Cancelled the day of arrival

I messaged the owner twice the week of arrival with no response. No instructions for check in. I contacted VRBO for support and they reached out to the owner. They said the property had been sold but failed to cancel my reservation. We had to scramble to find other accommodations on our way to Nashville. Awful experience. Do not rent from them.

After Checking time cancellation

1 1/2 hours after scheduled check in time I realized I hadn’t been given the door code. Messaged owner and was informed owner has sold home and was canceling my reservation. No notice, had to find other accommodations that cost us over twice what we anticipated. Absolute nightmare

We loved this stay! The house is very accessible to all things to do in Nashville. The house itself is clean and spacious and has some cute decorations for photo ops! It was perfect for our group and if possible we would stay again! Thank you

Amazing home and host

The home was perfect for me and my family. Location was perfect for us to be close to Broadway. The host was great with commutation and instructions. Would deff stay here again.

CMA Fest Visit

The home was perfect for our group. The location was close to the venue and we had no issue getting anywhere in a short amount of time. The house was clean and comfortable for all of us. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay at this property again.

Exactly as described

Everything was exactly as described. The house was beautiful and super clean. Not the best location neighborhood wise but I did read that in prior reviews. Super close to Broadway. The host was great with responding in a timely manner.

New house close to Broadway

The house was beautiful and sparkling clean. It still smells like new construction. I would pack toilet paper when you visit, all the toilets have bidets. That was the only surprise. The listing photos are very accurate. It was well stocked with coffe/ coffee maker. Absolutely perfect for our girls trip for 40th birthday. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, but it was so close to Broadway and we felt very safe with the alarm and garage.

Best house and host!!

Would definitely stay again!! The house is beautiful and so so clean!! The host checked on us and made sure everything was okay!! There is a fun waffle maker that is great for breakfast!! The pink Nashville sign made for super cute pictures! Short commute to downtown Nashville!! A little interstate noise, but so worth it!! Obsessed with this house!!!

Horrible experience

I booked to stay at this property months in advance for my sisters Bach trip. We were very excited to come to Nashville and have the house to ourselves to get ready for our events for the weekend. I paid for the trip in 2 installments and the owner was VERY prompt in sending me requests for the second payment, which I do not mind. BUT I never received the check in details. So the day we are supposed to check in I message the owner of the property and request check in details. We are about 4-5 hours before check in at this point. The owner replies a while later (now 3 hours before check in, we are officially in Nashville which is several hours from where we live) and he states he has sold the house and is processing a refund. 3 HOURS BEFORE CHECK IN. I complained to the owner considering I have 4 younger girls with me in a city we do not live, now with no where to stay… he responds saying he will send a voucher for our inconvenience (which we never received) and the process to get our money back to book a new place was going to take 15 days to process. Therefore leaving us stranded. If I did not have the funds to book a different stay this situation would have been a lot worse. I was very unhappy with how everything happened and believe people should know that the owner of this property is very unreliable and unprofessional. He should not be renting out properties at all. He put us in what could have been a dangerous situation and did not follow through with anything he stated

Awesome home in Nashville

Our stay was fantastic. We were there for my daughter’s bachelorette celebration. The house was fantastic. Very clean and spacious. The master bathroom is unreal…big and beautiful. Every toilet has a bidet. Although we had several Lyft and taxi drivers warn us that we were staying in a bad neighborhood and should not linger outside alone or for long, we never felt unsafe, nor did we witness anything out of the way. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone and would definitely stay there again when/if I visit Nashville again. The owner of this property checked in with me (by message) to make sure we had everything we needed and were enjoying our stay. This place is one of the nicer VRBO’s I have ever stayed in.

Nice and clean property close to downtown Nashville.

We booked this place for a family trip to Nashville over the Christmas Break. The house itself is very well appointed and spacious. It is two stories with all the bedroom on the top level. The kitchen has all the basic necessities but if you plan on doing a lot of cooking for more than a few people you may want to bring a few things from home. The coffee maker is no longer a Keurig K-Cup machine (like the picture)but rather a regular coffee maker. There was coffee and filters provided by the maker which was lovely because we had brought k-cups from home The house is impeccably clean and very open and airy.The owners were quick to respond to messages but didn’t over communicate to where you felt they were on the vacation with you! The property is located within a quick drive to most major attractions which makes it easy to get downtown or back on the highway to venture to other parts of Nashville.Like some of the other reviews mention, this place is located in a lesser affluent area that looks like it trying to be revitalized. There is a mixture of low income housing with new houses and apartment/condos. The house does have a RING security that you can activate for extra peace of mind if you need it. It is located near the highway so there is a lot of road noise but that is to be expected by any place near the city.Walmart delivers to this address and made it easy to order a few groceries and personal items. Overall, a nice place to stay!
