40 sq m open space apartment 10 minutes from the sea and Sestri Levante, located on the ground floor of a detached villa with garden, surrounded by greenery and quite environment for a relaxing stay in the hills of Casarza Ligure.

It can accommodate up to 4 people; a baby crib and child seat are also available free of charge upon request.

Small/medium sized dogs allowed on request. (Forbidden to leave the animal unattended).

The open space vacation apartment - Il Glicine - consists of an entrance to the living area, a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, microwave oven, dishes, pantry, table cloths, coffee machine "Lavazza a modo mio", laundry room with washing machine and dishwasher, iron with ironing board, vacuum/electric broom, smoke detector. 40-inch Smart TV, a closet, a double French bed ( 140cmx200cm) and a double French sofa bed (140cmx190cm) with sheets, pillows and blankets, a baby crib, a bathroom with shower, bidet and towels, hair dryer and hair straightener, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, air conditioning and heating.

Guests can use the courtyard area in front of the apartment's front door, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining and clothesline. Equipped with electric awning to shade the outside on hot days. Garden surrounded by nature and olive trees for assured relaxation.

Access for the exclusive use of guests to the internal area of the apartment and the courtyard adjacent to the apartment's front door (located on the ground floor).
Shared driveway for loading and unloading and/or short stops.
Private indoor parking for motorcycles and bicycles available.

Cost of bed linen and towels included in the cleaning costs on stay maximum one week.
Extra linen change and/or extra cleaning in case of accidents and/or for stays longer than 7 days to be paid directly in the structure, as needed.
The cleaning service dishes in chaeged to the guest and is not included in the final cleaning costs.

It is possible to park your car free of charge in front of the house along the road, or there is a public parking lot about 50 m from the house. Possible loading/unloading of luggage inside the yard and/or short stops.
Private indoor motorcycle and bicycle parking available.

Excellent strategic starting point to reach and visit the wonderful Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Camogli and Portofino and the ancient village of Varese Ligure, the surrounding valleys and mountains for beautiful hikes and relaxing moments immersed in nature.

In 10 min approx. (5 km approx.) you reach the center of Sestri Levante with its caruggi, its stunning Baia del silenzio, the beautiful Baia delle favole, its other beaches and the Mandela playground surrounded by greenery. In 10 min approx. (5.5 km approx.) the village of Riva Trigoso and its beaches, including the beautiful Renà beach in 10 min approx. (6km approx.).
