This newly renovated, custom home is fully furnished with everything you will need to cook including a large fridge with ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans dishes etc. It also features a large master suite with a king size, memory foam bed and a jetted tub as well as a separate shower and dual sinks. All other rooms have comfy Queen sized memory foam beds. There is a living room and a bonus family room (both with fireplaces). We can provide queen/twin fold out beds and the two, large L shaped couches can host your guests as well. There is also a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the stunning, private pool/hot tub and outdoor BBQ. Plenty of seating. Free high speed internet. Walking distance to Gym, UPS, Restaurants, convenience store. Less than 2 miles from Starbucks, Walmart, FedEx and several other restaurants and businesses. 5 minutes to the airport and only 10-15 minutes to the famous Las Vegas Strip. Dogs welcome.

Can a house give you big hugs?!

I walked my battle weary body through the doors and into a house hug that lasted a month. I was home in this house. I kicked back, relaxed, enjoyed the sun and all the amenities the house has/had to offer. I would refer all Vrbo vacationers looking to stay in Las Vegas, NV to choose Paradise. Yes, paradise is on Earth. I don't mean to sound corny, but Rich is the host with the most, a concierge extraordinaire. I would gladly, freely, and willingly stay in the home again.

The property is a great spot for the price you pay and the host was super accommodating. Any small issues that came up, he was quick to resolve.

SEMA 2022

We had a great trip to SEMA and the house was great, very clean and Rich was a great host. We arrived very early and Rich met us at the house to drop off luggage prior to 4:00 PM check in which was very helpful. We would stay again in future. Brian Richards

Clean home quiet neighborhood

There were four of us, all women all professional ice skaters. We met in Las Vegas for a mini reunion. The home was perfect for us. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, clean and quiet. We especially liked the pool and hot tub. The communication was stellar. Our host took no longer than 2 minutes to answer our questions online and delivered TP when we requested it. Other than I would have liked to have grab bars in the tub/ shower the place is perfect and I will definitely rent from Rich again in the future!

Great stay!

We had a great long weekend here! It was incredibly hot, so the pool was a hit! The house is spacious and clean. It is close to the airport and pretty close to the strip as well. Highly recommend!!

Exactly as described.

The house was perfect for our needs, communication was easy with owner - house and pool were clean and ready to go upon check-in. Easy to get to strip and grocery store etc. I would definitely stay again.

Nice house but some amenities not available

The house is nice and the pool is great. Unfortunately the hot tub was not working correctly and that was a big disappointment for us. Also, the built in grill was not usable either. But we enjoyed the house overall and the location was great to access all of Vegas. The property manager was very responsive.

Great Home and Location!

Coming from the DC area to Vegas for the weekend, we were so excited to see this home available. The pictures don't do it justice, as it's a beautiful home, with great spacing and layout. The pool and jacuzzi were great! And Rich was awesome. Available for all needs and super helpful. Couldn't ask for a better host. And logistics...wow. 5 min from the airport and 13 min ride to the strip. Can't wait to stay here again on my next Vegas excursion!

Nice house/pool in a quiet neighborhood close to the strip.

My wife and I spent a few days here to soak up some sun and enjoy the pool/hot tub at the house. The house is a comfortable size and well appointed for an adult vacation. The owner was very responsive with questions and updates, including requests to turn on the hot tub and pumps (controlled remotely by owner). The location was good for us, maybe 10 minute drive to the strip and easy access to markets, freeway, and airport. I enjoyed more than a few hours in the hot tub, watching planes takeoff and land. As close as you are to the airport, there's hardly any noise that can be heard, which was nice. I'd highly recommend this house for a couples getaway and would consider it again for another trip.

Family celebration

Our family gathered to celebrate a milestone in Las Vegas. The home was comfortable and as advertised. The hot tub was great, and Rich was a very responsive and generous host. The location was perfect , close to the airport (but no noise!), the strip and to UNLV. It was very easy to get around.

Great house for a little getaway,

My wife and I came down for a extended weekend getaway. The house was perfect for us. Nice open floor plan with plenty of space. The backyard was perfect for relaxing. Rich was an excellent host. Very attentive and quick to respond to any questions we had. He made everything smooth and easy, even when the the glitchy vrbo app was trying to sabotage our trip. I would definitely recommend this house. We will be back.

2 week stay

Place was good. pros, location, size and management did pretty good job communicating. neither pro or con, beds are foam matterss' so if you dont like them dont stay here and place wasnt the cleanest but last guest checked out late so the crew was rushing but stains on master chair and duvet cover should be taken care of. Cons, lack of kitchen supplies, 4 forks? one bowl? pillows, although alot of them, were terrible we did go buy some, one main tv in formal living room and one in master bed, streaming only and was locked so we couldnt add our info to wacth some things. TV's are cheap put one in every room.

Excellent home. Excellent service. Great location.

This is the perfect home for a family looking to enjoy the best of Vegas without being on the strip. Close to everything - shopping, restaurants and of course the airport and strip. Spacious home with large master bedroom and three smaller bedrooms perfect for a family gathering. Only one bedroom is on the first floor and there is no shower in the first floor bathroom so something to consider if traveling with people with mobility issues. Good sized kitchen and living area. Large yard with nice sized pool (too cold in winter to use but would be great in summer). The house could use maybe one more TV either in a bedroom or the second living area near the kitchen. Host was extremely responsive to every need and answered every question we had even on Christmas Eve! Nice neighborhood. Quiet despite being so close to the airport (but you do hear the engines on take off which for us was nice but may not be for everyone). Overall a great place to stay in Vegas if you want to be all together without the craziness of the strip but still want to be able to get to and from the action quickly.

Perfect For Our Stay!

We enjoyed out stay in this lovely home. It was nice to have a place to relax away from the strip, but to also be close enough to be at the strip in 15 minutes or so. This house was perfect for four friends traveling together as we each had our own bedroom and there was plenty of bathroom space. Amanda was very helpful and answered any questions we had very quickly. I would definitely stay here again!

Enough but missed the mark

The stay was mostly fine. It's not a hottub out back so that was a bummer. The house slept 6 per the rules but only have dishes for 4. And there were only 5 towels to be found. And the bed frame for the first floor bedroom seemed damaged. No coffee like the listing mentioned.
