Welcome to the Flam Buoy! Kick back, relax in this charming, sunny cottage home centrally located in Aransas Pass, TX, perfect for fishing, kayaking, beaching, near restaurants, shops & night life. Mintutes from the boat ramp, bait stands & walking trail at Conn Brown Harbor or nice aquatic center complete with water slides. Approx. 10-minute drive to ferry to Port A, 10 mi. to Rockport & less than 30 minutes to Corpus - The Lexington and Texas State Aquarium, ranked top 5 nationally.

No animals/pets allowed on or in the house/property.

No smoking/vaping inside the house. Please don’t use essential oils inside the home.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

No unregistered guests are allowed on the property. (Prior arrangements for certain circumstances may be discussed and considered by host)

No parties/events/large gatherings

No confetti/glitter/silly string

Please respect the noise curfew. Quiet time at 10 pm

No tampering with security
cameras and owner’s closets.

No cleaning of fish in the house or on the property.

No bait in the refrigerators

No parking on the grass.

No fires outside of the designated permanently affixed fire pit.

No burning fires while burn ban is in effect

Smart TV is available and has the capability of streaming. Guests are to use their own streaming account platform.

This house has a 4-guest MAXIMUM limit. All guests will be asked to leave and the reservation will be canceled without refund if this 4-guest MAX limit is broken.

Please take care of the furnishings and property. There will be a $500 fee added in addition to any other costs accompanied by any damage done by the guest, and if any house rules are broken, and must be paid in full by the guest.
