Cette villa est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances de repos et de détente ultimes, étant une excellente combinaison d'intimité et de sécurité. Il est idéalement situé juste à côté de la célèbre Sunset Road, à 300 mètres à pied des boutiques de Seminyak, des restaurants, des épiceries, du spa et à 20 minutes à pied de la plage de Seminyak.

La villa offre un design moderne avec tout le confort que vous attendez de votre retraite de vacances.

La cuisine, la salle à manger et le salon sont tous ouverts et donnent sur la piscine au milieu de la cour centrale.

La taille de la villa est de 210 m².

Very poor

Photos were not accurate. The owner never responded to communications before we arrived. The clinches were dirty as was the kitchen. I was informed on the website we would have the whole property. This was incorrect and a room was locked. No hot water. Cupboards very dirty nd mouldy. Tv did not work. Bed was good.

The Villa is exactly as the photos on the site, beautifully presented with fruit and welcome drink on arrival. An added bonus was the use of a mobile phone at no extra cost that came in very handy. Ana organised a scooter for us at a few hours notice which was great. Although the neighbours had a few late nights the bedrooms are pretty sound proof. The only negative comment I can add is the smell of the water from the shower and sink wasn't very nice but that's Bali for you. Oh and restocking of the Bintang daily would be great. We will defiantly recommend Bella Villa to our friends. Thank you Ana

The villa does rent motorbike and laundry at fair prices. Kitchen well-equiped. Good location with restaurants and shops in walking distance. We felt really comfortable. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I had the loveliest time! Absolutely beautiful villa, perfect for a gorgeous getaway! Really central and easy to get a taxi to anywhere. Big thanks to Harry for being so helpful and hospitable. We will definitely be highly recommending the villa to all of our friends heading into Seminyak.

It was super clean, conveniently located and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Many thanks to Ana, Harry and Poul who helped us find our next accommodation afterwards which would have been incredibly hard to find without them! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay! Found this villa at first glance and I was really love it so much! I'm decided to stay here other than continue to searching for others. We (me and my husband) had actually planned our trip to Bali on Aug 2015, unfortunately our trip has been cancelled due to the volcano issue, thus we changed our trip to Nov 2015 but it had been cancelled again due to the same issue, we were really so frustrated, thanks for Ana all the time being contacting with us to arranging for our trip again for the villa stays. Eventually we were here in Bali on this May 2016! We are outing for the whole day in Bali and had no way to check that Ana has actually emailed me to reminded me for our check in, we only checked in after our dinner, sorry for the late arrival Ana. However, Ana is very considerable and arranged Harry and one of the helper (forgot the name) to welcome us in the villa. Harry was very mindful on explained to us for all the villa's facilities. The villa was really awfully beautiful, it is really such a paradise! However, there is a small issue happened on the next day morning, after our shower and ready to go out and we found out it has no water supply. Harry had called us while after and told us we need to move to other villa due to no water supply (luckily we had finish our shower in the early morning haha and he said this might happened sometimes). Though it has no water supply and got to change villa, we did not had any hard feeling and it doesn’t affected our holiday mood ;) Harry arranged someone to transferred us to the other villa which is 3km away from our villa before and it was just located nearby to the Kuta De Ta Beach compare to our first night villa, my guy walked to the beach next day morning when I’m hanging around the pool side haaaa :D We welcomed by villa staff named Nita for our change of villa stays, Nita was kind and helpful. Everything was just good enough, Thanks Ana for the beautiful villa and friendly staffs as well! Well, though we really love the beautiful villa, but we needs to highlight too (thoughts from us to the villa). 1. Villa located at Sunset Road was really so so so beautiful, the only things were just wi-fi too weak , aircon not enough cooling (understand it is because of the weather issue, but it would be great if there is either ceiling fan or stand fan provided rather than only aircon) and the apple dock was actually spoilt (found it was spoilt when I was trying to connect and playing songs from my phone). 2. yoga...

I had a great stay at the Villa. From the the time I arrived in the airport in Bali until my last day. The transport was arranged by Ana, I found the driver easily who took me to the Villa, where I had the "angel" of my trip, Harry. He showed all the house facilities, and made fell as if the house was mine. The freezer is full of beer, soft drinks with almost the same price as outside there are also fruits for free. They have speaker for iPhone, towels were changed everyday, there is a mobile phone in the house with all numbers you will need to contact them at anytime without any cost. Everyday Harry was coming to clean the house, he will always ask you at what time you need him to go, at your own convenience. On the first day he made me a delicious bannana shake before start cleaning the house. He was extremely kind and professional. He can also speak a very good English! They can arrange tours or even food delivery. The house is a dream, it's even better in reality than on the photos! The location is good, only 10min from Seminyak center, if you can drive a bike you will be just fine. In my case, I had to ask Harry to drive me there, cause the walk is a bit long for lazy people like me. Although the area is near by the center, I you can't hear any noise from cars and motorbikes from outside, it's a perfect place to relax. The wifi works very well. I did not have the chance to meet Ana, however she was everyday talking to me on Whts app, checking if I need anything and suggesting places to go even. I will defenetly come back. Can't wait actually ! See you guys soon !! (:

However there was construction on the road outside the villa (which we weren't told about by the host) which was a huge inconvenience to get in and out of the property. Also, the water in the villa was not good and smelt like sewage water - this was really disgusting. The staff were friendly and the room, pool and lounge area were very nice and as described.

Thank you Ana for recommending this villa to us. We had initially booked another villa and Ana was kind enough to offer us this one, which we decided to go with. We were also given the option of taking up the villa which we initially wanted should we not be happy with this one after spending the first night at Bella. Nevertheless, we loved it and chose to stay there for the 5 nights we booked. We were supposed to go to Lombok and the Gili Islands after five days but decided to stay in Bali and we liaised with Ana and it was no problem for us to extend our stay. The location of the villa is top notch, right in the middle of the action yet in a quiet side road. We were 2 minutes from Ku-De-Ta beach club, where we spent many a day sat on the loungers sipping cocktails. Ana was on hand almost everyday to help us out and she even organised our transfers to and from the airport with ease, arrange a day trip for us and supplied us with a local number and mobile phone. This came really hand when our driver picking us up for our tour could not locate the villa (even though he stood right outside it!). The finishings in the villa was great and cleaning took place everyday. Only minor work needed to be done, which was taking place after we left. The only thing was the shower head which had to be detached to shower as it was screwed on the wrong way. Very minor and this did not affect our trip at all. Over all, we loved it. Thank You!

Our villa was cleaned top to bottom everyday and we are just over the moon with our first Bali holiday experience. Thanks Ana and team we hope to see you again in the near future.

From the day, I book this Villa, Host Ana has been communicating to me on update informations. She also arranged transfer to and for from airport and villa. We did arrived in the morning and Ana accommodated our early check in. The driver was there to pick us from airport and he helped us to carry our luggage even though I told him I can do myself. He talked to us and giving us the general info of Bali attraction places. He offer us to bring if we like to do so but as we were tried, we told him we need a rest first as we woke up early for morning flight. On our surprise upon our arrival at villa, we were welcomed and greeted by the Ana's staff with welcome drinks and cold towel. The villa staff explained to us on the facilities of villa. They were so friendly with high standard of service delivery. This villa has all the facilities of 5 star hotel standards. Worth of money. Very privacy. Daily, the service cleans the villa. They also cooked breakfast as requested and it tasted great. Ana was there and she was so friendly. She gave us the best service and made our stay memorable. Ana also drove us back to airport and on the way, she showed us some attraction places in Kuta. My wife was so please with the service given by Ana and her service staff. Ana, we will be back and I sure will recommend my friends to your villa. Take care and all the best.

As an owner of Accommodation units in Australia, I was so very impressed with Anas, villa. It was HEAVEN! Communication was fantastic and it was so lovely to be greeted on arrival by Pur , with lovely welcoming drinks and then met by Ana herself. The villa is its own little private paradise - was hard to actually drag myself away from the private pool and venture out. Everything you could think of was supplied and all facilities are of great quality - even down to the fully equipped kitchen. Every day the lovely and helpful staff would come into clean and supply fresh towels etc. The position is fantastic - back a little from Sunset Road , so no noise . Easy walk to great shopping strips of Seminyak. Having Pur do our washing each day was an added bonus and so cheap. A short walk to Bali Deli which is a gourmet supermarket with meals you can cook yourself by the pool, and next to some wonderful restaurants , cafes and shops. I absolutely loved this place and recommend the ambience and privacy of anyone wanting to relax away from the crowds. Even the lovely driver Ana arranged to take us back to the airport (and not rip us off :) Thank you Ana - we cant wait to come back and thank you Travel Mob for finding it for us.
