ACCOMMODATIONS:
All bedrooms are outfitted with high-quality mattresses and linens for your comfort, Blackout Shades, Bathrobes, and each bedroom offers a flat-screen Smart TV for streaming your favorite apps.
● Bedroom 1 – Primary Suite with King size bed, ensuite shower bath and large walk-in closet
● Bedroom 2 – King size bed, shared hallway tub/shower combination bath

KITCHEN & DINING:
The kitchen is open to the dining room and living area, perfect for entertaining. The dining area offers seating for 4, with 3 additional counter stools at the kitchen counter. Features include brand-new stainless-steel gas range, side-by-side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, K-cup coffee machine with ground coffee insert, and garbage disposal. There is plenty of countertop space for meal prepping, and a large pantry closet for storage. The kitchen offers all that you need to entertain and enjoy a family meal. We also provide our guest with a starter amount of coffee and tea pods, as well as paper towel, and dish soap to help get your vacation started.

LIVING SPACES:
Open and bright, our living room has a comfortable sofa, 2 oversized chairs and a 75" smart Roku TV perfect for streaming your favorite movies and games. Behind the sofa is a comfortable sofa table with 2 stools perfect for accomplishing work from home tasks, while still being in the living space with family and friends.

LAUNDRY:
Brand-new washer and gas dryer available for guest use. Laundry detergent, Iron and Ironing board also available for guest use. In this spacious closet you will also find a vacuum, broom and Swiffer for your convenience.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Outdoor front porch seating and a propane gas grill in garage for grilling. Propane tank provided during your stay.
Parking for1 vehicle on driveway. Garage parking is occupied by the Golf Cart. Street parking available for second vehicle.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
Available Items onsite include- Pool Towels, highchair and Pack-n-Play for those traveling with small children.
Guest will have full exclusive use of the home.

In order to access all Village amenities, a guest pass is required. GUEST PASSES ARE ONLY AVAILABLE TO RESIDENTS' OUTSIDE OF LAKE, MARION AND SUMTER COUNTIES. Please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like guest passes during your stay and we will request them for you, complimentary. Upon arrival, you will need to collect your passes at the Ezell recreation center during normal business hours by presenting an ID. Passes are a bonus and not guaranteed. **NOTE: Passes are collected Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00PM. Keep this in mind when booking your reservation, if your travel dates are on weekends, you may not be able to collect passes**

CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT INFORMATION:
Detailed Check in Instructions will be provided 24-72 hours prior to your arrival, and a house welcome book will be included (a physical copy will also be available at the home) with information that may be helpful throughout your stay.

*Early Check in and Late Check Out are not guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate all guests' requests, but how quickly we can prepare the home for your arrival is solely dependent on the departure of the previous guest. The ability for early check in or late check out will be confirmed by our management team on the morning of arrival.

POLICIES
- Guests are required to review and sign our STVR Rental Agreement and Golf Cart Waiver prior to arrival to consider your reservation confirmed. NO SIGNED WAIVER OR AGREEMENT, no access to home or golf cart.
- No smoking.
- 1 PET Considered, depending on size, age and breed. Guest will be required to pay a nonrefundable pet fee of $150.00 and agree to our pet policy. Please message us directly for pet approval and information. **If you are travelling with a trained Service Animal, we ask that you please have the courtesy of advising prior to arrival to make the home service animal ready, out of respect for future guest who may have allergies. ESA are not trained service animals, and a pet fee will apply**
- No events, parties or large gatherings, NO EXCEPTIONS. This is a residential neighborhood and courtesy to our neighbors is always our priority.
- Occupancy not to exceed 4 overnight guests, and no more than 8 guest total onsite at any time
- Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This is a 55+ community, therefore one person at least 55 years of age or older is required for reservations longer than 7nights.
