Mount Neota 33 - a SkyRun RMNP Property





- Construction of the retaining walls. Construction will start as early as April as we are trying to have construction completed by Memorial Day weekend.
There will be some disruptions on site during the construction period. Primarily affecting the units closest to the retaining walls; the Rustics units (32-39) and the Guest House (17A, B, C & 18A, B, C). Access will be maintained to these units throughout construction, but parking may not be available near the units.
- Estes Park is a Dark Sky Community - Bring a Flash Light

Mount Neota 33 is a two-level, 2BR/2BA condo with beautiful mountain views and easy access to nearby Marys Lake. The main floor features a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bath, as well as an expansive kitchen, dining and living area. Enjoy evenings next to the fireplace while watching movies on the flat-screen TV.
The lower level holds the master suite, featuring a king bed, flat-screen TV, a cozy fireplace and a private ensuite full bath with a jetted tub. The master suite also has a twin daybed with a twin trundle, as well as the laundry area down the hall.

The HOA-managed outdoor community pool, hot tub and fire pit are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day at the sole discretion of the Marys Lake Condominiums HOA. The community hot tub may be open for a longer period of time at the discretion of the HOA. These community facilities are managed by the HOA of Marys Lake Condominiums. Guests are welcome to use these community facilities, but the status of these facilities is not part of any guest reservation. As such, full or partial refunds are not subject to the status of the community pool, hot tub or fire pit.
With central AC to keep things cool in the summer and warm in the winter, this condo is the perfect mountain home away from home. Book your stay today!

Management provides a starter kit of toiletries, paper products (toilet paper/paper towels) and garbage bags. This kit includes sample-sized bottles of shampoo and conditioner, small bar soap, laundry detergent and dishwashing soap. Guests will need to provide or purchase additional toiletries and products beyond this starter kit.


Long-term reservations of 14+ days require mid-stay property safety checks or mid-stay cleans, additional trash pickups and hot tub services. These are charged to the guest, and charges can only be added after your reservation is made. Management will call the guest directly for payment for the following required services.



The guest will be contacted for payment as follows:
$75 (one mid-stay cleaning for stays of 14-30 days, OR a Safety Check at no charge to the guest)
$75 (mid-stay cleaning for 30+ days required every 14 days each at $105, OR no-cost Safety Check)
$10 (trash pickup required every 14 days, $10 each)
$30 (hot tub services for reservations 14+ days, required every 7 days at $30 each)

- Stairs down to master suite inside this condo.

- Car Required in Estes Park
- SkyRun hot tubs are not intended for children.
- Guest buys own soaps/paper items when provided starter kit items are depleted.
- No reserved parking. Parking space may not be right in front of your condo.
- BEARS in the area - secure trash, lock doors and windows when leaving.
- Local On-Call Staff available after hours for emergency issues only, i.e. gas leak, broken furnace, broken water line.
- Snow removal by HOA. Private entryways will be serviced at 4 inches of new snow by our team. We are not responsible for other areas or roads at or leading to Mary’s Lake Condominiums.

Wonderful stay
We stayed for a week. The place was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! The mattresses need to be replaced (sink in the middle) but that was really our only complaint. Thank you for a great stay.

Birthday Trip
We enjoyed beautiful weather in the 70's as we hiked in Rocky Mountain National Park and ate ice cream. We enjoyed Elkin's Distillary and highly recommend you stop by there - we took 2 bottles home with us! Our time in the condo was comfortable as we watched Harry Potter movies and the special time on the lovely patio enjoying our coffee in the morning.

The condo was a perfect location! We had elk and mule deer wandering out in front of our condo and it was so fun to watch. The view was gorgeous. The condo was very clean and comfortable.

Fall mountain trip
Perfect place for my family of four. Close to town and close to RMNP but feels away from the crowds. We loved the amazing views off the back deck and from the hot tub! Our first night we heard a herd of Elk bugling very close by. Really hope to be back sometime!

Great location and views
Had a great vacation. The lodging was great. Just had two issues. One the hot tub jets didn’t all work. Still great to relax in after long hikes. Second issue was the lodge HOA decided to stain and moved stuff on the deck. We thought someone was in the apt . We called and confirmed that nobody came into the rental. But the HOA. Didn’t notify the sky run . Which was a bit strange. Cause the deck smelled for a day of stain. The HOA coulda waited till unit wasn’t rented.

Great location near the south entrance to the park. Nice view from the deck of the mountains and Mary’s Lake. Nice 2 bed 2 bath home. Full size kitchen and appliances. Only negatives were that not all the functions on the hot tub worked. It still did work. The second was we came home and found our table on the deck moved. Found out the HOA of the development were there to stain the deck. It’s sad that the HOA doesn’t communicate with Sky Run.

Even better than the listing!
This rental was perfect for our family! It was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is just a few minutes from town and also convenient for driving to RMNP. The view is even better than the pictures can convey! We’re already planning to go back!

Perfect Family Location
This property was perfect for our family of 4. Plenty of room to stretch out and everyone had a good sleeping arrangement. Very clean and pictures are accurate. Great views from the deck! Location is less than 10min from downtown Estes Park and very easy to get to RMNP!

The views are beautiful! The hot tub was so easy—just take off the lid and enjoy, which was perfect for the chilly evenings! They had everything we needed for cooking (even a potato masher!), and it was all so great! Deer played outside the window every morning while we ate breakfast and often just before sunset—it was dreamy!

Perfect location and beautiful cabin
My family of four including 2 teenagers loved this stay. We only stayed 3 nights, but loved everything. The beds were comfortable, kids loved the hot tub and I enjoyed the jetted bathtub. Our favorite part was watching the sunrise over the mountain one morning and watching the deer graze in the meadow across the street every evening! It was a quick 10 minutes to the entrance of Rocky Mountain National Park. We had a short walk up the hill to the small but perfect pool to spend a couple hours at. It was never crowded! We received the door code from Sky Run via text about a half hour before arriving, so that worked perfectly. Next time I might get another bedroom so we don't have to use the pull out couch for one of our kids, but that worked fine. My ONLY complaint would be the temperature control. It was really cold in the downstairs basement bedroom, especially at night, and when we tried to adjust the thermostat, nothing would kick on. I'm guessing some kind of remote setting that wouldn't allow us to turn on the heat? It was an easy fix though, as the downstairs bedroom has an electric fireplace. We turned that on an hour or so before going to bed to warm things up. We would gladly stay here again due to beautiful, comfortable accommodations, neighborhood, and proximity to downtown Estes Park and entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. Loved it!!

Perfect Cozy Cabin!
This cabin was the perfect place for our girls trip! We had just enough room for 5 people. Having a private hot tub was such a plus. It was cozy and VERY clean. The view from both the deck and the lower patio is amazing! Definitely would stay here again, and would recommend to anyone who is considering staying here!
