'Navigate' is just minutes from Navarre Beach, home to miles of beautiful sugar white sand beaches, clear emerald green water and the largest fishing pier on the Gulf of Mexico. Navarre is nestled between Fort Walton/Destin and Pensacola, home of the Blue Angels. Welcome to our family friendly piece of paradise! Centrally located just off Hwy 98 a short distance from beaches, shopping and dinning. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath beach inspired house is the perfect place to get away and relax with family and friends.

With over 1800 sq feet of living space this beachy decorated 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home has lots to offer!
*Kitchen/Dining: fully equipped with all you need such as dishes, pots, pans, silverware, wine glasses, etc. Stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, and stove/oven), Keurig coffee maker, griddle, waffle maker and toaster. A dining area is available that seats up to 6 guests plus a highchair.
*Living Room: 55" Vizio smart TV available with ability to log in to the guest's streaming channels and log out upon checkout. An office desk and chair is available in the corner of this room as well as a take a book leave a book nook. Seating includes comfy leather couch, beachy accent chair, large round swivel chair and 2 poofs. We have various board games including favorites such as Navarre-opoly and Uno.
*Bedrooms: the master suite has a king sized bed with private bathroom. fresh linens with beachy coverlet, bedside tables include lamps, 43" Vizio smart TV and a luggage rack for easy unpacking. The queen bedroom also has fresh linens with a beachy coverlet, bedside tables with lamps, 5 drawer dresser with a 32" Vizio smart TV and a luggage rack for easy unpacking. The twin room has 2 twin beds with fresh linens and beachy coverlets center table with lamp, a 4 drawer dresser and a pack and play for little ones!
*Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms stocked with body towels, hand towels, washcloths, make up towels and toilet paper.
*Florida room- Close to 300 sq feet of heated/air conditioned additional living space. This room has an indoor deep cushioned sofa, 2 matching accent chairs and coffee table. Official size cornhole game included to be enjoyed in our spacious backyard. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
*Garage game room includes ping pong table, foosball table and 2 player basketball game. It's fun for the whole family!
