The house comfortably accommodates up to 6 people, with a king size bed and queen beds in each bedroom. We have 2 parking spaces in front of the house for your exclusive use!

As our guests, you will have full access to the entire house during your stay. This includes three spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds, two well-appointed bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area for enjoying meals together. You'll also have access to a cozy family room with a large screen TV and plenty of seating, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

One of the highlights of the house is the stunning exterior terrace, where you can soak up the sun and take in breathtaking views of the lush Pacific Ocean. Additionally, our property features a private staircase leading directly to the beach, allowing you to easily access the sand and surf whenever you like.

During your stay, we will not be available in person, however, we will be available 24 hours a day through the Airbnb app. Once you arrive at the house, our phone number and emergency contacts will be provided to you so that you can contact us in case of any need. Sun & Sea House is nestled within a safe and secure gated community, offering peace of mind with 24/7 security guards on duty. For your convenience, there is a Walmart and several convenience stores just a short distance away, providing easy access to all of your daily needs.

Whether you're looking for groceries, restaurants, or souvenirs to take back home, you'll find everything you need just a stone's throw from the house. With its prime location in the heart of Rosarito, you'll be able to fully immerse yourself in the local culture and enjoy all that the area has to offer.

To get around the neighborhood, we highly recommend that guests come by car as there is limited public transportation. Uber is also a reliable option for transportation in the area. We offer free parking for up to two cars, so you can rest assured that your vehicles will be safe and secure during your stay.

At Sea & Sun Beach House, we prioritize the comfort and enjoyment of all our guests, which is why we have a very strict occupancy policy in place. To maintain a peaceful and comfortable environment, we do not allow any extra guests or visits during your stay. Our goal is to provide a relaxing experience for you and your fellow guests.

It's essential to adhere to our occupancy rules to ensure everyone has enough space and privacy to fully enjoy their time here. As a part of this policy, we have a penalty fee of $50 USD per extra person per night if the maximum occupancy limit is exceeded.

We also want to inform you that our gated community has strict security measures in place. The security guards at the entrance will only allow the registered cars to enter the premises. If you plan to have visitors arriving in separate cars, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements with the security team.

We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding in following these rules, as they are in place to ensure the best possible experience for all our guests.

***Refund Policies
The maximum capacity of the house is 6 guests, this is established to ensure your comfort and safety at all times. Additionally, it is important to note that no additional visitors beyond the registered guests are allowed. We kindly ask you to respect this restriction regarding the number of people.

To keep the house clean during your stay, we kindly request that you use the outdoor shower to rinse off any sand when returning from the beach.

Lastly, we ask that you treat the house with the same care and respect as if it were your own home.
