Family of 7 (3) night stay in the Pearl Wave

The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was very happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.

I was super impressed with our stay in the Pearl Wave. The condo looked exactly like the pictures posted on the site. It was very clean and even had a washer/dryer; which I don't think is included in the description. The entire property was very nice and well maintained. The only complaints I have is that the master bathroom shower and sink drains clogged up during every use, but would drain rather quickly and the day we checked out there was only one working elevator so we had to stand and wait for over 20 minutes before we were finally able to get on. Despite these two minor issues, we will definitely be back again. I would also like to add that I'm big on reading reviews and had a hard time finding more current reviews because the majority appear to be pre-covid ones, but I will honestly say that some of the things people have made complaints about such as: not being allowed to have pool toys in the pool, not being allowed to play music by the pool, not having a restaurant or bar on site, having to wear a bracelet; might seem inconvenient to some, but anyone who choses to stay here needs to be mindful that there are actual residents who do live here so in my opinion these are minor complaints that should not be deal breakers in choosing to stay here. If you're looking for a nice, clean, reasonably priced beachfront property to stay at in Galveston, The Galvestonian is the place to stay!!!
