Nous vous invitons à profiter de notre maison de ville sur Camelback Mountain juste en face du Camelback Resort. Cette maison est nichée au pied de Camelback Mountain et à seulement quelques minutes des 33 pistes éclairées de la station de ski de Camelback.
Cette maison, étant une location à l'année, est disponible pour profiter de tout ce que les Poconos ont à offrir. Être à côté du parc aquatique Camelbeach offre un accès rapide aux nombreux toboggans, piscines et même une piscine à vagues pour le plaisir de votre famille. Si vous êtes du type extérieur, à seulement quelques minutes se trouve le parc Camelback Adventure, avec les tyroliennes les plus longues du pays. Le sommet de Camelback Mountain, vous pouvez profiter de la randonnée, du VTT ou tout simplement des vues fantastiques au parc d'État Big Pocono, qui comprend l'est de la Pennsylvanie et certaines parties de New York et du New Jersey
Si la détente est au programme, vous pourrez profiter de la chaleur d'un feu dans le salon douillet. La climatisation centrale vous mettra à l'aise tout en regardant vos émissions câblées préférées ou en profitant du Wifi gratuit.

Great Value for the Location

Place was as listed. It was clean and came with what was needed. Only recommendation would be to bring your own laundry detergent and extra towels for the hot tub. Also, be careful as the side walkway gets slippery with the ever changing weather.

Staying close to Camelback for skiing

My family and I stayed within minutes from Camelback Ski Resort in Tannersville - close enough to see the lights on the trails at night. The house was perfect for my son & daughter-in-law, 2 grandchildren and myself. After skiing each day, we enjoyed the hot tub! Played Uno and then watched a movie. The instructions were very clear for entering the house and what needed to be done before departing. Thank you to the owner and to VRBO! We are looking forward to next year - hopefully this house will be available again!

Clean, comfortable and the perfect location!

This place was perfect for our family of four. We were right in the middle of lots of great activities and the house was very comfortable and clean. The ONLY suggestion I would have for the owner is to stock the kitchen a bit better. There was no mixing bowls, no measuring cups, no measuring spoons and no child friendly cups. Other than that, It was great!

I wrote all of our concerns to the property owner and to date have not received a response. The location is great for shopping and exploring. The property needs some TLC. As stated to the property owner. The mattresses and other items need updating.

GREAT FALL GETAWAY

We visit the Poconos annually and this was the first time at Emilio's home. It checked all the boxes a family or a group of friends need. The house is conveniently located to all area attractions, yet set in nice quiet neighborhood. The home decor is perfect for that country feeling and very roomy. Having 2 full bathrooms upstairs for the bedrooms and a 1/2 bath downstairs is great (along with washer dryer) The house had everything we needed and a bonus of hot tub and real wood burning fireplace which we used both and loved. This will be where we stay going forward. I did not need to reach out to Emilio once we arrived but any questions I had leading up to the rental were answered super quick.

Relaxing vacation in a beautiful home!

The host was communicative prior to, and during the stay. We had no issues and we were actually very impressed. A cabin feel, in a modern home. The hot tub was the best part! The home was clean, and a nice location. We will definitely be back!

Great location, comfortable accommodations, attentive owner

The house was very clean and just the right size for our family of five and our two dogs. The dogs loved laying by the full length windows on both sides of the front door so they could see out. Nice open kitchen, family room, and dining area. Spacious bedrooms and closet space. Great screened in back deck with hottub that we used every day. The community pool was also very nice, and we were happy to find that it was heated because the temp was in the low 70s for most of our stay. There is a new front deck on the house where my husband enjoyed napping in his hammock. New kitchen appliances. Reliable wifi that accommodated all of our cellphones and laptops. We hit the waterpark, the casino, the golf couse, the tennis courts, the pool, the movie theater, the bowling alley, and did some local shopping, so there is plenty to do around the area. From the house and in the neighborhood, we saw lots of deer, chipmunks, squirrels, lizards, and even a big black bear! The owner, Emilio, was pleasant, easy to deal with, and answered all my questions very promptly. A few minor suggestions would be to add some new pots and pans, plastic storage containers for leftovers, and chip clips.

The property was delightful, super clean, and the host was VERY responsive! The community pool is one of the best perks . A beautiful, clean, uncrowned pool. Just up the mountain from the Waterpark, easy to find. Will plan to come back next year!

Great stay

Great stay - very easy in and out and the place was clean and well stocked for our long weekend. Loved the area and it was so convenient for the water park! Top of the mountain had a park with great views (and picnic areas) and the pool was a great place to hang out in the summer heat. Overall great experience.

Perfect house and host!

Emilio has been the perfect host! We have stayed at a lot of cabins all over and he is by far the best! The home is just as pictured but so much better in person. You will be right in the center of all kinds attractions, whether you have children or a romantic getaway, you will not be bored. We are very outdoorsy people and explored trails, Bushkill falls and went fishing all over. Emilio was great with suggestions as well. Relaxing in the hot tub was the perfect touch at the end of each day. I have zero complaints. If you want a relaxing stress free stay, then book this property asap!

Excellent stay

Four of us, ( 2 adult couples) stayed at the house for 4 days in June 2023. The house was comfortable and perfect sized for us, and the neighborhood was quiet (this was off season, I can’t speak for ski or water park season). The downstairs furniture , while worn, was quite comfortable. The appliances and hot tub were all in working order ( the hot tub jets were a little weak, but all working, and it held its temperature well). Emilio was the perfect host, responding to any questions or issues immediately and in a friendly way. The reason I give it a 4, rather than 5, star review is due to the fact that the front deck was being worked on, and the deck and picnic table were unusable during the week we were there, as well as the fact that we had to use the garage for entry/exit during our stay. Some other minor issues are the house could use some updated cookware, especially a new frying pan, new fluffy pillows, and the jets in the hot tub need to be looked at. Also the master bedroom mattress was too soft for my liking. FYI the morning sun floods the master bedroom with light, if that bothers you a sleep mask is recommended. All that being said, I would stay here again.

Perfect Location but . . .

The home was in the perfect location for our family gathering and facilities were as advertised. BUT: hot water heater circuit breaker kept tripping; we reset over 15 times in 3 days to keep water warm. Was inconvenient, and for me, who discovered it with a cold shower, it was unacceptable. Truly, owner promptly responded with where breaker box was, but I just wanted an apology. A few cobwebs and a couple of ants; one window was dirty where a prior guest had clearly had a pooch (dog-nose markings). Finally, the home needs some care: a bit of paint on the front door and replacement of wood on the front porch steps (rather risky to access front door carrying infant). Finally, renter be aware: while fireworks are not "allowed" we had a full hour of 11p-midnight, warzone level fireworks event (shook the windows) and no security would respond (local said it was states' area; state said Camelback security had turf; Camelback security line just rang and rang.) It was awful. At 9pm, would have been fine, but at midnight - not ok! This isn't the homeowner's fault, but there should be enforcement if there is going to be postings of a rule all over. It dampened our stay. Even a noise machine for the baby couldn't contain the "booms" and vibration.

Amazing and stress free

The home was perfect!!! Everything in the description holds true. We got there and we unpacked and enjoyed all aspects of the home. Communication with the home owner was very professional and prompt. You won’t regret booking this home! And pet friendly was definitely a plus!!

Great Getaway

Overall fantastic experience at this property. We had great communication from the host and everything was as described. If you are looking for a family friendly place to stay while visiting Camelback Mountain, this is a great option.

Most of all it’s the friendly family atmosphere that is offered at Camelback and in general the Poconos that we thoroughly enjoy. Camelback is the largest ski resort located in the heart of in the Poconos with 33 trails and 13 lifts. Camelback has grown steadily over the years to become the centerpiece of Poconos skiing - Half Pipe, Snow Tubing, Night Skiing and a Children's Program are just some of the amenities and activities offered. The Camelbeach Waterpark is a fantastic Summer attraction for the family. For the outdoor types, CBK Adventure Park with their zip lines is only a couple of minutes away. Nearby parks and great local restaurants add to a great family experience.
