Marque nouvelle maison de chambre wterfront 7 avec piscine privée et d'un quai privé. Parfait pour des vacances en famille ou des retraites d'entreprise. L'utilisation gratuite d'un kayak, pédalo, l'objectif de basket et table de ping-pong pour votre plaisir de vacances. Situé au cœur de Osage Beach et proche de tout. Bel emplacement crique aux eaux calmes pour la natation, etc.

Cuisine gastronomique avec des comptoirs en granit et appareils en acier inoxydable. Grande table de récolte ainsi que le bar propose de nombreux sièges pour les repas. Mini cuisine au niveau inférieur avec un autre grand réfrigérateur et un évier.

Le salon principal a un 55 'TV écran plat haute définition avec un canapé en coupe. Le niveau inférieur a une autre 50 'TV écran plat haute defination et une table de ping-pong.

La plage privée au bord du lac est parfait pour les petits enfants.

Family Vacation

First impression ..excellent location for a family that did not need a lot of parties going on around us. The accommodations were perfect. We had exactly what we needed. The pool was a little cold, but the dock made renting a pontoon and JetSki perfect. It served our needs exactly the way we wanted to spend our vacation with our family, the paddleboat was cute fun for a little extra excursion, The fishing for my grandson was excellent. The property manager was always available with any questions we may have had.

Party at the Lake

Had a nice stay here, beds for 15 with plenty of bathrooms that were attached to the bedrooms. 2 fridges was awesome! Ping Pong table made for some fun when we had 2 days of lousy weather. Fireplace was great for cooking s’mores again on a cold a wet day. Very clean as well.

Lots of room

The location was excellent, the groundskeeper, Bryan, was very helpful and tentative. The pool was too cold for us as it is in the shade for a better part of the afternoon, but that’s the risk you taking going middle of September. There is tons of room, kitchen was stocked well, plenty of towels for everyone. The bedrooms were spacious. I am sure this house hasn’t had much of a break for the summer, but it does need a good scrub down, lots of marks on the walls, dirty in different places. All of the beds are terrible, stiff as a board, we actually bought a mattress pad for two of them because we couldn’t sleep the first night, paying this much money for a long weekend it should have decent beds in it. There was a bachelor party two houses down that were kind of obnoxious, at one point we were sitting on the dock and this group of boys hit us with a pork chop as they were trying to feed the ducks….just wasn’t the type of crowd I was expecting in these houses. Overall, we would return again just for location and hopefully we would be able to use to the pool

Family Reunion

We absolutely enjoy this home, location and dock it was our family reunion with 18 people. Lots of room for all of us and the dock and swimming pool was amazing. We enjoyed a bonfire at night to finish out our day! I would highly recommend this property to any large group. Amazing and communication with Bryan and Bill was quick and easy. Thank you for an amazing time!

Such a great property!

We absolutely loved this property! Our group included family members from a 2-week-old baby to the patriarch aged 81! And it worked out so well for everyone in between! It was the first year that we had a pool and now it will be a requirement! The house was so clean--inside and out; so much room for our group. This was the first time we have stayed in this area of the Lake. Everyone loved the location--so close to everything. I was afraid the dock was a little small compared to what we have had in the past, but it was absolutely perfect! Access to the lake is so close and so flat; it was so nice to have the lake so available. It was good to have the garage spaces available to us and there were plenty of parking spaces for our big group. The owner was always responsive to my questions--and I had a lot of them! Thank you! The caretaker came by every day and was very responsive to any issues we had. This was definitely a plus; we have not had that with any other property. Thanks! We highly recommend this property! Honestly, we have tried to rent from this owner in the past, but this was the first year it actually worked out. I hope we can rent one of his properties in the future. You cannot go wrong with this property and location.

Perfect family getaway!

This was our first time to the Ozarks for an extended family vacation! The location was excellent, the setup of the house was perfect for our large group. We had young kids, teenagers, adults, grandparents and great grandparents and everyone found something to enjoy everyday. As everyone else said, communication was great and Bryan was on top of any questions we had. Would 100% stay again!

Family fun

The house was more like a home. Loved the location, pool, dock and everything. Kitchen was very well stocked, bedrooms/bathrooms very nice. Overall, we would definitely return. Caretaker, Bryan was always letting us know when he would be cutting grass or turning on sprinklers. No surprises!

Family Vacay

We loved our stay in this beautiful house in a quiet cove. The kitchen was well equipped, and there was plenty of space for the 12 of us. We enjoyed the pool and especially the convenience of the Tritoon. Kids fished for their first time ever! The property manager, Bryan, was quick to respond to our questions and concerns! Awesome week!

Perfect for our needs

Absolutely loved the layout of the house. Upper floor we could close the door and kids could run outside or inside with no worries. Sound was well contained in the various rooms. Bedrooms and living areas were spacious. Outside, deck and pool were very well maintained. Lake swimming area was wonderful and was in the sun most of the day and very little boat traffic in the cove. This place was perfect for our group of 18 from infant to senior.

Great stay right on the lake!

Our family enjoyed having a pool on site and a dock to fish from. The layout of this property is great for a family group. It provides social areas right off the bedrooms making it easy to play games or watch movies but be near the children in bed. Beware of the very steep driveway. We did have a full size sheet on our queen size bed , and ended up buying a few necessary utensils which we left, but other than that everything was perfect. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Not a good place.

When you rent a house this size and there is only four spoons and two bath cloths and one hand towel per bathroom, this is a little ridiculous. The faucet on the kitchen sink was broke and the comment was when it finally falls off they’ll fix it. No towels in kitchen to clean or use for drying. The pots/pans should have been thrown out 10 years ago. I was disappointed in this house for the price we paid. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Memorial Weekend Memories

The house is perfect for large families we had four families with nine children and never felt like we were on top of each other. The views from the decks and pool deck are spectacular. Easy in and out boat access. Very nice Cove for jet skiing and tubing. We will definitely return to this wonderful Lakeside retreat.

This was our third stay in the Ozark (Osage Beach) area. We found the property to be as described though it was starting to show it's age and wear. Brian was very helpful and ensured we had our needs addressed.

Fantastic!

My family and I had a lovely time. There was plenty of room for our large family, The views of the Cove were very nice. The pool was heavily used by all ages.We rented the boat for two days and enjoyed it very much. The towels and linens provided were really nice and soft. All in all, a great week!

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time at the lake last week. All 12 of my grandchildren loved the pool and had so much fun on the dock fishing, and using the paddle boat and kayak. Exceeded expectations!!!

We visited for a family vacation with about 17 total. Everything before check-in was smooth and went as expected. Upon check-in the first thing we noticed was how clean the home (inside and out) was. We go on a large family vacation every year and this was by far the cleanest and most well stocked home we have stayed in. We didn't find ourselves needing something throughout the entire week long stay. The property manager (Brian) was exceptional! VERY responsive, personable and willing to help in any way! Pool was cleaned daily and when the garbage disposal malfunctioned he responded immediately. Amenities were great! Very child friendly! Great, convenient location but still quiet! We can't wait to visit again!

Best vacation home!

Great home! Great location! Great time! The house was super clean and well kept when we arrived. The property manager was great and stopped by to answer any questions we had. He was always available. We had 6 couples so the 7 bedroom house worked great. Could have fit more people easily, and would also work great if you had children. We have rented many many homes in the Ozarks and this one has been our favorite so far! The pool was a wonderful perk, we used it a lot. Thanks for a great weekend, can't wait to return next summer!

Super Vacation Home

We stayed at the identical home next door (has an extra bathroom and a screen porch area) and had a fantastic time. The location was great and the home was beautiful. It was clean and still had a "new" smell. We had 15 in our group and absolutely never felt crowded. It was nice to have a walk-in pantry to store our group's food. The pool looked extra small in the pictures, but actually was a decent size for us. Plenty of outside seating. Our family enjoyed the private dock for fishing or just relaxing. Having the use of the paddle boat and kayak was a nice perk. I found out that I love kayaking. My son-in-laws made good use out of the ping pong table. Be aware, there is no iron, ironing board or blow dryer. I would highly recommend this home if you are looking for a comfortable, scenic setting on the lake.

Summer Vacation 2015

We had this trip in the planning stage for at least 8 mos. The process via VRBO and through the owner's was smooth and without any stress. We had 7 families and with kids a total of 26 people. The space was perfect and the home was gorgeous. The accommodations the house provided were far beyond our expectations. The finished basement space provided a great space for the kids in terms of activities and air mattress space for sleeping. The pool area was outstanding and was very large. The size of the pool itself was perfect and we never felt crowded. The dock area was a great size and provided an extra boat slip for a rental and a rental jet ski. The access to the kayak and paddle boat was excellent for both adults and kids. The fishing was great too for the kids as well as adults. We caught over 60 plus fish. Crappie, sunfish, and bluegill. The water, weather, accommodations, and scenery were exceptional!! I would highly recommend this property to any group that desires a summer vacation of a lifetime.

Wonderful home, attentive property manager

We had 6 families staying in the home with a total of 15 children, all age 10 and under. The home was absolutely gorgeous and had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and not feel overcrowded. The kitchen was well-equipped with tons of storage space and we took full advantage of the 2 full fridges. The pool, while small, was a great break from the lake and perfect for the kids. The deep end was surprisingly deep to add to the fun. The upper patio was enormous and a wonderful spot to dine or sip coffee while looking out over the lake. It also made a perfect outdoor playpen for our littlest guests to crawl/walk around on. The house next door is almost identical except a portion of the upper patio is screened in - that would have been a nice addition to help keep out the flies which were a natural result of so many people walking in and out of the house. The dock is super large and we loved the use of the kayak and paddle boat. We were able to easily park 2 rental boats (one of which was an extra large "party barge"). The property manager dropped by several times throughout our stay to check that all was OK and provide us with tips about the property, area, and checkout procedures. She quickly addressed the one small issue we had with a loose toilet seat. We really appreciated working with her. Property location was close to the highway & grocery. The only issues we had relates to outdated photos of the outdoor space on the VRBO website, the description of a small private beach (which is non-existent) and the super steep gravel driveway. It is apparent that some of the photos of the green space in front of the house were taken before the pool was installed and before the 2 neighboring houses were built (there are now 5 adjacent houses that appear to all be owned by this property owner). There is no longer any flat greenspace for any sort of play - thankfully the basketball court provided an additional option for the kids and men to play. The "beach" is a narrow gravel boat entry that I can't imagine anyone using as a beach. The driveway had a small paved area near the garage, but adjoined to a common gravel parking area and a steep hill to exit the property. Several times we had vehicles take multiple attempts before successfully making it up the hill - and this was all during dry conditions. It appeared that some construction work is still going on so this may change in the future. Overall, thanks to Bill for a wonderful vacation
