Welcome to Whispering Pines, a unique home with architecture unlike anything else in the Estes (21-ZONE3019). Nestled in a residential neighborhood minutes from downtown and the National Park, our family home has expansive views and a chic, stylish vibe. Very new construction!

1) You're renting a home in a neighborhood WITH NEIGHBORS. Please be respectful. If you want total seclusion, you'll need to look 20-30 mins from town.
2) 4pm or later checkin; 10am or earlier checkout. No exceptions as the booking platform does not provide insurance for such stays.
4) Cleaning is expensive here and I want to save you money. The cleaners offered a deal to keep the rates at some of the lowest in town. Guests are asked to start the dishwasher and a load of towels in the washer at checkout. It takes five minutes but saves the cleaners an hour, which saves you money!

The vaulted ceiling in the living room makes the space feel spacious and comfy, and the open living/dining/cooking floor plan encourages family gatherings.
If it's hot outside, you'll enjoy the AC during the summer. When it's winter time, turn on the cozy gas fireplace and relax while it's snowing.
Two outdoor patios plus a grill means you can relax outside in the sun when it's cold or in the shade when it's warm.

Our home is in a small neighborhood and you will need your own transportation. Estes has a free summer shuttle bus but there are no stops near the home.
NEIGHBORHOOD
You will be renting a home in a neighborhood with neighbors! Events, loud music and noises, and parties are strictly prohibited. Please be respectful of your noise levels.
NONPAYING GUESTS
Insurance requires that nonpaying and non-registered guests are not allowed on property. Your guest count must be correct. Note that in the town of Estes Park, INFANTS COUNT TOWARD THE MAXIMUM GUEST COUNT.

Do NOT leave food in your car! Bears frequent this area and can break in!

We use a Minut noise meter. It doesn't record audio, but instead monitors decibel levels, temperature and humidity. This is for the safety of guests & to protect the home. It also serves to warn us about parties & prevent noise complaints from neighbors. It's on the living room ceiling.
