Great stay
We had a great stay at this property. There were 9 of us (combination of adults and kids) and the bedrooms were well appointed with each bedroom having its own bathroom, which made it very convenient. The common space is pretty small and all the chairs were somewhat uncomfortable, but we made it work. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, toiletries, etc, but strangely we only had one paper towel, which was about 2/3 used, and no dish soap. We cooked breakfast and dinner and the kitchen is well stocked to make most meals. There are also a lot of spices, but again, strangely, very little salt. The top floors get pretty hot (even with heater turned down) so we ended up sleeping with the window opened a bit and that helped quite a bit. There is no recycling on the property, apparently, that is an extra service you have to pay for (a friend that has property in Steamboat told me), and I guess this group of townhomes opted not to pay. But the trash bin is very close. Two parking spaces, but you have no access to the garage. Overall, the host was very communicative and check-in and check-out was very easy. She even allowed us to check-in early, which was a big bonus. I did take out one star on cleanliness because my son dropped something and we were looking for it and I looked under the couch and there was quite a bit of dust and other things under the couch.
