This is a 2-bedroom apartment with a room dedicated as a separate office space. Please note, the ceilings are slanted in some areas due to the roof structure. Beds are super comfy and the apartment is in a fantastic location, but we want you to be aware of the unique space!

This apartment is complete with a smart lock on the exterior door, smart TV, and plush furnishings.

The bedrooms each have a queen bed with gel foam hybrid mattresses and plenty of pillows to customize your comfort!

There is a small dedicated private work from home office space.

The kitchen is complete with pots, pans, dishes, silverware, Keurig coffee maker, and oven with electric stovetop, and dishwasher. While there is no complimentary breakfast, we always make sure there is coffee + tea stocked for your convenience.

The living room has a flat screen smart TV where you can access our Netflix account. You can log into any other of your favorite streaming apps with your username and password.

There is coin operated laundry located in the basement.

We receive notifications from exterior cameras 24/7. We have a zero tolerance policy regarding unauthorized parties, illegal behavior, and allowing unregistered guests onto our property. The cameras are on both the front and back porches. They record the front and back porches, sidewalks, front and back yards. We have access to recorded footage at all times.
