Wonderful property and host

The property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Very enjoyable and nice access to the beach. Great access also to local shopping and eateries. But the best part about this property is the immediate response by the host to any and all questions with patience and politeness. Thanks for a great visit.

Great place for a family stay

We enjoyed our family time at this beach home! It was the perfect set up with everyone having their own bathroom and great family area to hangout on the rainy beach days. We did have a few issues with the building’s security guard as he was very disgruntled upon on our arrival in regards to parking. Not only did he get pretty rude with us but we also saw him on two separate occasions in heated arguments with other guests. Thankfully everything ended up clearing up on our end but just beware to approach a conversation with him cautiously. Other than that, the owners of the property were amazing and so very helpful. They were very responsive and we enjoyed staying at their home.

Amazing Property -- Do Not Pass on This Property

This property is amazing! It is professionally decorated and is beautiful. We had 6 adults and 2 children 5 & 8 and we had a great time. Everything you could possibly need was in the kitchen. Several sets of dinnerware to choose from, any type of cooking utensils you could need, reserved covered parking spot next to walkway to beach (we kept all our beach items in our car). Everyday I would notice some decorative item I had not seen yet. The pictures do not do this unit justice. The building is in a perfect location and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The owners were easy to communicate with and very responsive. We would book again.

11th condo with amazing views, beautiful decor pictures do not do this condo justice! Front desk staff friendly, owner has great communication with renters. Central location, elevators are quick!

Excellent condo!

We genuinely enjoyed our stay in this amazing corner unit. The balcony was perfect and alot of time was spent watching dolphins and stingrays! I've stayed in several condos and this one by far had the most well stocked kitchen! Anything you could possibly need was available...Privacy and space really made this condo stand out! We would totally recommend this unit! Thank you for providing such a nice unit!

Fantastic Stay!

Great location. The pictures really don’t do this condo justice! The rooms are large and the layout is great for a large group. The huge balcony and bonus balcony off the second master we’re both perfect for morning coffee and watching the sunset. We enjoyed everything about our stay even down to our bestie security guard! Definitely will be repeat customers! Thanks y’all!

Great Rental for Us!

We were very happy with our overall stay! Pros: Very spacious for 8 adults Well Stocked - everything one would need and more Plenty of seating Amazing balcony Four bathrooms - need I say more! Full size washer and dryer Corner Unit equals more privacy and quiet Plenty of parking Pleasant security people Cons: Pictures led us to believe there was an ice maker but it was a broken wine cooler in the bar area Mattresses were uncomfortable Pillows are very, very flat and hard Small refrigerator - would highly recommend a second small refrigerator for a four bedroom/8 person condo Definitely need an ice maker on the beach Property allows smoking from the balconies I guess since smokers were everywhere around us. Not this owners issue but steals the joy of the balcony use when smoke billows up or down Good location. Clean. Overall great experience.

Fantastic condo!

This is a beautiful condo in a great location. Very clean and kitchen is well stocked. Communication with the owner before and during the stay was quick and easy. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Fun on the beach

Great condo with EXCELLENT variety of amenities. Kitchen FULLY stocked. You’d have to think very hard to come up with something you may need, and wasn’t there. Ps. May not be able to.

Very nice Unit!

This was our third stay at the Admirals Quarters building and this unit was the best! The kitchen was well equipped. The furniture and beds were in great shape and having 3 king beds accommodated our group. When at the condo, we spent our time on the balcony and loved the new furniture. It was great working with Pam. From the very beginning she answered our questions.

Great space and very clean

We thurly enjoyed our stay! The condo was super clean and there was no sand In sight. There is a nice big balcony to enjoy the early morning dolphins and the pirate ship make its daily run. A big bonus was having a nice big pantry to put all our food in! Everything we needed was already in the condo.

Best place to enjoy paradise

This corner space was a perfect fit for our family. The balcony view was spectacular and the furniture there made it easy to stay out and enjoy it. This place has a great kitchen with all you need to prepare meals. Beds are comfortable and in truth it felt like home.

Clean

A CLEAN condo rental is the name of the game for me and my family. We've stayed before in other condos that were set up nice but had dirty floors, etc. This unit has great set ups and was clean! Fantastic view of the ocean and of the sunsets. Highly recommend this unit!

Awesome accommodations!

This place is phenomenal! The condo has the best flow. The kitchen has anything you could ask for! The owner is accommodating! They are very nice and extremely easy to work with. We will be back!

Wonderful!!!

This condo was absolutely perfect! Not only was it beautiful, it had everything you needed and then some. I've never seen so many sets of dishes in one place. The view was beautiful and we were lucky enough to have amazing weather. Pam was very friendly and tolerated me asking a ton of questions with patience. Thanks for a wonderful vacation and hope to be back sometime again.

Beach Bound Vacationers

Our family enjoyed the condo and appreciated having a bathroom for each bedroom. The condo was decorated beautifully and the kitchen had anything and everything you could possibly need. The wrap around balcony was great and was furnished nicely with a large table for dining. The add'l balcony off the King Guest bedroom was a nice bonus and allowed us to see beautiful sunsets. The location worked well and it was easy to get to eateries, grocery stores, etc.. We enjoyed both pools and the beach was just a short walk from the pool area. We were blessed with sunny days and clear blue/green water. The owner was always just a phone call away and nice to work with. We highly recommend this condo to all beach goers!

Family Fun for All

We thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation at this great condo. Beautiful furnishings, everything we needed, love the balcony and the view is fantastic...of course. Conveniently located to dining, shopping, grocery store, etc. Plenty of space if you have a large family.

Great family vacation

We had a group of 10, including 1 baby & 3 young children. The condo was perfect. Spacious rooms, walk in closets, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room in the kitchen/living rooms. The outside porch was huge & perfect for many dinners outside on the patio tables & chairs. The condo was decorated beautifully, and gave enough room for the 3 families there to spread out when needed. The pools are large, and the location is close to grocery stores & restaraunts. The owners checked in with us often & made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this condo, and look forward to coming back soon.

Wonderful Vacation

This unit was every bit as beautiful as it looked on-line. It was extremely roomy and everyone in our group had their own space. It had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The owner was great to work with and we highly recommend it!

Great Place

We had an excellent stay. The unit is beautiful with great views, plenty of room and a large corner balcony. It is decorated nicely and maintained very well. Pam was great to work with. She is super friendly, flexible and communicates regularly to make sure everything is as planned.
