The two-story home has several amenities including a fully equipped kitchen, a pool table, outdoor kitchen, a heated pool, a mini soccer field and so much more…

Our home is perfect for family gatherings and friend reunions. Bachelor, bachelorette and corporate groups are always welcome as well.

BATHROOMS:
All 3 full bathrooms and half bathroom are stocked with essential toiletries including shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, towels, make up remover wipes, toothbrushes, shower caps, soap, etc. Other essentials include hairdryer, iron and iron boards.

PETS:
This property is pet friendly. We do however charge an extra fee of $100 for each pet. Max allowed: 2 pets. No exotic animals allowed.

Our home maintains a strict no-party and no-event stance to ensure tranquility in our peaceful neighborhood. Adherence to local noise regulations is imperative, with a quiet policy enforced after 11 PM. Failure to comply with these rules is taken seriously and may lead to the termination of your booking.



SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
Your safety is our priority. The residence is equipped with smoke detectors in key communal areas. In case of emergencies, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit are accessible under the kitchen sink. For your peace of mind, we have installed security cameras on the exterior of the property, including a Ring camera at the main entrance. It's important to note that there are no cameras inside the residence or any that intrude upon the privacy of interior spaces.

POOL SERVICE:
The pool is serviced every Tuesday between 9-11 AM, so if you see someone outside by the pool don’t be alarmed. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owners will not be held liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.

LANDSCAPING:
The landscaping service comes once every two weeks usually on Sundays in the morning so don’t be alarmed.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS:
The host isn’t responsible for any package deliveries or personal belongings left at the property after check-out. ⚜️The entire home is exclusively yours for your private enjoyment. You’ll have access to all amenities and features, including the pool, outdoor lounge, and games, ensuring a truly memorable stay.

⚜️LANDSCAPING:

Our landscaping service comes every two weeks, usually on Sunday mornings. If you see the landscapers outside, please don’t be alarmed as they will be working only in the exterior areas.

⚜️GARBAGE & RECYCLING:

The City of Miami-Dade removes garbage every Monday and Thursday.
◦ We provide two garbage bins on the side of the house:
• Green bin: Regular trash
• Blue bin: Recycling

If you are staying during these days and the bins need to be emptied, we kindly ask you to place them at the front of the driveway and bring them back to the side of the house after collection. If the bins are not full, don’t worry—our cleaning team will handle it after your departure.

⚜️INDEPENDENT STUDIO UNIT:

Our property includes a fully independent studio unit adjacent to the main house but entirely separate from all guest areas. This studio has its own private entrance and facilities, ensuring that your privacy is completely safeguarded. The studio is occupied by our housekeeper, who manages cleaning and upkeep between stays.

This arrangement allows us to address any maintenance needs quickly and discreetly while respecting your space and privacy at all times. Rest assured, the independence of the studio guarantees that your area remains entirely yours during your stay.

⚜️BUGS & CRITTERS:

Florida’s subtropical climate means that occasional bugs and critters, including harmless lizards, are part of the environment. We regularly spray the property to minimize this, but you may still encounter some due to our tropical setting. To help prevent bugs, we kindly remind guests to keep doors and windows closed when not in use.
