We want your stay at our townhome to be absolutely wonderful, so we'd like to share some valuable information to ensure your experience is as smooth as the ocean breeze:
Proximity to Train: The townhome enjoys a convenient location in a designated quiet zone, where train horns are not sounded unless of an emergency. However, such instances are infrequent. Instead, you may occasionally hear the gentle rumble of passing trains, which some find soothing. If you're a light sleeper, we suggest considering the use of earplugs to ensure a restful night's sleep.
Best Beach Access: For the ultimate beach experience, we recommend heading to the Oceanside Pier area, which offers the most enjoyable beach access for lounging, sand and water play. It's a short walk from our townhome and provides a fantastic spot to soak up the sun and sea.
Parking: There is parking available in the garage for up to two vehicles. If parked on the street please keep in mind that street sweeping occurs on the first and last Monday every month from 8 am to 12 pm. We kindly ask that you move your vehicles during these times to avoid any inconvenience.
Landscaping: Our dedicated landscaping team maintains the common areas once a week to keep the surroundings pristine.
Trash Disposal: Trash should be placed in the designated dumpsters located near the guest parking area. Trash pickup occurs twice a week for your convenience.
