sleep. The crew was throwing things from the first floor into a dumpster on the ground floor and as you can imagine it was pretty loud. We also had remnants of some work from the chimney that fell on our balcony.But you can't complain about the view, by far the best balcony view I've had at Wrightsville Beach. The big windows and doors were fantastic!The parking space is under the building and right next to the elevator. The appliances had been upgraded. This is a great spot! We loved it other than what I mentioned earlier. The unit also had quite a few supplies like paper, pens, tape measures, etc.One final idea for an upgrade would be a Smart TV or Roku or something for the living room TV. We hooked up our computer to the TV through the HDMI cable that was there to watch Netflix.

In need of a remodel

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo wreaked of a strong smoke smell, and we had to keep all doors and windows open for the first 3 days!! We called and complained and were told there were no other options, not were we offered a resolution other than a can of air freshener! The condo had obviously had a fire prior to our arrival and house keeping should have communicated that to the owner. In addition the dishwasher falls out of the wall, the king bed had a hump in the middle, the tub handle is loose and hard to adjust. The shower curtain was hanging half off the rod and the door slammed and locked us in the condo!

3D at Wrightsville Beach

We had an amazing time in our short stay. The view from the living room and master bedroom were breath taking.! The accommodation meet a lot of our needs., especially getting items to and from the beach. However, we recommend replacing the rusted stove drip pans and baking sheets located in the stove drawer, they were a bit discussing when looking for something to cook frozen pizzas on. Overall, this was excellent place,! Located near restaurant and a very nice Harris Teeter grocery store. We give 3D - 5 Stars out of 5!

Lots of crumbs on the living room floor. Location was great but parking was a nightmare. We had 3 cars and one had to park at the airport after driving around for hours. Office suggested parking but they all had towing signs. Would not stay again due to parking

Odin Rental during July and during Pandemic

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a perfect spot for our family this year since the pandemic quarantined us pretty much to our rental property. It was a perfect location, and all was clean. We do feel that furniture upholstery should be replaced or cleaned more thoroughly. The kitchen was adequate but may need an upgrade to compete with other properties. One complaint for at least 2 of the bedrooms was that the air conditioner was very loud in the night time when it came on.

Reviewer Comments: This unit is in the best location, has a beautiful view and is spacious. You can’t beat the view from this unit, would highly recommend because of it. Unfortunately there’s a lot that could be updated and make it much more valuable - dryer doesn’t not work well, hot water is hit or miss, cooking ware is very dated as are furniture and fixtures. This unit could increase in value significantly with some reasonable updates.

Never rent from Bryant Real Estate

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was on the third floor of the complex with NO ELEVATOR!! We were never told this. Since speaking with Bryant Real Estate, and explaining that this had a negative impact on our vacation, they have expressed no responsibility for the fact that we feel mislead. I booked on the phone, never seeing the notice they describe about the elevator. The condo is also very dated, with lots of wear and tear. Shower curtain liner was dirty and the guest tub and no drain stopper. It was also rusty. The condo also smelled like fish when we arrived. This condo is also overpriced for the condition it is in. I would never recommend this company to anyone I know.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this condo. It was very clean and the property management team helped immediately when we had an issue. The condo had not bee used in a while and the water had a sulfur smell and the shower heads had stopped up. Maintenance came and allowed the water to run to get rid of the sulfur smell and unstopped the shower heads. It would have been nice to have that taken care of before we arrived.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A tastefully decorated 3bdrm unit, calming and clean. So perfectly lovely, it was my favorite Wrightsville Dunes unit so far. The elevator was not working due to hurricane repairs but I found the stairs manageable. We didn't cook during our stay so I can't speak to that. My only request, be it minor, is that there were instructions on how to use the main TV and it's several remotes.
