Upon arrival, guests will be refreshed to spy a beachy, white exterior and a welcoming front porch, featuring rocking chairs and an outdoor swing that overlooks the fenced shaded front yard. What a fantastic way to make your debut into the one and only Seaside, FL! Step inside and into a generous, lounge/living space, with cushioned seating and a flatscreen, next to a small set of stairs that will carry guests into a communal, common area, offering an open living and dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen, all complete with upgraded designer furnishings and luxury touches throughout. The dining area has built in seating and a stone tulip table that comfortably seats six to eight. There is an adjacent wet bar with a beverage fridge and an ice maker. The adjacent bar seating off the kitchen accommodates three more. The completely renovated chef's kitchen has high end appliances throughout; a six burner gas stove, large sub zero fridge, large farmhouse sink, and a pantry.

Travel upstairs towards the bedrooms. Step into a large king suite that is nearby a full bath, with a seating area with a sofa and chair, as well as dresser storage, a flatscreen TV and access to a balcony with lounge seating that overlooks Tupelo Gazebo!
