✹ PARKING: Free parking is available for three vehicles in the large driveway. Please let us know if you require more parking.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed wifi available throughout the home, plus two workspaces.

✹ FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies including a pack ’n play/travel crib, books and toys, a high chair, dinnerware, a changing table, and babysitter recommendations, available upon request.

✹ PETS: Please let us know upon booking if you would like to bring a dog. Up to two dogs are allowed in our villa with a maximum weight of 30 lbs each.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via your personalized Boarding Pass which will be provided by text message once your booking is confirmed. This intuitive platform allows you to manage all the details of your stay.

✹ ID and Selfie: A government-issued ID (e.g., US License or Passport) and a selfie are required at booking. You can easily upload a picture on your boarding pass.
✹ For your peace of mind, the home is monitored by exterior security cameras 24/7 of the front yard only.
✹ Smoking and vaping is not permitted in our home. This home is equipped with smoke monitors to ensure the air stays clean.
✹ Please respect the quiet hours from 10 pm until 8 am.
✹ No parties allowed. No events allowed.
Parking:
Free parking is available for up to three vehicles in our spacious driveway. We can also accommodate an RV if needed.
Guest Registration:
To ensure the security of all our guests, only registered individuals are allowed on the property. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests.
Pets:
We welcome up to two small dogs (30 lbs or under). A non-refundable pet fee of $100 per stay applies, payable at the time of booking. Guests are responsible for any damage or additional cleaning caused by pets.
Self-Check-In:
Enjoy easy, contactless self-check-in through our Smart lock system on the front door.
Quiet Hours:
Please observe quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM to respect the neighborhood's peaceful ambiance.
No Parties:
For the comfort and safety of all guests, parties and events are not permitted on the property.

For your peace of mind, our home is monitored 24/7 by exterior security cameras. These cameras cover only the front of the property, ensuring your privacy.
No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking and vaping inside the home are strictly prohibited. Smoke monitors are in place to maintain clean air quality throughout the property.
Booking Requirements:
* ID and Selfie: A government-issued ID and a selfie are required for verification at booking.
* Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 25 years old to book the property. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
* Background Check: All reservations are subject to a background check for security purposes.
* Local Guests: If you're a resident of Broward or Miami-Dade County, please contact us prior to booking.
* Credit Card for Incidentals: Instead of a traditional security deposit, a credit card authorization is required for potential incidental charges or damages. This will be securely managed via your EnsoConnect Boarding Pass.
