Les plages de sable bordées de palmiers de Troncones sont la toile de fond parfaite pour peindre vos souvenirs. Troncones et CASA EN LAS ROCAS est une plage pas comme les autres. Accueil pour les gens chaleureux, surf de classe mondiale et la pêche sportive, le golf et les couchers de soleil dorés les plus spectaculaires.

TRONCONES
Troncones est un village de pêcheurs en bord de mer niché entre les montagnes de la Sierra Madre et la Riviera mexicaine, où les visiteurs découvrent le rythme tranquille et l’esprit accueillant d’un refuge mexicain classique. Les voyageurs sont attirés par Troncones à la recherche d'un sentiment agréable d'isolement et de la recherche de l'ambiance de plage vierge et pieds nus qui a diminué ailleurs sur les côtes mexicaines. Les plages de sable de Troncones s'étendent sur 3 miles, mais ont acquis une grande renommée internationale auprès des surfeurs et des amateurs d'aventure surfant sur les pauses à Troncones point et Manzanillo Bay - l'une des plages les plus magnifiques.

DÉCOR
CASA EN LAS ROCAS est l’ajout le plus récent, le plus vaste et le plus luxueux à cette région tropicale préservée. Les propriétaires ont voyagé pendant 20 ans en Afrique, en Asie et en Amérique Latine et ont réussi à relier différents styles tels que la simplicité africaine et le Palapas, la décoration minimaliste indonésienne en utilisant les couleurs mexicaines traditionnelles et l'ambiance chillaxing brésilienne en un seul projet. L'architecte Enrique Zozaya. Ses bâtiments sont immédiatement reconnaissables pour leurs formes organiques, leur utilisation simple des matériaux et leur beauté globale.

ÉQUIPEMENTS
La Villa est située sur une plage semi-privée de 40 mètres, protégée par une petite colline de végétation luxuriante et de rochers. Elle comprend 4 suites Master avec salles de bains privatives et douches ouvertes, 2 équipées d'une télévision à écran LCD de 81 cm, d'un système de son et de DVD, un appartement de jardin avec 2 suites king size et une chambre avec 3 lits simples ainsi qu'une télévision à écran LED de 52 'et un lecteur DVD.

PALAPA PRINCIPAL
Le Masterpiece est une palapa principale de 300 mètres carrés où les clients peuvent profiter d’un bar sportif - entièrement équipé des dernières technologies de pointe en matière de télévision à écran LED 60 pouces et de sonorisation Bose pour profiter d’un match de sport en direct ou simplement d’un bon film, Cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte et table à manger pour 16 personnes et deux grands salons / salons confortables donnant sur la piscine et l'océan Pacifique.

PISCINE INFINITE
La piscine à débordement conçue spécialement pour les 22 mètres de long possède ses propres plages et ses sièges dans l’eau. Une grande terrasse est construite autour pour profiter des plus beaux couchers de soleil sur l’océan Pacifique. La propriété dispose également d'un bar brésilien Churrasco, d'un bar et d'un coin repas, tous couverts pour vous donner une ombre fraîche et une brise pendant la journée, ainsi que de 2 ponts sur les deux côtés de la propriété avec un lit flottant et des l'océan pour la lecture, le yoga et la méditation et plus encore…

PERSONNEL DE LA VILLA
La Villa a un personnel permanent de 3 personnes, Cristina, Fidela et Diomedes, qui s’occupent des tâches ménagères quotidiennes, de l’armement léger, des services généraux et du jardinage. Pour les groupes plus grands que 6, nous recommandons d'engager du personnel supplémentaire au prix coûtant.

It was all a dream!!!

Cannot say enough good things!! The staff was WONDERFUL, accommodating, friendly, attentive and did I say wonderful already?! This property is beautiful. The outdoor showers were such a fantastic feature as well as how close you are to such a private and peaceful beach. We had such a great time thank you!!!!!

Magical Stay!

We had the most amazing time here, thank you to the manager and house staff for making our time so special! The only thing we didn't do well was communicate with the house manager to make sure there were food and drinks available BEFORE we arrived to the house. We had a pregnant guest and a very long day of travel and when we arrived there was nothing to eat or drink. But after that it was smooth sailing. Delicious meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner almost every night. The pool was not the color in the picture which was a little odd, but we still got in anyway. Warm ocean waters and the local restaurant with live music and a DJ just a walk down the beach was A HIT!! We had a blast.

Beautiful home, excellent food and service!

The property did not disappoint. We were 11 adults, 5 children and an infant. We all fit comfortably (the kids slept on inflatable mattresses in one of the bedrooms). The staff was friendly and took care of the property very well. The pool was very clean and of perfect size for our family. The spaces are well distributed and accommodated all our activities comfortably. the house is a very short walk from the beach. Cristina and her team cooked delicious traditional Mexican meals for us! We definitely recommend this property and hope to go back in the near future.

The Perfect Vacation

Casa en las Rocas is the perfect place for a big group get away. There is a lot of common space, and plenty of room for individual quiet time. The rooms and grounds are clean and comfortable. We hired Christina to prepare our meals —- delicious!

Annual Family Trip

Last year we started a tradition to take our kids and their significant others on a family trip instead of Christmas gifts. This year I was lucky enough to find Casa En Las Rocas. Each and every day we commented on how amazing it was. The views, the rooms, the location, the staff, the food. Christina, Jessie, Dio , and Eduardo were simply amazing, friendly, and attentive. I will never do an all inclusive again. This was by far the best vacation ever. Plenty of space to spread out, comfortable beds, amazing outdoor showers, And just a short walk to a beautiful beach with soft walkable sand. We didn’t want for anything. Great place for a large family or group of friends. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful Property perfect for Large Group

This property had 6 bedrooms + TV room to sleep in (all with beautiful outdoor showers), beach access and a private pool. The property comes with staff including amazing cooks and Eduardo who will coordinate any activities for your group. We booked horseback riding, in-house massage, and salsa through Eduardo - all activities we would recommend! Eduardo also recommended an amazing driver - Roberto who drove our group of 14 to and from airport, to lunch recommendations and took us through a day beach/jungle atv tour around Zihua. A few notes, we went during the off season which was very hot! If you go during august bring light loose clothing and be prepared to sweat~! The pool water was also hot from the sun. Also the 7th bedroom is not a real bedroom - it is the garden tv room which has L-shaped day beds to sleep on. Our group was 14 adults so I would only recommend staying at this property if you have people in your group willing to sleep on the day beds. Overall highly recommend this beautiful property for those looking for relaxation., fun and to explore new parts of Mexico!

Tropical family vacation

Our family which consisted of 17 of us just returned from Casa en Las Rocas. This is a beautiful, spectacular location with lots of room to spread out & enjoy the amazing ocean views. Christina & Diomedes and their crew are outstanding in cooking and making sure everything is clean prepared for us. The pool & lounging area were a highlight for all the grandkids! Make sure you ask where it is safe to body board or surf. It isn't far but a specific place. We didn't find this out until a few days into our adventures by some locals telling us that we were in a dangerous spot. And it says secluded beach on the listing but people use it, it's not just for this house. We did have a few issues with electrical outlets not working(none out by the BBQ grill work), fans rattling loudly and spotty air conditioning. Some repairs are needed to keep it up for a 5 star rating but it's very nice. The biggest issue I had was on the price being listed in Euro's instead of dollars which I would normally pay with. This hasn't ever happened even when I've booked VRBO in Europe. Make sure you check this out as it is added cost for Americans. Be ready for large & small iguana's, armadillos, bats and tropical bugs! Our grandkids and our entire family loved it!

Amazing house and experience

11 of us from babies, kids, mom's, dad's, family and friends all enjoyed this amazing house. The dads and older kids were getting up early to go surf and then would come back to enjoy the house the rest of the day with the family. The staff was amazing, cooking, cleaning and just making our life easy everyday. I picked this spot because I did not want to clean, cook and basically stress about all this stuff daily with 2 families and 5 kids. A vacation to me is to be able enjoy your time, the pool, property, family, friends and just relax. That is what you can expect here. The property is amazing, much better than pictures and just an amazing spot. I own 4 vacation rentals in San Diego and I can tell you that this is a 5 star spot and we will be back soon for another amazing trip. Thank you to everyone at Casa De Las Rocas :)

Troncoso is an amazing part of Mexico. The location is amazing. The staff is helpful and willing to make sure you have a wonderful stay. Cristina's cooking is delicious. Dio is always available to care for things and offering a helping hand. Worth a second stay for sure!

Trip of a lifetime!

This was a trip of a lifetime. We had a group of 19 that traveled from both the U.S. and throughout Mexico. We celebrated a 50 year wedding anniversary, had a small informal wedding on the beach and this was the very first time that the family of 14 had ever vacationed together. We were an eclectic mix of Chilean, U.S., Korean and Mexican nationals ages ranging from 5-77. We stayed at the property from 8/12-8/15/19. We originally booked this property in 2017 but due to "life events" had to reschedule twice. The owner could not have been more accommodating to our needs. The photos of the property are exactly what you will see when you arrive at the property and the location is quaint and quiet...very much the "sleepy fishing village" we read about. We were very worried about the current travel advisories on the U.S. travel site and after doing research on the Canadian and U.K. travel sites and other inquires our worries could not have been more unfounded. The ZIH airport is very small and quiet and we arranged (at the airport) a couple large sanctioned shuttles and one taxi to bring us all to the property. The drive up to Troncones (40 minutes) was beautiful and quiet with very little traffic. Travel back to the airport was exactly the same and taxi reservations could be made with the property manager (Eduardo) on site. The property was clean, private and beautifully decorated with Mexican, Caribbean and African flair. We had all of our meals pre-bought, prepared and served on site and not only was the cost extremely affordable but the food was very fresh and excellently prepared. This allowed the group to not have to worry about shopping, cooking and clean up which for a party of our size would have taken a good chunk of time out of our days. One of the things we were very impressed by was the transparency and honesty of the staff with any of our shopping needs. Whenever food or drinks were purchased we received the receipts and an itemized breakdown of everything that was purchased. We had not expected this but shows the integrity of the staff. There was a three person staff and one property manager who took care of us during our stay. They all worked incredibly hard to make sure our requests were honored and things were taken care of. We plan to come back to this beautiful property and feel blessed that we were able to have such an incredible stay.

Stunning venue

We stayed at Casa en las Rocas with our entire family to celebrate a milestone birthday. Ten people and a ten month old baby. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Dio was always on hand to help out with a smile. Kristina’s cooking was amazing and creative. Eduardo made sure everything ran smoothly. And went out is his way to find special items for us including items for the baby. (Which we donated to the property) Everyone loved the setting, private spaces for everyone if they needed to get away. I’m sure we’ll be back!

Paradise and Perfect in Every Way!

Troncones is a slice of paradise and Casa en Las Rocas is the perfect property! After visiting Troncones 12-14 times, we found Casa en las Rocas. It's an incredible place. The grounds are beautiful, pool is the best and staff can't be beat. If you're looking for a getaway with friends or family, this is it. If you're looking for a wedding venue, Casa en las Rocas is the best. Promise. Also...the food is incredible, the margaritas are the best we've ever had and the staff is super accommodating and kind. Stunning and surpassed expectations

This was our second visit and, as before, the property and view was spectacular. This time we had the staff plan and prepare all meals and it was a culinary masterpiece! Well done and thank you.

Great venue; wonderful staff.

Casa en las Rocas is a beautiful property in a gorgeous location. It was a perfect location for our multi-generation family get together - everyone had a fabulous week. Eduardo is a great organizer, Diomedes does a great job of looking after the property and Christina runs a great kitchen with Maru and Nancy. The food we were served throughout the week was outstanding and of international caliber. All of the staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. If you are looking for an exquisite venue for a special event, we recommend Casa en las Rocas.

Paradise!

We brought 10 of our friends to this spot for some R&R and it was pure paradise. The property is even more beautiful than the pictures and the staff so welcoming. Christina, Dio, Nancy and Mura took care of us and I didn't lift a finger for 5 days. The food was outstanding with a finale of 15 cracked open grilled lobsters, shrimp, fish, and octopus for the last night's feast. Lying in the pool drinking beer and watching the waves from the perfectly warm (not too warm) infinity pool was heaven. I can't wait to come back and bring more people with me. Our interactions with the owner, our transportation to and from the airport, and our requests were all easily tended to. We also loved the turtle release down the street and our crew of surfers were super happy with the surf. We also felt very safe in Troncones and left our rooms open all night. Thank you Casa en las rocas! We will be back!!

Regresaría cada año, es espectacular casi todo.

La atmósfera de Troncones es sumamente pacífica y tranquila. No se percibe ningún tipo de inseguridad. La propiedad es muy, pero muy bonita. Las fotos exhibidas en la página son espectaculares sin menospreciar a la casa en realidad. Pero lógicamente existe una ligera diferencia. Visitamos la propiedad la familia completa y enorme, los abuelos, 4 parejas, todos con hijos, una tía y sus dos hijos (adultos ya), en total, 19 personas! Llegamos antes de la hora de entrada, que es a las 2 de la tarde y la casa estaba casi lista, sin embargo, no fue culpa de los anfitriones, sino nuestra por llegar antes, no obstante ello, pudimos dejar nuestras maletas, ponernos el traje de baño y nadar en la alberca. Tuvimos la mala suerte de encontrar vasos de plástico dentro de la alberca, quizá, nuevamente nuestra culpa por entrar antes de tiempo. Una semana antes de nuestra llegada, enviamos un menú detallando lo que queríamos de desayunar, botana, comida y cena (esta sólo algunos días), así como una lista de los productos necesarios para realizar dichos platillos. Existió una confusión por parte del personal, no prepararon nada comida, toda vez que mandé una lista con el menú por día, por error mio puse "miércoles" como nuestro primer día de llegada, siendo que era sábado, pero los siguientes días eran correctos en mi lista: domingo, lunes, martes y miércoles, era lógico que el primer día era sábado y por ello la confusión del personal ni modo. No pasó a mayores, pedimos de un restaurancito de al lado pescadillas, camarones, pescado y solución, todo bien. Las habitaciones, baños, lugares comunes, siempre estuvieron muy limpios, lo cual se aprecia muchísimo en una casa que se encuentra justo en la playa. En verdad es una maravilla que los cuartos tengan aire acondicionado Y ventilador, de otra forma, sería imposible dormir con el calor que había, así que maravilloso. Algo que recomendaría a los dueños de la casa, es poner más ventiladores y mucho más grandes de los que ya hay en la sala y comedor, pues los existentes son insuficientes y se hace difícil pasar tiempo en una sobremesa por el calor y tan poco aire. A las visitas, les recomendaría llevar un par de ventiladores para esa zona y listo. Recomendaría también tener un juego más de toallas para la alberca, dado que un día tuvimos que esperar una hora para que se secaran las toallas. Digo, no pasa nada, pero tampoco es mucho esfuerzo un juego extra de toallas. Lo mejor de todo: la playa! Amaaaazing!!!

I'd say the unique benefits to this property are the staff. Of course we cannot start without the cooking skill of Cristina and her yummy authentic Mexican cuisine. But, we cannot forget the margaritas of Diomedes and all he does for the property. Eduardo, is easily the most incredible concierge in existence. He can make this vacation a dream no matter how small or extravagant. And mostly, Troncones, the backdrop for this stay is a well kept secret. Our most frequent comment is "I don't want anyone else to find out about this hidden gem!"
