LEVEL TWO
The second floor features a kitchen, living room, garage access, and a small outdoor patio. There is no formal dining area, but the kitchen offers a breakfast bar for casual meals.
LEVEL THREE
The third floor features the primary bedroom and a guest bedroom. The primary bedroom contains a king-sized bed and a trundle bed with two twin mattresses, in addition to an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds with an ensuite bathroom and a shower/tub combo. Additionally, the washer and dryer are located on the second floor.
LEVEL FOUR
The fourth floor contains a guest bedroom featuring two sets of triple bunk beds with six twin mattresses and an ensuite bathroom. Additionally, the fourth floor has a wet bar and access to the rooftop deck with downtown views. The rooftop deck features a dining table and ample seating.
PARKING
The attached garage can accommodate one vehicle, and there is street parking in front of the unit. We do not provide a garage door opener.

Guests will have access to both homes except for a locked owner's closet. They'll receive a four-digit access code before arrival to enter the unit through our Schlage Encode smart lock. Additionally, there will be an onsite lockbox accessible in case of a smart lock failure. We provide 24/7 customer support to ensure you never get locked out. We also enhance property security with a Ring doorbell.
Jake and Stay Music City is local to Nashville and available as needed. We offer 24/7 customer support via phone and/or text message to assist you before, during, and after your stay. After the reservation is confirmed, the primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement on behalf of their group.

You'll receive check-in details before your stay. Standard check-in time is 4 PM. We offer early check-in at 2 PM for an additional $50 and at 12 PM for $100, subject to availability for bag drop-offs.
CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS
Standard check-out time is 10 AM. Please take out the trash and start the dishwasher before locking the door on your way out. Also, remember to double-check for your chargers, headphones, and other personal items before leaving. Our housekeeping staff will greatly appreciate your help! Late check-out options are available at 12 PM for $50 and at 2 PM for $100.
EXCESSIVELY DIRTY UNITS
Additional cleaning fees may apply if the property is left in an unusually messy state. Please treat the property with care, as you are responsible for any damage caused.

Failure to comply with these rules resulting in refunds or discounts for subsequent guests may lead to charges on your end.

Nestled just north of Germantown, Metrocenter, and North Nashville, the home offers excellent access to the interstate and a variety of food and beverage options. Germantown, a historic community on the National Register of Historic Places, sits just a few blocks northwest of downtown Nashville. This area is home to the Tennessee State Museum and Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park, as well as local boutiques and many of Nashville’s most critically acclaimed restaurants, making it a culinary destination in its own right. Some of our favorite places to visit in the neighborhood are Rolf & Daughters, The Optimist, Mother's Ruin, and Von Elrod's.
