This property was completely renovated in 2018, and furnished with short-term rental guests in mind every step of the way! The first-floor unit features no steps to enter the property. Excellent for the elderly and those with mobility issues.

All mattresses are memory foam, crisp new linens & towels, in addition to all the amenities that would come along with a hotel - including but not limited to a blow dryer, Keurig w pods, and a variety of sweeteners, comfortable living room furniture, plenty of seating to entertain a few friends, cooking utensils, privacy blinds, workspaces, and MUCH more.

Guests have access to the entire top and bottom portions of the duplex, easily accessible to one another via a staircase.
